Positive points:
— Sublime place and for €100 more: possibility to have a private swimming pool the entire duration of the stay is worth it!
— The rooms are spacious
— We eat properly at the restaurant and have discovered flavours, despite all it is necessary to test the street food outside the hotel. Beautiful culinary discovery and if you do not like Thai food there is also more Western food (Burger, pasta etc)
— Close to the beach (walk = 10 to 15min)
-Excursions are much more expensive than outside the hotel but there is a very good reason and if it was to redo I would do it again. We offer you a quality service with a guide who speaks your language and especially you leave early so you avoid a horde of Chinese tourist. Visit of Thailand exceptional with Celtour as much on the water (boat, visit of the Islands, diving) as on the Earth (animals, visits of farms and temples…)!
Negative points:
— I was asked to pay as soon as I arrived for breakfast while it was included in my formula morning and evening, according to them it's normal but yet I have not experienced this in other hotels! Plus we forgot my lunch box twice in the morning while I was leaving for an excursion at 6am for the whole day. Sometimes you seem to bother the staff when you order to eat and that you do not take with drinks that are much more expensive than drinks outside the hotel and tax free!
-You have to pay close attention to the final addition as we met people who were charged a massage at the hotel when they had never done it
— The air conditioning is very noisy and it is difficult to fall asleep with
