A very nice resort and with a wonderful, friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Nice Resort with good food options and a really good platter of cheese. Overall Good facilities and responsive staff.

I’m here on my own with 3 young children and the moment we been picked up at the airport via airport transfer, Customer service is way above expectations. Lovely beautiful people. Made me and children very welcomed. The pool is big and even has a small river pool. Breakfast is amazing. Room size is spacious with a big balcony. The layout of the shower/bathroom is good. There’s a sliding door next to the bathtub which can be open if you want to take a bath and watch TV at the same time. Kids get unlimited ice cream between the hours of 2-4pm. A private beach. We absolutely love it here. Hopefully we be back soon. This time I will bring my hubby. Thank you so much xxx.

Great location abd view for family with young child but the details of the amenities can be refined. For eg. The pool is quite hazardous with super rough edges even I got scratched quite badly.

Great hotel. Private beach canoe and paddle board activities. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. From front desk, restaurant, house keeping, gym staff. Daily gym activities. Fantastic pool. Nice quiet environment. Love it here!

Well trained, professional and friendly staffs. Good service, lovely pool. Breakfast was great. Foods at Big fish restaurant are tasty 😋. We also had dinner at Andaman restaurant, foods were a bit greasy but staffs were super friendly. Gym is great with lots of new equipments. Room was a bit run-down, Kid's club is one of the best we've been, Pia is the best educator who took care of our daughter during our stay. We will definitely comeback.

Stayed at many hotels throughout Thailand but this hotel stands out from the crowd. Professional, friendly service. Excellent rooms and location. One of the best breakfast buffets I have ever had.

This is a perfect Hotel, I have found absolutely nothing here that didn’t tick all the boxes! I recommend this Hotel most highly. The staff are amazing 🤩 they are so genuinely helpful and very sincere. The views of the sea and the beach are beautiful. This is my next holiday stay for sure. 😃

This is a remote resort & spa near the airport. We stayed here for 2 nights the week before Christmas and were overall disappointed with our overall experience. Let me provide the highlights first — The beach and pool are lovely and clean. They provide nice vantage point for long, relaxed walks which I appreciated. Also, thw room Wifi is very good and stable. Finally, the breakfast buffet is lovely and provides many nice and unusual choices — for example, egg white omelette, carrot juice, gluten free muffins. However, on the negative side we found a number of shortcomings — for example: • Only 1 driver for cart. We often had to walk to the lobby even when we called for a pick up. • No map for hotel – directions w/in the resort, how many pools, venues, activities, etc. • No electricity key service for the room door but they didn't tell us and we had to wait for an engineer to let us in our room. • No room turn down service at night. • No carpet outside bathroom so we had to manually dry off our feet when we left the bathroom. • No minibar but they have list of items in the room. • No water in room… they just left the bottled water in a plastic bag outside our room. • Slow to clean room — 1pm The room itself cost us 4, 000 THB per night but their is nothing special about the room… no Wow factor… just standard and generic. Also, we didn't know this was an ASQ quarantine hotel or antigen testing hotel. We wouldn't have stayed here had we known this.

Friendly staff, clean, beautiful, I like the pool, delicious food.

I went to have dinner on the beach to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary with my boyfriend. We absolutely loved everything; the food, the view, the staff and so except it's windy so it was pretty hard to enjoy the food. Thank you so much for the service!

Very good experience from here, All staff always warm welcome. Especially Staff at Big fish restaurant and who made a decoration on bed It made me super surprised with my birthday celebration. And K’Paerry at fitness and kids club always helpful, always say hi when we met. It’s a short time stay with you. If possible in the future I will go back to stay with you again 😍

We had such wonderful time stay here for 6 nights during Songkran Holiday 2021… The staff & their service mind are so impeccable… They are so friendly & greeting you with care everywhere you go… More importantly, we came to have our week-long vacation during Covid 3rd wave in Thailand 😓… Nevertheless, the staff here are well prepared and guide all their guests with care, mindful & consciousness for social distancing & wearing masks all the time… For food & drink here, you do not need to go anywhere else, because they are wonderful here at hotel… So we had them 5 nights in a roll here (1 for Andaman Thai Kitchen & 4 for Big Fish restaurant beach front) … The gym and activities are great & clean… The hotel *Quan Spa* with their great promotion made me go there 3 times 😉💕 … wonderful services there as well… ❤ Love their coconut-salt body scrub very much, you will get super soft skin after the treatment… Special Thanks to several staff that we had met and interact: Khun Bear & N' Bank (trainee) for great gym assistant… Khun May & N' Pingping for such a wonderful services at Big Fish restaurant … Khun Pat & Khun Pang at front desk for helping us get a wonderful one-day similan trip with Wow Andaman in short notice… Also Khun Am, Khun Gigi & Khun Nami at front desk for assisting all our requests… You guys & other staff here that haven't mentioned names are at the best help making our vacation experience 5⭐ at this Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach.

Scenic beach area, very instagrammable. Breakfast is among the best we have seen around and all the food we had in the hotel is really good! Love the cocktails and friendly staff. We will definitely come back and recommend.

The cottage bamboos are very hot as in direct sunlight on a roof of the hotel. Perfect location at the end of the beach. Beach without too much people really very nice and quiet.

It's a nice place to stay if you want to be really close to the water. It's not luxury but for that you get it for a decent price. The staff is really friendly, they also offer a laundry service. The restaurent has good food for a good price. I would stay there again.

Didn't hate the place. It probably has lots of rooms with charm looks like there are other rooms that are actually rooms but we did not get one of those. The one we got was not much more than a thatch box next to other thatch boxes. A good way to hear everything going on around you. No hot water for showers and no AC. No door knob for that matter… I guess if you think you are getting a good deal just think of it more as you are really getting a little less than what you pay for. Not complaining because it's actually really hot so maybe you don't need hot showers and since you have no AC then the cold shower does the job. But know what to expect when u get here. Like I said earluer dont hate the place, but if the ritz carlton is a 5 star hotel then I have no other choice than to do 1 star for comparison but price is way different too. Just a tip for those arriving after hours. 24hr front desk means there is someone sleeping behind the front desk in the dark. You can knock hard on the window or call to wake them up.

Comfortable practically on the beach, close to the airport, very quiet.

It feels like coming home here. Nice personal and the price is okey for what you get!

Perfect for an overnight stay. Reception was very willing and adaptable to requests, and pool is fresh and relaxing. 200-300 Thai to get to airport international depending of its normal hours or early hours. Ask for a pool facing room. There are a few rooms on the walk to the pool which dont have great privicy. For the price, the pool facing rooms are worth the extra small amount.

Average property. Clean, a little run down but not close to anything. Don't ask them to get you a taxi, you will get screwed.

This is such a hit and miss! Nice place, very thought out but just a tad bit to far away to be part of the beach. They have everything you can ever want, but not working — roomservice, pool bar, views (directly in to a wall). All that is fine and dandy for the price! But, the mold infection of the central AC system just destroys the place! Cheap place, where I just cannot sleep. If there är rooms not infected, this is just a great cheap place a tad bit far from the beach…

A long beach, not too many people, sand is ok, only sometimes the rips come in funny.

Clean and nice, not crowded.
