Great location abd view for family with young child but the details of the amenities can be refined. For eg. The pool is quite hazardous with super rough edges even I got scratched quite badly.

Well trained, professional and friendly staffs. Good service, lovely pool. Breakfast was great. Foods at Big fish restaurant are tasty 😋. We also had dinner at Andaman restaurant, foods were a bit greasy but staffs were super friendly. Gym is great with lots of new equipments. Room was a bit run-down, Kid's club is one of the best we've been, Pia is the best educator who took care of our daughter during our stay. We will definitely comeback.

This is a perfect Hotel, I have found absolutely nothing here that didn’t tick all the boxes! I recommend this Hotel most highly. The staff are amazing 🤩 they are so genuinely helpful and very sincere. The views of the sea and the beach are beautiful. This is my next holiday stay for sure. 😃

This is a remote resort & spa near the airport. We stayed here for 2 nights the week before Christmas and were overall disappointed with our overall experience. Let me provide the highlights first — The beach and pool are lovely and clean. They provide nice vantage point for long, relaxed walks which I appreciated. Also, thw room Wifi is very good and stable. Finally, the breakfast buffet is lovely and provides many nice and unusual choices — for example, egg white omelette, carrot juice, gluten free muffins. However, on the negative side we found a number of shortcomings — for example: • Only 1 driver for cart. We often had to walk to the lobby even when we called for a pick up. • No map for hotel – directions w/in the resort, how many pools, venues, activities, etc. • No electricity key service for the room door but they didn't tell us and we had to wait for an engineer to let us in our room. • No room turn down service at night. • No carpet outside bathroom so we had to manually dry off our feet when we left the bathroom. • No minibar but they have list of items in the room. • No water in room… they just left the bottled water in a plastic bag outside our room. • Slow to clean room — 1pm The room itself cost us 4, 000 THB per night but their is nothing special about the room… no Wow factor… just standard and generic. Also, we didn't know this was an ASQ quarantine hotel or antigen testing hotel. We wouldn't have stayed here had we known this.

I went to have dinner on the beach to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary with my boyfriend. We absolutely loved everything; the food, the view, the staff and so except it's windy so it was pretty hard to enjoy the food. Thank you so much for the service!

Very good experience from here, All staff always warm welcome. Especially Staff at Big fish restaurant and who made a decoration on bed It made me super surprised with my birthday celebration. And K’Paerry at fitness and kids club always helpful, always say hi when we met. It’s a short time stay with you. If possible in the future I will go back to stay with you again 😍

We had such wonderful time stay here for 6 nights during Songkran Holiday 2021… The staff & their service mind are so impeccable impacable… They are so friendly & greeting you with care every where you go… More importantly, we came to have our week-long vacation during Covid 3rd wavev in Thailand 😓… Nevettheless, the staff here are well prepared and guide all their guests with care, mindful & consciousness for social distancing & wesring masks all the time… For food & drink here, you do not need to go everywhere, becausr it is wonderful that we had them 5 nights here (1 for Andaman Thai Kitchen & 4 for Big Fish resturant beach front) … The gym and activities are great & clean… The hotel *Quan Spa* with their great promotion made me go there 3 times 😉💕 … wonderful services there as well… ❤ Love their coconut-salt body scrub very much, you will get super soft skin after treatment… Speacial Thanks to several staff that we had met and interact: Khun Bear & N' Bank (trainee) for great gym assistant… Khun May & N' Pingping for such a wonderful services at Big Fish resturant… Khun Pat & Khun Pang at front desk for helping us get a wonderful one-day similan trip with Wow Andaman in short notice… Also Khun Am, Khun Gigi & Khun Nami at front desk for assiting all our requests… You guys & other staff here that haven't mentioned names are at the best help making our vacation experience at this 5⭐ Marriot Nai Yang so wonderful & memorable that we want to come back here again ka…

Amazing service. We stayed and organized a birthday party for my 4 year old and all the kids had a lot of fun and all the staff was so kind and helpful. Nice and soft sand beachfront resort. Strongly recommend!

Nice hotel in a quite bay with private beach, good food and beverage with reasonable price. Spa is good, have 50% off so I tried, otherwise, it is a little too pricy. If u plan to stay inside hotel without going anywhere else, it is perfect, able to supply anything u need, especially for a getaway from hustle and bustle BLK over weekend:-) will be back some other time! (the only areas can be improved are :i feel not much directory signages in the resort, always lost in direction for 1st timer; slippery bathroom floor, hit my toe so baddddd)

Great location, convenient route from airport (less than 10mins) wonderful view, good quality beach and beautiful hill sight good facilities, they have everything 5stars hotel should have and more their "Quan spa" is very very good, so relaxing.
I tried Aroma massage for 90 minutes right after my biking and weight training at the gym, the best stretching and relaxing way after exercise ❤️❤️
My therapist is Khun Yanee, she is very polite, and very well trained

We came for my daughters wedding in January. I can't express enough how impressed I was with the staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
The ladies of our group had a night at the hotel the day before the wedding and we were met with friendly smiles from all the staff before the wedding co-ordinator came and checked us in. We then met another of the events team who took us to our rooms, again a friendly member of staff who explained everything to us.
On the day of the celebration, our wedding co-ordinator was here, there and everywhere, making sure all was in order. She was still going at midnight and was there to wave my daughter and son-in-law off when they left 2 days later.
The ladies had hair and make-up done by a company recommend by the hotel — fabulous! We had my dad with us and he is 87 and can't walk very well, the staff looked after him extremely well, by making sure his chair on the beach and for the meal was comfortable and safe for him to sit on. They also got a wheelchair for him to be able to sit at the top of the steps to watch the fire eaters and moved him back to the table afterwards.
I cannot praise the staff and the events team enough who, as far as I'm concerned, went above and beyond to make our celebrations memorable. Thank you to all the staff and I would certainly recommend this hotel for any celebration or event. Thank you once again!

I spent 2 nights at this hotel and I really love it.
More than good room, nice view, various breakfast is BEST STAFFS.

It’s my first time to stay here and everything is beyond expectations. The staffs were nice and friendly especially Khun Nami, she was so helpful and eager to help. She made our stay so fab! I also enjoyed using the free Wi-Fi facility and the rental car from Orange car Phuket. Beach and back to the hotel. Many thanks to all staff here

The staff in this hotel was truly amazing. They would actually go out of their scope to accommodate guest requests. Impressive! Food was really tasty and well presented.

Incredible experience! Where do I begin? Perfect location, no traffic, no neon signs, perfectly secluded. The ground level units attached to the pool are AWESOME! The food was always great. Staff was very helpful, kind and happy. The facilities are very well maintained and the beach is one of the best.

Great resort for family with direct access to the beach. The beach was empty when we were there. We never had any problems finding beach chairs. Service is good at the hotel. It's certainly up to Marriott's standard. The only problem is there isn't much going on outside the hotel within walking distance. You can walk to Nai Yang beach when tide is low but we didn't do that as the low tide timings were not convinient for us.

Love this place. Even at high occupancy it doesn’t seem crowded. The service is top notch. If you can get pool access it’s totally worth it. None of the other 5-star resorts in the area open up right on to the beach like the Marriott does. We also like that the beach is super shallow so it’s safer for kids. If you want bigger waves and deep water that’s not here. While resort food is always good make sure you wander down the beach to eat at the local spots nearby (especially sunset when the tide is low).

A reliable generic resort 10 min from the airport with a private beach and a massive pool. Service is top notch of course. Plenty of rooms with direct pool access so there’s no need for you to go anywhere far if you would prefer to stay in your room and order room service. Aside from the breakfast buffet, food is very average though and beach is never clean. Would come here again just for a short getaway over a long weekend.

This resort has directly access to the beach to its north. This beach is not so popular so it’s very quite and tranquil. It really offers a getaway feeling for the vacation. I enjoyed the walk on the beach. The downside is nothing really by this resort, no convenient stores, Thai massage, or restaurants. Guest rooms and facilities are good and worth the price. Will stay here again!

I organized a 3-day seminar just recently, specifically choosing this resort as the venue while thinking that both the resort’s seclusion/exclusivity and nearness to the airport are just ideal. I must say that all my specific instructions on function room set-up, timing of food serving, evening cocktails by the beach, etc. Were fully met! What exceeded my expectation, is really the fast, warm and friendly service of all the staff, most especially our events coordinator, Khun Koy. After the seminar, I extended for 3 more days to really get the chance to explore and enjoy the resort facilities with my daughter, my best friend and her son joining me. We transferred to a premium room with pool access which was really a great choice as both my daughter and my best friend’s son were having so much fun with the convenience of having the pool right in front of us and with our own private space! We also got to try the Quan Signature Massage at the Spa which was truly very relaxing indeed! The food, by the way, is so good especially the buffet breakfast. I’ve never heard my daughter appreciate hotel food so much with the many travels that we’ve had together! The only down-side that I could think of is the fact that we need to track the high tide/low tide schedule to be able to enjoy swimming in the beach. But overall, it was an amazing experience having stayed in this resort and I would most definitely recommend this resort to my friends.

Stunning hotel right on the beach. Nai Yang beach and the little town is a short walk away with a few good bars and restaurants. The hotel rooms were beautiful with a lovely modern bathroom. The staff are really helpful and friendly and the breakfast is first class.

The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful, also with direct access to the beach and the attention is excellent, but it is excessively expensive, since eating even a simple refresh, it is not comfortable to move around the hotel as there are many stairs and only one elevator that is very hidden. It is part of the world, you need taxi for everything. If you get a room on the third floor, put you legs in shape because you do not have a lift. The day before leaving we discovered that you can walk along the beach to the village, about 20 minutes, and eat there which is 5 times cheaper. The beach is good always and when it is high tide, if there is low tide you have to walk about 300 meters to reach the water.

What a great experience. The resort is gorgeous and the service is superb. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Will return!

To date this is my favourite hotel that I have stayed in. The location and hotel is stunning and they have truely thought of everything! The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you and are constantly happy. The breakfast buffet is great with a large choice even fussy eaters won't have an issue finding food they like here. We dined at the Thai restaurant where the curries were delicious, the fish bar lounge which was in the poolside bar serving up things such as pizza etc (lovely food for a quick and easy meal! ) and the Fish Bar restaurant itself. Although great food I did think it was a little overpriced. The rooms were amazing and they have everything you need in there even a torch if you fancy walking across to Monkey Beach. We had a swim up room which I highly recommend!

Luxury hotel Very nice resort, top 5 star service beautifully located by the sea.

The staff was so warm and welcoming! We were thrilled with the resort in general as well as our room. During the afternoon heat they offered free popsicles! The resort feels secluded but the Nai Yang village is a 15-20 minute walk away along the beach (which is good for scoring cheaper food).

Is not comparable to BKK… Marriott.

Truly above and beyond in how the staff is providing service. The resort is situated besides a nice secluded beach with clear sea and fine sand (during high season. ) They also offer lots of activities and festivals so this is a real getaway where you don't really need to go anywhere and just stay here to relax!

The staff is Sehrfreundlich, I found the location perfect to switch off there was not much hustle around. In the end, the room cleaning was a little bit lower, we had booked half board, the food was very varied.

Rest in March 2016 with two young children. The hotel quality, the prices are high (0.33 beer — 450r, dinner 2vzr+2 children — 100… 150$ in the village for comparison, 30-40$) but the price matches the level of service, complaints about the food, room, staff there. Upon request even provided gluten-free baby food (bread, pasta). The hotel is quiet, serene and located away from the village. The sea at the intertidal zone in shallow water, so for bathing you need to pass along the sea about 1-2 km to the North, there are restaurants, shops, etc. If you walk along the sea to the South, past an abandoned hotel (in the jungle is barely noticeable path to the local mountains along the coast), it is possible to go 1-2 miles on a beautiful absolutely empty wild beaches (there's really too small and the stones). I recommend to take at reception, car rental is possible to visit all the local attractions: the big Buddha, the aquarium, the elephant trail and observation point on the South of the island, fruit markets — 4 days visited the whole of Phuket. The movement is absolutely quiet, frostbitten drivers much less than we have in ECx:) overall, we were satisfied, it was our first trip to Thailand.

Overall it's a nice property. Rooms are big and clean. Pool is nice. However we booked this place for our honeymoon. This is the only hotel in Thailand that didn't do anything special for our visit. I know they aren't obligated to do anything but everywhere else we stayed managed to do something nice so it shows who's willing to make that extra effort. Food at big fish restaurant was really disappointing and the breakfast buffet was ok. The location is secluded. They do offer a shuttle to a small town twice a day or you could walk the beach but plan on getting your feet wet and go during low tide. If you miss those times you could taxi for 400 baht one way but by Thai standards I'd say that's pretty high. Overall a good place for families who may want to spend most of the time on the resort but if you want to venture out get a car or stay at a better location.

Tucked away at a secluded corner of e island, this hotel is e perfect getaway for couple. The breakfast spread is marvellous, good assortment of pastries, asian & western food. Happy hour is cheap, where u can get a glass of whisky for 120baht!?!?!

I can't say anything about the hotel itself, I wasn't inside. But the beach type is private, which by the way can be and local pulls on a well-deserved threesome. A very long shallow entrance, one of the dirtiest bays in Phuket. To go — everywhere far, except that the airport is close;)

Situated at a beach that’s fabulous and child-friendly. Every corner of the hotel resort is well-planned. The Big Fish Bar is a wonderful place to relax and run to the beach in a heartbeat. Staff is friendy and service oriented. Food is delectable. And don’t forget to try the mango colada. Worth every penny.

Picturesque location, friendly staff with excellent service customizing to your need and making your stay memorable. Will be back again. For the adventurer, a speed boat ride to Similian islands offers snorkeling and beautiful clear beaches.

We spent a week here for our honeymoon. Best experience! They went well above and beyond in customer service! The staff is so friendly and genuinely care about their guests. We rented motor bikes and they kept telling us to be careful and how dangerous it can be on their roads… well I ended up crashing and breaking my shoulder/collar bone. They had a medical staff there that cleaned my road rash and helped get a taxi to the hospital. When I got back they sent a complimentary dish of fruit with a hand written get well note! So sweet! So kind! They even clean your room twice a day! The beach is private and quiet unlike the other beaches we have visited in Phuket. I can’t say enough amazing things about this resort! We will become Marriott customers for life! Thank you to the Nai Yang staff for everything!

We are a family with two young daughter's and this place is outstanding. The pool is huge as it wraps around the hotel with the main pool overlooking the beach and sea. The room are very spacious, ours has a king bed, a rollout bed and a baby cot and we have loads if room. The view from our balcony is the best part of the room, please see photos. Note, most rooms have a garden or pool view. Staff are super helpful.

Close to airport, but need a car if you plan to go out. Room is good size. The Pool is nice, clean and big. Hotel Bar is just next to the pool. Food is good too. The beach is nice and clean but the low tide could make you to walk 500m. From the beach to the sea.

What I like: — near the airport yet feels like a world away — pool is big — good kids room and playground — most of the rooms are facing a pool, and hotel is small that it's not far to walk anywhere — service with a smile — breakfast is delicious, even the kids agree! What I don't like: — beach is not really for swimming, a bit too shallow, good for walking though.

Easily one of my favorite resorts. Located next to a stunning beach away from the crowds, it offers excellent service and facilities. The pool surrounds the whole resort, the food is to die for and the sunsets stunning. Oh, and they have a great happy hour.

This hotel and resort is fantastic. It's clean, quiet and has everything you want. Most importantly is the staff, they're the best! We have our little kids (7 year old twins and 4 year old) with us and they make us feel as if we're a guest in their own home. They've gone out out their way to take care of us, especially our children. I highly recommend this hotel and resort!

Idyllic setting, quiet for a relaxing holiday. Huge pools, direct access to the beach. We felt like home and didn't want to leave again.
A bit out of the distance but you can reach Phuket town in 20 minutes.
We noticed that some people were upgraded, unfortunately this was not our case nevertheless the room is well decorated and neat.
A small detail (which does not spoil the stay) is the smell of the sheets due to the humidity despite the fact that they were changed during our stay.
In any case you can come with your eyes closed at the Marriott, you do not take any chances.
