Service attitude very difference!
Very poor service attitude! Garbage.

Service is disgusting. The manager needs to learn how to talk nicely to people and approach situations rather than being passive aggressive.

-No internet even though they claim they have Wi-Fi (tried two different cellphones neither got any signal)
— No soap of any kind in room
— faucet is broken and sprays water all over the bathroom
— TV literally just shows snow and is not connected to cable at all
— The door to the room has a security chain on it but unfortunately it’s hanging on a screw that falls out
— worst is that nobody cares here about any of this.

Very close to the airport, with large, well priced rooms. They have a small restaurant, with no breakfast available. You have to pay for water, which is not provided for free and there is no coffee or tea provided. A bit noisy when the planes land & take off!

Good value budget room hotel. Currently under construction at the back but it looks like it will be completed soon. Be warned. It is directly under the flight path of landing aircraft at the next door Phuket International Airport. And when I say next to the airport, I mean literally, next to the airport. I used it as a place to crash for a few hours due to a flight delay. (Thanks Jetstar…) Great value for what it is. Staff were friendly. Parking available on-site.

Really bad service. Wrong phone number and we are send to different place which looks super unsafe.

As I guess should be expected of airport hotel, jets overheas constantly.

They have a nice room and it is close to the hotel. They had shuttle bus from hotel to airport which is good But the bathroom is disgusting They didn't dry the floor of my room and the curtain of the shower has black dirts from the water. They should at least change the shower curtain.

Great hotel for nochevki.

Extremely lovely hotel — very good service, a very welcoming staff when I arrived sweaty and out of breath in the dark after walking from the airport! Who also helped me find where I needed to be the next morning. Also a beautiful room that was much bigger than I expected (and had glorious air conditioning! )

The hotel is good and it is quite economical to spend the night in case you have to take a flight, already in the vicinity there are not many things to do or visit.

Big and clean rooms. Very well equipped and, if desired, is cleaned daily and you get fresh towels and new water. Water is free from the Minibar (2 small bottles per day). To make also free snack bar and a kettle to yourself coffee or tea or to cook Instant noodles are included in the snack bar. Everything in Top condition, only the shower curtain a little moldy. Condition of the room actually matches the pictures, which is not usually the case. Throughout the day and in the evening you can hear the planes pretty loud in the room. However, there seems to be at night, so something like a flight ban, which is why it is very quiet and pleasant sleep. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. To recommend all in all, very much!

Decent room, close to airport. Staff did not have our booking on file and switched us to a two twin room rather than a king which was not ideal with my husband being two meters tall. Front reception said they would let us know when our driver was ready to bring us to the airport, but did not. We went downstairs when we needed to leave and they were shuttling another group so we were delayed in arriving at the airport.

Now it have construction everywhere and the traffic is very bad. Please carefully check the map and timing before you plan to fly. In bad case, it take more than 3 hours from the city to here.

Good, not expensive hotel, very near to airport. It has pickup and drop off service to/from airport free of charge.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I arrived with two kids in the middle of the night and they arrange it very well. If I get back the mobile phone I forgot at the hotel I will top score the hotel!

People who want visa-on-arrival please bring few passport size photos.

Very noise both from the planes and the traffic on the hall. Nice room though.

Walking distance from airport. Recommended to stay if you arrive late. Rooms are spacious and clean. Small restaurant (on the left) next door which are very cheap and food is good. Locals go there too. Family mart (on the left) and metered taxi (on the right) is nearby.

Fantastic staff. Nice clean rooms. Couldn't be more helpful.
