Standard rooms do not look as there photos suggest. They are clean but quite tired and very noisy aircon units on balcony. The whole resort is in need of some TLC which let's it down. Close to beach but have to get a raft across river which is a bit of a pain as last one is at 9pm. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Wouldn't stay here again for the money paid — way overpriced.
Very accommodating and friendly staff, nice pool area, rooms are very clean and spacious. Unfortunately the air con unit sits on your balcony and is quite noisy even with the doors shut and generally the place feels a little dated. The location is close to the beach but a little away from 'town' and to go to either requires use of a raft which is manned by a very friendly man. However if you want to cross late in the evening you have to phone the hotel and ask someone to get you. This makes being out late for dinner etc in town a bit of a hassle. Breakfast is ok, buffet style with a fair range. Overall this is an accommodating hotel but feels like it needs an update and maybe a bridge.

I stayed for a couple of days at this hotel with my wife before flying off, close to the beach and the airport. They met well, offered tea, helped with luggage, told everything: how to get to the beach and where to buy something. The staff is friendly. Quiet, nice view, lovely pool, clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning is good, but quite noisy. Now about the bad. Stains, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, shower nozzle in an awful state, there is no hot water if you use the rain nozzle. Food We ordered tom yam, pasta with prawns and pizza. Tom yam 4.5 / 5 pasta 2/5 pizza 2/5. For the money they ask for food, they could also learn to cook something other than the tom yam. To get to the beach you need to cross a small river on a small river with the help of a professional to which we will return. This can be done only from 9 am to 9 pm. At other times, you have to use a taxi. Now the most unpleasant! We did not put the valuables in the safe (our fault), they were digging and stolen some of our money! We return to the professional on a raft. When we crossed the river (left the hotel), he saw in our hands the key to the room, asked to show which room number on it. He transported us there and back, he knew when we go to the beach and when we return. We say "Not caught, not a thief" but the coincidence is interesting. We insisted that our room would not be cleaned and the room would not be cleaned, only to come to steal.
