Overbooked rooms, we arrived past midnight only to be told that our rooms would not be available for at least an hour (turned out to be a cover for having overbooked) and were asked to stay one of their sister places 5 mins drive away. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to take us to this other place which turned out to be completely unrelated to Le Fay residence and had no rooms. At this point our luggage had already been unloaded and we had to load then back again into the car. We were then driven to Phuket Airport Inn where we stayed the night. We ended up checking in at 2.40am. Very frustrated especially as we were travelling in a party of 7 with elderly and an infant.
