Very spacious and clean, nice food but be aware every were as very steep hills, not good for no one with poor mobility. A 4 mile walk to beach.

Lovely surroundings, room really nice & clean, breakfast choice very good, staff very friendly, attentive & nothing to much trouble 👌

The Best hotel ever! Recommend!

Hotel is beautiful, surrounded by beautiful green lush landscapes. The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful would definitely recommend this hotel for people who want to visit Thailand and experience a more style Thailand experience, as its slightly up hill in the trees. Big thank you to all staff for making us feel so welcome and looking after us all. Food great too ❤️

Beautiful premise and warmth and professional hospitality.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the most memorable. My fiancee accepted my proposal on the terrace at Charm Thai restaurant and everyone made the occasion memorable. The staff there were amazing from beginning to end. I cannot praise anyone enough even though the resort was 2/3 closed due to covid everyone that I spoke with was enjoying the time of their lives.
The resort itself is something to behold. It is tucked away on the hillside above Karon beach and yet still has the feeling of being remote. The bungalows are neat, clean and well positioned to give everyone a sense of privacy.
It was a truly memorable experience that my fiancee and I will never forget.

Very unhelpful and rude concierge, rooms uncomfortable, you have to walk a lot, very cheap breakfast food.

I spent 6 nights at this hotel and it is truly a great place to stay. The staff are so welcoming and helpful and greet you with a smile. Even during these Covid restrictions times they prioritise customer service. I will definitely be staying again. Thanks so much!

We stayed here for one week and booked only a few days in advance. It was the best hotel on our Asia tour. Very nice hotel with big rooms, green jungle garden, several pools and a very good breakfast. Especially the Charm Thai restaurant with the very friendly team Maew, Irene and Jan is to be recommended.

Absolutely amazing! We stayed here for 11 nights and are extremely happy with our stay here. The staff are so lovely, very friendly and go out of their way to help you. It’s a short walk to the beach and the local shops and bars etc. If you don’t feel like walking their is a free hotel shuttle. The cleanliness of the resort is exceptional and the gardens are so beautiful and very well maintained. Breakfast every morning was good. The best part of breakfast was the delicious omlette made by a young man named Art. The coffee however needs improvement! We would recommend anyone coming to Phuket to stay here!

Absolutely beautiful, clean. Very spacious and private rooms. The pools are wonderful. The people go out of their way to accommodate you. The location is quiet but close enough to shops, the beach, restaurants, etc.

Lived everything about this resort! My husband and I spent 3 days here for our honeymoon and it was so romantic. Our suite had a gorgeous panoramic view of the mountains and ocean. Food was wonderful, staff extremely friendly and accomodating. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Pure luxury. Staff are all so friendly and the whole complex is spotless and totally stunning. Ideal for those who like a bit of fitness as there are many steps and hills, which means you can eat and drink a little bit more and not feel too guilty.

The place to be. The staff were so helpful and they are amazingly nice. The food was delicious. The rooms were so clean, smells good. And the view from the balcony was beautiful we didn't want to leave the room! Nothing was too much effort the staff including rides up to the room and to take us down to the lobby again.

Stayed here for two nights and loved the view! It's not right on the beach, but has 3 pools with swim up bars, a pool table and foosball table, wrap-around patio overlooking the ocean, great food and service. The live music Monday and Wednesday nights is excellent too. Free shuttles to Karon Beach throughout the day. Tons of stairs so if mobility is an issue, this isn't the resort for you. Also it's not on the beach if you absolutely need a hotel that's beachside.

Great hotel! I can only recommend. Super large and beautiful rooms. Breakfast: A lot of choice and all delicious things. The system is very nicely laid out and the service is also very good. Since the hotel is a bit mountainous, you can always take you to the room and also be picked up. There are 5 swimming pools that are beautifully landscpidated. I would keep going there. I can only recommend.

We have stayed here 5 times, it is one of the best resorts we have been in Thailand. Staff & facilities are all fantastic, could not speak any higher of this place, a must stay for anyone wanting 5 star service and facilities. We'll be back soon.

Wonderful hotel. We stayed for 6 nights in this splendid hotel. The vegetation is very lush. We can cross some squirrels in the trees. We had chosen the room "pool access" great as we access the pool directly from then the room. The fact that there are several swimming pools is nice as we are only very little in our pool, with integrated bar. The hotel has a lot of walking, but the hotel has a shuttle service to get you up to your room to avoid all the stairs. The West orientation gives you beautiful sunsets.
The only downside is that we are obliged to call the front desk almost every day for them to come and make our room. At 15 where 16h, the room is still not made.

There is no special Experience. I don't like it. The Room is simple, took a house for two. For Russians there are no usual conveniences. The Pool in 18-00 is switched off, namely the air supply for massage, so that in the evening to relax in it will not work. Yesterday We caught a snake, next to our cottage. Today It was raining, the light cut off several times, the inet periodically falls off. The Food is only breakfast, on a buffet. And the rest for the money. Massage in the SPA Center is very expensive, it is easier to go to the city, there it is 2 times cheaper. The Bathroom with crack, the fridge barely works and flows, the Sidusky on the couch in spots. To me we overpaid for rest.

Very nice and modern hotel. Is located on a hill and about 15 minutes walk from the beach and the city. But nice and quiet in the middle of the jungle:) Highly recommended!

Superb resort all in stairs and floors (with hillside)

Resort has different zones, but pools in all zones, 5 in total. Mango pool has best setting. Rooms n bathrooms are bigger than normal, and do not feel crowded. Only 2 rooms per individual villa, so each room has own balcony. Real resort feel. Breakfast is very good, not excellent. No complaints cos service is excellent.

Stylish. Cozy. But too many steps…

It is a beautiful hotel with hillside location. First we were unsure, because of the many stairs, but for those who are difficult to walk, there is a free shuttle bus on call, which drives one directly in front of the door or there also picks up within 2 minutes. The staff is very accommodating. Our first bungalow had a connecting door and the neighbors travelled in the middle of the night, so we asked for one without connecting door. Already in the morning we were allowed to move into the new. We had a Seafan deluxe with huge windows and still view protected as beautiful large palm trees etc. Grow in front of the windows. You feel like living in the middle of nature. We often ate in the place, which we can only recommend. Down the street are several small restaurants which were all good and cheap. It is about 6 minutes walk to the food and 11 minutes down to the beach. In the village directly there are countless tour operators, also here we have only good experience with the implementation and reliability made. Not to mention the massage parlors — just first class and also inexpensive! Overall a beautiful resort with great offers in the area.

If your dream holiday is spending time near a chlorinated swimming pool-this is a place for you, but if you are after a good service, beach, culture etc — find a better place to stay. For me it was the worst hotel during my trip to Thailand. This hotel needs to lift up standards almost in every aspect of hospitality (including room presentation). You get 2 star hotel for the price of 5 star.

Favorite place in Phuket. Third time here already and staff is lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is astonish, rooms are very clean and quiet. They now have 5 swimming pools and they still manage to maintain everything which is rare in Thailand.

Husband and I went for our babymoon and got the Aqua Access room. Resort was built since 2013 and to our surprise its very well maintained. We stayed for 2 nights and was at another resort prior to this. Great difference between the 2 resorts and Mandarava definitely won our hearts. The view, design of the resort is awesome! Very nice pools and not too crowded since there are 5 pools. Both restaurants are overlooking great view but highly recommend Thai restaurant and do make prior bookings. The only downside was the food option. We hope there were more options or you can choose to dine out at Karon beach. Would definitely come back again next time! Its worth coming!

Location All at a very high urovone!

Awesome resort, the staff are the most friendly I’ve ever met. The room (deluxe pool access) was worth the extra too. Only slight criticism is the breakfast which is very good but not amazing. Altogether though highly recommend this as a definite place to stay.

An idyllic place. As it appears in the photos on your page. Breakfast buffet with lots of variety and the food is very good. The staff very friendly. Pools very large areas of a hot tub. Service of tuk-tuk to go to the beach and to the rooms.

This is a great resort style hotel set a short walk or car trip from the local town of Karon Beach. Friendly Thai staff, fantastic food with really nice pools with swim up pool bars which supply food with a variety of drinks.

Whoa, this place is amazing! We booked a room that let's you walk out into the pool and it was well worth it. There is a swim-up bar with happy hour from 4-6 with half off cocktails and domestic beers. The room was very cozy and comfortable. We ate one night at the restaurant at the resort and it was delicious. It was a little more than going out, but the convince was nice. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach or a shuttle from the resort runs a few times a day. For the price this was an amazing resort! EDIT: One thing to note is that it took us 30 minutes to check-out. They had to completely check the room before it was complete. If you are in a hurry to check-out the resort says 10 minutes but in reality it was 30.

Resort is beautiful with amazing views. More amazing then the view is the resorts staff. They went out of their way to insure we had a great time. They always greeted us with smile and a respectful greeting made by putting palms together (Khả thạkthāy kheārph thī̀ thả doy wāng f̄̀āmụ̄x k̄hêā d̂wy kạn). Great food and rooms clean and tidy.

More friendly staffs than Patong Beach. Very nice pools and kind staffs, clean rooms, but it's located in a little high hill, you might feel difficult to return Madarava without a taxi, hotel shuttle bus is available but it ends 6pm, a little bit early. View from Madarava is excellent, you can have breakfast with ocean view, and it's always windy here it could help you feel less hot weather, I definitely would like to visit again.

Super nice facility in the middle in the Green. Staff are very friendly. The Breakfast is varied and very fresh. You should definitely have time to eat in the Restaurant — very good quality of the food. Our room had 2 large Windows with great views and a waterfall right next to the. A great Hotel for a romantic holiday and a lot of relaxation. The place Karon has us less well-liked than Kamala, but should definitely be visited. Also the beach in Kamala is a bit nicer than in Karon. But with such a great Hotel, you just go to the Pool.
