This is an amazing place to stay! The staff was tentative to all of our needs. It’s a small very personal place and the villas are beautiful!

Well what can we say about Kata Tranquil Villa?
What a place looks like irs in the middle of a rain forest but it is only 10 minute stroll to Karon beach.
The staff are exceptional in every way nothing was to much trouble. A big shout out to Jamie who seems to work 24 hours a day. He never stops.
All we can say is thankyou so much for a lovely holiday.

The best stay for the money… great staff… great breakfast… great experience… great villa… just awesome.

Very welcoming hostess. A little far from the beach and go need a part of the way along the busy track, but overall for this money is a good option. We were fed breakfast free of charge on the day of arrival, met to the room ahead of time for 4 hours, a ride for the first time to the beach in his car.

The accommodations are nice. Private rooms with baths. Ours came with a mini fridge, coffee pot, hair dryer and safe. There really is no view to speak of. It is not easy to access the beach from here. You have to cross a busy four lane road to go anywhere. We decided to rent scooters from here instead of walking on the busy road. They do require to hold your passport as a deposit. They had a renter lose his scooter and skip out on paying so they will not budge on this term. Most of the staff does not speak very much English. One of the clerks is fairly fluent and very helpful. The housekeeping does an excellent job.

Kata Tranquil Villa: a guarantee!

Very large room with kitchen seating area and private hot tub. Good breakfast and friendly staff. That said, it's fair to point out the downsides:
1) the position. Between Kata and Karon, a couple of kilometres from the beach, on a crossroads of a dangerous dark and very busy road
2) the hot tub didn't work great and neither did the air conditioner. More maintenance required.

Amazing atmosphere, great, very helpful owner. Clean, elegant rooms, very nice swimming pool. You can also rent a scooter. Highly recommend this place!

The perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. Not intrusive, attentive and very courteous service. Despite the fact that the staff do not speak Russian, we understood each other with perfectly). The Standard room has everything you need: a kitchen with all the accessories, two separate rooms with TV, shower and WC separate, jacuzzi, balcony, WI-FI. When Sobiremsja again to relax in this side, will definitely book this villa!

Very nice. The rooms are VERY clean and comfortable. Whatever you ask will do. Carry for free wherever you want, you can bring your own food, they prepare it. I recommend:)

Great Hotel with excellent service and rooms. Located far from the busy streets, there is free parking, but also to the beaches of Karon and Kata near-15 minutes on foot (the truth on the way will have to pass the busy track).
The Breakfast is delicious though the dishes and not so much (there was no cheese for example).
We stayed in a deluxe room, located on the first floor, which is actually an apartment-there is a kitchen, a living room and a jacuzzi in the backyard. In the bedroom and living room on the conditioner, the double bed is insanely comfortable-excellent sleep.
Highly Recommended!

Reception is not good after evening and also you can get better hotels nearby in this price.

Overall A decent hotel. I can recommend for those who do not like large multi-storey hotels of urban type. This hotel has 2 floors and several rooms with teak cabins by the pool. From the pluses-cozy, modern design, nice breakfast area. The Hotel is close to the road. At First we had a room facing the road-personally for me it was uncomfortable, heard all the passing cars and especially mopeds, plus the room was with a wall of dark pressing color (this is for my taste, my young man liked), so that then changed to a room Pool, there was a quiet, generally OK, only everywhere In the room were crawling ants, even in bed. The breakfasts are so-so, but judging by the reviews, in most Thai hotels The breakfasts are not very, monotonous and not very tasty. From tea everywhere only Lipton In bags and instant coffee.

Quiet, clean, comfortable and in addition has breakfast dinner bar scooter Rental Shuttle Airport at very affordable prices. It'S close (but not too) to Patak Road to reach the beach.

We Decide to stay here during the second leg of our trip, Phuket.
The complex is not in the hustle and bustle of Patong but in the Karon area just a few steps from Kata (10/15min walk).
We are well right from the start the staff shows you available for suggestions on excursions and local in the surrounding area. The Villas are small well-organized bungalows with bathroom — terrace — fridge and kitchen. The facilities are spotless and every day the rooms are arranged and equipped with water.
But back to the staff that is the flagship of this fantastic place, from the first to the last employee shines a kindness and an infinite availability. A special thank you goes to Bankie who helped us not only to organize each excursion but also to make it splendid. Our stay.
Well What about if you don't want to stay in full chaos but love relaxation courtesy and kindness This is the place to stay.
Highly Recommended for those who like us point to a trip based mostly on exploring the fantastic places that Phuket can offer 10 + Vote.

We loved the stay at the villa. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. We Took the bike at the hotel and did not experience difficulties in the distance to the beach, the market, etc. ) As we arrived early in the morning, we were placed in a free suite "sleep". From the necessary-after 50 meters shop 7/11.
I Advise you to make a pilgrimage to Big Buddha-from the hotel 1 hour of fascinating walks) Recommend the hotel!

It's a great hotel. Super well maintained. The rooms are very clean and stylishly furnished. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is very rich and delicious. Showers and toilets are outside the room. Which does not detract from cleanliness and hygiene. Really nicely furnished.

Just what we where after, our room is the big family one… lovely family run business offering as much as the big hotels if not more. Staff can organise pretty much anything you want… mix of expensive resort and family village living. These people are beautiful. Not like Bali in any way … highly recommended. Will be back.

Beautiful place to stay. Nice new villas and the pool.

The room is nice and clean, staff is helpful and friendly. The highlight of out stay was the food from the kitchen, best tom yum gong we had in Thailand, they made it with fresh herb.

Beatiful relaxing hotel with a clean room. And one high light, the thai food from the hotel are really good. I have been eating in the hotel since the first day in here. Stuff are really friendly and nice. 乾淨舒適的villa, 無可挑剔。晚上又安靜，餐廳食物非常好吃. 道地。

We come suddenly to this hotel, without knowing it, after spending a horrific night in another of Phuket Town. We are present there, and in a blink of an eye we had prepared a great room. Had everything, living room, kitchen, bathroom, jacuzzi… and all clean and tidy. Both the people on reception as the owners are great people. At all times try to help and you put things very easy. Without a doubt I would repeat!

Five stars is not on the evaluation system of hotels. Nice, very comfortable. English-speaking staff. A huge plus — rent motorbike in the hotel. Great location on the island, access to all attractions and shopping places (Patong). Breakfast is strong :-)

Very nice hotel, clean, quiet and close to the beaches. Good food and very helpfull staff. The rooms are great and the bungalows even better.

Very good for 700 baht with a swimming Pool.
