Warmth and honest hospitality, the room is clean. Is close to amenities and the place is safe at night.

Very friendly, helpful and lovely hosts. Worth the money. Good location as well as nice, cosy and clean rooms. Don't expect too much of the breakfast.

Staff were generally friendly! The breakfast was ok given the price of the rooms. I enjoyed my stay because it was conveniently located to the supermarket and if you book the room with a stove maybe you can cook a meal. High floors tend to be quieter, but there is no elevator.

The only star I didn't give would be that we slept on the 4th floor and there was no elevator! The bedroom is clean. The shower is great. Very hospitable people. AND they have a bird as a pet. So cute!

Good value for money for accommodation in Khaolak. Affordable price even during high season. New, comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Good internet connection (free Wi-Fi). Friendly staff. Right in the center of Khaolak "town", the beach is at 5-10 minutes walk. Breakfast is average but OK for the price. I stay here every time I have to spend a night in Khaolak in between boat cruises (I work on a diving liveaboard boat).

It was a very clean hotel. Comfortable bedding. Great reception and staff available to advise us and arrange transportation for the rest of the trip. Good breakfast buffet.

Families run hotel, very nice atmosphere, rooms always clean, daily fresh manuals (if necessary), convenient, location center Takua Pa, best at the hotel renting a scooter and exploring the countryside and beaches.

Budget hotel with a new building. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Run by a friendly local family. The included breakfast is basic but we ate outside during our stay.

It's more than amazing! The family is so fantastic. Their smile was so warm! We arrive 4:30am in the morning. They help us to arrive here. The room is tidy, clean and warm! Breakfast is fantastic, the buffet is full of love, actually of 5 star hotel style! Homemade salad, home grown vegetables! Amazing! They are underpriced, to be honest! The boss sent us to a great beach, which is far far away, beautiful! romantic! It's hard to get the taxi, the family proactively come and pick us up! I seldom review. But for them, Recommend!

Great hotel located in center of Khao Lak, in the second line from the sea. Close to restaurants, turistic agencies, etc. Even thou it's close to the street hotel is hidden between the buildings and is resonably quiet. It's 10 minutes walk from hotel to public beach entrance. Rooms are elegant, clean and well-equipped (including air-conditioning, safe box, fridge, cosmetics). Laundry in the hotel. Service was very helpful in every aspect of the stay — from assistance in choosing a travel agency through organising a transport. There was no problem to communicate in English. Breakfasts were tasty, but something typical Thai was missing, eg. Fired rice with egg. Perfect as a base for excursions. I highly recommend. Value for money above average.

Hospitality was amazing. Request are considered without any trouble. Very comfortable rooms. 10 mins walk to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Overall a nice stay. Would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent option to stay. Very good price with breakfast included. The attention is great (very remarkable), the location and the cleanliness. The spacious rooms and notice something new because they have manuals for some stuff and up plastic the fridge. Does not have an elevator and that feels when one has to climb with the backpacks. Also it is worth to stay here.

Absolutely new beautiful hotel few minutes from the beach, for a very reasonable price. Shops, massage salons, cafes — all in a walking distance. Staying here was very enjoyable: everything is brand new, works perfectly, the owner is a really sweet guy! Highly recommend this place!

Brand new MiniHotel. We found it by accident, passing by, suggested that prices will be high, maybe. Cert building looks very cool. But no, got a good room with all amenities and helpful staff at an affordable price!
