Good location. Quick and efficient check-in. Rooms spacious, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Whilst we were visiting my dad in May 2018 he passed away unexpectedly. It was a terrible shock for us. I can only praise the manager and her all staff for the concern and kindness and help they gave to us at that sad time. Nothing was too much trouble for them. One of the staff even travelled to the shopping mall at 30 mins notice to buy us black outfits They also arranged extra nights accommodation at very short notice. I cannot praise them enough and I contacted the head office of Best Western Worldwide to tell them this. If ever we come to Thailand again we will definitely stay at Best Western without a doubt. Sending a big thank you to you all from Vicki and Steve from the UK.

Great stay here. Location is close t9 city centre. Breakfast was suburb. Night bar staff was lazy and disrespectful but all other staff very helpful and attentive.

Hotel showing serious wear and tear particularly in the shower room. Same food was served at the breakfast buffet which really won't encourage a good start to the day! Location is the plus point nevertheless.

Good hotel internet terrible … everytime… need to sort it out … food great as are the rooms just internet lets it down in the world today we need good internet and good speed … not hard to do.

The hotel stinks in our room.

A good version of a modern Western hotel, with a small pool and nice breakfast. It still only seems to be upper 3 star range, as local ratings go, but a great value for the reasonable pricing. There are decent options for next to nothing in Buriram so it's just a matter of how much someone values that modern look and feel, and a pool.

Good middle-class hotel with small weaknesses. Those who advertise internationally should not afford mold stains in the bathroom and pollute or stained furniture.

Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we have had at any Hotel / Motel first class you can sit inside area or out side around the pool which we choose and it was beautiful with a great morning.
Summing up we would not give it 5star because I think no Hotel is worth that unless
You stay at places you just could not afford
But we will say a very high 4 star Plus

Good value with a clean and comfortable room. The comp breakfast buffet is a high point with numerous food items, all well prepared and presented; not your typical rice soup and white bread toast offerings. Don't miss the egg station located just outside the dining room.

Very modern, clean and efficient with a good restaurant. Room is comfortable but the decor is a little too minimalist without a single drawer in the room. And while they advertise a balcony it is only about 1 meter wide. Not wide enough to stand on and no view to look at. The bathroom is also quite small but the shower is good with lots of hot water. This is the larger room. But is definitely a great hotel for the price.

Reasonable accommodation except for the horrible beds. Wont go again.

Breakfast superb room very comfy Only downside is the small swimming pool And is situated in between buildings so no sunbathing.

A little out of the way but otherwise very good value, nice but compact room. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, nice pool but smaller than I thought. Breakfast has good choice. They will provide minibus to or from town for small charge. Nothing to complain about. I would come again.

Great hotel with one of the best service ive been in for a while. Food great but do with bit more of breakfast itrms. Its more like dinner than breakfast. Staff speaking english and very helpfull. Will come back here again.

I like this hotel, clean room, confortable (small if you want to stay longtime) staff OK and excellent breakfast.

It fits everything, super room, well maintained restaurant in house 2, has lift, good parking and nice staff.

Quite good. Easy car parking to the front. Little pool, but so cold in January! Reasonable breakfast for the price of the room. We upgraded to the slightly larger room with tiny kitchen area then discovered there was no equipment to cook anyway.

Very quiet, comfortable, very good reception, but do not stay in the DRC lift sewer noséabonde. Pool Restaurant, perfect service. Good location in the city in cartier very quiet.

Always like to stay here now a few times I have checked in here, staff remember me that's nice food not a lot to choose from but it is good, rooms nice an clean not bad location 10minutes into the town by Taxi.
