Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean with a comfortable bed, but is small and poorly designed. I had one cut on my ankle due to the sharp concrete edge under the sofa and one bruise on my waist because of the sharp corner of the TV table. The pool is so tiny that I don’t even want to try swimming in it. It’s more like a pool for kids rather than adults. Breakfast is good but they don’t serve the egg to your table. Restaurant serves delicious food with unique taste, but the price is high as well. What’s more, the prices on the menu demand an extra 10% service fee and 7% tax. I would more recommend the restaurant in the nearby Cresco Hotel Buriram. The prices are equivalent to Amari’s but already inclusive of the service fee and tax. They also have a better menu selection. Overall, Amari Hotel is good, but just not great. The room is worth its price though.
