The room is very spacious or it is really only the most necessary. I have visited several hotels in Thailand and this is by far the worst (although it is expensive than the others).

Vere good hotell big room vere comfy the beds the staf are very nice and the lokechn very close to averting.

Very fair priced hotel. Close enough to Khaosan road but fair away to be peaceful. Receptionist workers were very helpful with directions to pre-chosen places to visit and insightful about popular attractions around the city. Room was nice and clean. Double room came with strong, fast Wi-Fi signal. Good aircon and a good quiet fridge. Has humourous signs located near entrance gates.

Super well located, quiet hotel in a dead end. It was the first hotel on our Thailand — tour. For someone who explores the city and travels all day, this is a great hotel. I have to pull off a star unfortunately, because there is a print shop next door, some of which is a bit noisy when you are sitting in the restaurant area. From time to time, unfortunately, it also smells like pressure blackness. You don't get all that in the rooms, though. Good hotel that you can book with peace of mind!

Perfect location but the environment is not very nice. Near Khao San Road and still quiet. Value/performance ratio is top. If you only spend 2-3 days there, it's ok. I don't need Bangkok for a long time. The beds are unfortunately very hard.

Not recommend. The bed is nice and clean, but that's it. Very noisy at night. You can hear everyone walking and talking in the corridor and you can get a feeling, that someone can come in any moment. No view out from the window whatsoever. You can barely tell a difference between night and day. There are wholes in the window big enough not only for bugs, but for a rat as well, so you don't know what you'll see in the bathroom in the morning.

Being in the heart of Bangkok for such low price was a great deal, close to everywhere, all day long coffee/tea included, nice rooms with big fridge and a lot of storage, clean bathroom, but very dark rooms (had a balcony/the only little window facing other wall so there was zero daylight coming to room). Would not hesitate to book again.

The hotel is cheap and therefore not much to expect from it. From the advantages-it's convenient location, good plumbing, there is air conditioning/fridge, TV. The room was clean and comfortable. For a week's stay the cleaning was once and then after our request.

Located 800 metres away. From the famous Khaosan Road but in a quiet area and out of the hustle.
Residence with rooms of various types. The standard room is equipped with a small balcony comfortable to lay out the clothes. Basic furnishings, bathroom, linens and clean towels. Wi-Fi free in all areas.
A/C a bit noisy but does not preclude sleep. Free coffee and tea.
Convenient to stay a few days near Khaosan Road, the right compromise spending little.

The worst place I ever stayed, and I travel a lot. The bed was so uncomfortable and hard, the environment so noisy, no sound proofing, families packed in to rooms and backpackers playing music all around. I got no sleep. The environment was also depressing, no effort to make it look nice and the bedding was stained when I arrived. I am amazed anyone gave a positive review, and can only think it is the friends and family of the owners doing it for a favour. Under no circumstance stay here!

Beautifully located at the bottom of a dead end right on the edge of the boiling area of Khao San it enjoys a tranquil atmosphere. Well equipped with lift it offers nice and well furnished rooms. Cleanliness very correct. Possibility to have breakfast at the hotel.

It's a great hotel! The location is great for our taste. Clean, spacious rooms, there are all the necessary amenities. Free luggage storage, we left a bag with winter clothes for more than a month. On the ground floor — tea, coffee, microwave. Wi-Fi worked perfectly! There's an elevator. In general — a normal option for a stop in the center of Bangkok.

At first I came with high expectations and was disappointed, however after one night I began to appreciate it more. Rooms are decently comfortable despite the rather hard beds. Only real problem would be the shower as it's very weak. Bathroom is slightly unpleasant.

Very pleased with place. We spent here 3 hectic days in Bangkok and it was always pleasure to come back to hotel every evening. Good location but the street where the hotel is based — secluded and quiet. Helpful staff, decent wi fi, free coffee & tea during days. Gave 5 star as I found it also inexpensive comparing to the service provided.

Great budget hotel. No surplus, but a complete set of necessary-spacious clean room, freshest linen, daily white towels, shampoo, shower gel, cotton sticks, quiet air conditioning, safe and large refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plus in the café on the ground floor free coffee, cocoa, tea from 8 am to 5 pm. There is a breakfast for 60 baht.

Fair price for a higher standard hostel in Bangkok. Its quiet position is definitely a plus.

The room allotted to us was small but clean. If you are looking for a budget friendly stay, this hotel is for you. The hotel has no swimming pool.

Cheap place, nice people working here. 10 minutes away from Khao San road and Rambuttri area. However, our room was small and there was barely enough space to put our suitcase and stuff even. Sometimes it was a bit depressing in this room with almost no sunlight coming inside. But for this price you won't find a better deal!

Nice place… beside the rooms are clean, there is many food arround the hotel.

Cheap and gpod location, had a nice stay! Only taxi transfer to the airport they organized was way too expensive. Drive with taxameter, is cheaper!

New hotel about 10mim walk from Khaosan. Great value for money and a free breakfast too. There is a paper printing facilities near which makes a bit noise.

Really helped us wity checking out on time and do more stuff for the day before we left the country. Thumbs Down: * Bad room services like poor Wi-Fi, not properly workimg bathroom showers etc. * Entrance to the hotel could be sometimes scary at night due to darkness and drunk people around. * Rooms are way too small and have not enough space to put your clothes even. Ps: Could call it a 3 star place. But from my experience I could only give 2 stars.

Good rooms and beds. Staff was excellent. Free breakfast. Started here a few nights. Close walk to Khao San road. Hidden down a small street so it was quiet. Price a bit on the higher end.

Perfect place for our needs. Clean rooms, good sized, friendly and helpful staff. On a very quiet street with a nice outdoor area to eat and chill. Breakfast was standard but great for our needs. We have zero complaints and will return.

It's too out of the city. Spend too much on taxis. Better to stay close to the city. Complimentary breakfast, but everyday the caterer says, sorry no butter. Cannot bring food to the room. There's no kettle or phone in the room. It doesn't cost much to equip the rooms with these facilities. All other budget ones are well equipped. I hav traveled extensively in Thailand. Just wanted to try this place. Not worth the money spent. Definitely, will not recommend this Paragon One to any one. The restaurant is infested with flies. Needs to be addressed. Even cabbies, refused to take me to the Residence. There's no signboard on the main street. The Soi is so narrow. Only good for one vehicle at a time. Definitely, not a good place to stay.
