Nice rooms, centrally located for good shopping.

Love the buffet breakfast here. A variety of Western, to Chinese, Indian and even the bakery corner they serve many choices of buns, croissant and etc. Not forget to mention my favourite Thai noodles with chilies powder and vinegar.

I like it. Cantata Watergate Pavillion Hotel Bangkok. No1 Choice. Good health care good food comfortable.

Uncomplicated, real good price value, friendly reliable staff, clean rooms, fantastic service and absolutely helpfull. Top location to get around without having to use a tuktuk or taxi. Klongseanseap central pier and skytrain station and busstops just around the corner. Shoppingmalls within walking distance. Airport Rail Link station five walkingminutes away. 46bath per person. (Taxi to airport starts with 600bath) if u need a taxi don't ask downstairs at the hotel entrance (one of the guys is calling you taxis without taximeter and fixed prices that are definately far to expensive) ask at the reception! fabulous breakfast.

Great location within walking distance to BTS and CentralWorld, Siam Paragon, Platinum Mall. Great buffet breakfast with huge variety and friendly staff. Good size rooms with excellent amenities. Great for families.

Very good customer service provided. Fast check in with welcome drink provided. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Room are so clean and large bed provided. So surprising they provided us a piece of cake and romantic deco for our wedding anniversary. Very excellent service and definitely will come back again for my next trip. Being greeted and welcomed by your bellman and security upon arriving the hotel on my check-in day. Stayed in this hotel on 22-23 & 25-26 May 2019. Kudos to all the front office team who checked-me in and welcome drink was just nice for my taste. Love the scenery of my breakfast view too. I will for sure choose this hotel as my first choice of accommodation, rather than any other hotels in BKK, because of your professional service by your front end employees and great location to fashion mall, centralworld, big c supermarket etc. I will for sure highly recommend your hotel as the number 1 choice of accommodation to my friends and relatives via word of mouth. Once again, your employees are awesome and I had an enjoyable stays throughout my vacation! :) Till we meet next time and Looking forward to my next visit soon!

This is the 4th/5th consecutive year that we chose to stay at Centarra Watergate Pavilion. Khun Nitikan and her team have contributed towards living up and surpassing our expectations: Friendly, helpful and kind staffs who remembered you by names and attended to your every request (within reasonable means) promptly, and who helped us switch to a brighter and slightly bigger room after first night; the magic of human touch, which makes us wanna come back every time! Hotel is well-placed staff present lovely view quality suites just limit decoration exceeded in spots on the floor on the cousins in the couch air conditioning is just impossible to sleep with so she is bruitante only positive point is the quality of the restaurant at top with great view and dock products, pay attention to the prices it's going fast.

Good location, good service and clean room. Shower head have issue of intermittent hot water but rain shower have no issues. My stay has alot of children in my same level and their parents allowed them to run about. The door could not block much of the noise.

We have been here two times before, and will come back. The hotel is well central, in the evening there is a market on the doorstep. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast incredibly varied. Everything just fits here! Top, keep it up!

Location is fantastic, about 8-10 mins walk to platinum mall. There are many message parlor nearby. Room is spacious and clean. Check in time is 3 plus pm but you can easily leave your luggage with the staff and go off to do your activities as they will be bought to your room once ready.

Decent rooms, designed in a very white tone, location is quite hidden. Lobby is at level 9. There was an event going on when I arrived. There was a welcome drink. Staff speaks English. Moom area is chill. Gym is alright. Nice and spacious lobby. Room comes with water. Building is 20 floors, hotel starts at 9. There is a shopping mall downstairs. Provides umbrella.

Everything was perfect, of course we'll be back.

Lobby is located at the upper floor which is good, security wise. The staff at the ground level were helpful and friendly. In fact all staff have always a smile on whenever I see them. Subtle as it might seem, it sets your mood for the day. Breakfast was a good spread. Rooms were big and most importantly clean. Never felt uneasy throughout the stay. Keep it up.

I had a chance to eat lunch buffet during Songkran Festival with my family. And the hotel staffs were very lovely, friendly and helpful to us. :) Especially the Indian staff who took care of the restaurant area. He was extremely kind and caring, trying to make sure we had a great time and we really did. The hotel was clean, beautiful and very modern. Maybe I'll recommend my foreign friends to stay here next time they come to Bangkok. Thank you for giving us a wonderful family time.

Total 25 photos. Good hotel. At least it is modern looking and neat and clean. Very welcoming as we were given a glass of chilled drink while waiting to collect our room key. Small gym area, not bad. But no swimming pool : ( View was nice when we were at the building roof top at their cafe. Good place to watch ⚽️ soccer. The bed is soooooooooo… comfy ☺️ very satisfied. Bathroom is clean. Overall seems like newly renovated hotel. I will visit again.

Reason I give it 3 star. At 3:30am a Taiwanese guest started slamming my door, ringing the doorbell, yelling and cursing outside my door, telling me to open the door. He was also trying to force open my room.
I contacted the front desk, they said they would send someone up to check. And never heard from them again. I went to the front desk later to make a complaint, they said maybe it was the person next door who made a mistake.
They allowed me to do a later check out (3pm) but my wife was really scared. And we could not get a good rest after that.
The front desk staff attitude was like “sorry cannot do anything about, sorry”
So I guess that it is ok for anyone to go around the rooms, drunk and disturb everyone’s sleep in this hotel.
Although I understand it was not the Hotels fault, I wished they had done something more.

Excellent hotel to stay at with good rooms. It is located in the heart of Bangkok's shopping district and has a great restaurant Cafe 9 on the 9th floor. The upper 20th floor also has some bars and a great view that is open to all. The breakfast spread is also excellent, loved my stay here.

Staying here for 5 nights. The room is nice but the shower is terrible. Hot and cold water is so inconsistent. You can get super hot water and next moment it's cold water even without moving the mixer. Room size is good and staff are attentive and well mannered. Location is good if you r walking but if u want to cab, it is quite difficult.

A beautiful 5 star experience. Staff are professional and helpful with shopping tips. They offer a taxi service whereby they call a cabs to the hotel lobby. Very helpful indeed to all tourists. The food was great as well. Well done Centara Watergate on a 5* experience.

Stayed at the hotel during January 2018 festival season, excellent hotel for shopping. All the staff are friendly and helpful… very welcoming staff. Hotel is neat and modern furnishes. Will definitely stay here again when in Bangkok.

Amazing stay at Central Watergate Pavillion Hotel. The hotel breakfast was great. Great variety of food. Hotel room was clean, nice smelling, spacious. The in room dining was great! Pizza was delicious! Location was just a short walk to Platinum Mall, Central World & Siam Paragon.

My first stay in Centara Watergate Pavilion has been a enjoyable and sweet one. From the welcome drink and snacks to the friendly service staff, the sweet parting gift the night prior checking out and the great location near to Big C, Platinum Mall and Pratunum market. As my room is a corner room, there is a slight gap from the curtains but I was greeted by a streaks of rainbows on my bed every morning. The bed is comfortable too and the well partitioned bathroom! The only thing is that there is no swimming pool but I was told by their staff that the hotel has made plans to expand and build a swimming pool ‍♀️ and that will a good news for those who would like to have a dip in the pool, like me. The food is good but not much variety. Really love the friendliness of the staff and the sweet gesture! Will definitely be back again. Thank you CWG for the pleasant stay! Hotel is in chic style, or modern style. Space in the room is maximized with some smart storage space and design, although the rooms can be smaller in comparison. Breakfast is considerably complete with the usual international spread. There is no swimming pool though. Location is good, in the middle of Bangkok, near to night markets and shopping mall.

Price was very reasonable, including breakfast buffet for 2 adults & 2 kids below 12. Most of the staff spoke reasonably good English. Concierge even helped us direct the Grab driver into the hotel entrance as the Grab app couldn't pinpoint my location at the entrance. Hotel location is near night markets.

Exceeded all my expectations! The hotel is positioned on the 4*, but I would put all 5*! Rooms are not big, but very cozy! The room has everything you need: fridge, TV, iron and Board, safe, Minibar. In the bathroom there are tools not only for women but also for men. Treats for you and your children. In the end also toy gave. A trifle, but nice! There is a Laundry in the hotel. The restaurant is a separate topic! Breakfast is continental but cooked very tasty! From the standard omelettes and cereal, pancakes, muffins, waffles, pasta with meat, vegetables and a lot of rice you want. Tea and scones, and croissants, and chocolate, and the local, and if you want ice cream. Dinner… ate it all, but so many just won't fit in me) ) the dishes are very beautiful. The restaurant itself is divided into two zones: indoor and outdoor Seating on the water. In the rain or the sun closed with special tent. Night include lighting and, you know, it looks very cool. The staff is friendly. The hotel is located very vyigrashno. You can easily walk to nearby tourist spots. Near river station, boats here are used as we have buses. Go often and a lot of people. Costs 11 baht, on February 17. But we did not take the money, all staring and to touch pups wanted :)
Still close to shopping centers, Park, tourist night market and live music. In the back of the hotel there is a local market. And products and household goods. Pretty smelly) )

Great location and great service… easy to get the local food stall and access to Bangkok most popular shopping area.

Everything is fine. Very good choice for the first visit to Bangkok — next to the airport rail link and nice cultural center (I mean not so touristic). Next to the shopping mall and night market. BTS is in 20 minutes slow walk.

Centara Watergate provides a really experience even though it is just 4 star. Expect your luggage to be brought to your room by staff while you check in sipping your welcome drink. Also, the food at Chilli heat is nothing short of amazing with the spectacular view too. All in all, the service and experience here is really good!

Check-in process was slow. A hotel with great city views, but no swimming pool although there are multiple sun beds by a body of water. Disappointing! room was spacious and super huge windows for a beautiful view.

It is a good hotel, fairly central and with good facilities. The staff is very friendly and always have a smile. The rooms are large and clean and the breakfast buffet has much to choose from. Come back without a doubt.

I had the worst hotel stay with my family. Do not make the same misrake I did. Bought a family room package… its basically a basic 2 super single bed for 4 person. What a rip off… I paid for an extra bed… took more than 6 hours to reach my room and had to remind them twice… Stepping in and out of the hotel… you will be welcome by sewage smell aroma therapy… all natural from some sewage meant to make a mark of what aroma therapy represents. Every time I step down and come back that smell is there and the best park it follows you to the lift area and into the lift all the way up to your floor.

The only bad thing I have to say about Centara was the room size, and they had a function on in a public area that restricted access to the outside public area and boys toilet; when we entered this area they pounced on us and ushered us behind the scenes to where we needed to go; the function should of been in a conference room but they were very apologetic about inconveniencing us. Fantastic service this is a understatement! Fantastic food this is a understatement! Fantastic staff this is a understatement! Centara Watergate Pavillion set the bar high in customer service a lot of other places could benefit from their training! Would happily stay again just in a bigger room!

Rooms are clean but no full length mirror. See through glass of bathroom should hv curtain in the toilet not outside of toilet.

Brilliant hotel where service was great! At oasis in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok city.

Rooms are very clean. Bathroom is new. The pool area is very modern and a good place to hang out. The staff was great during check-in. Wifi in every room. Overall just a great experience. I was here for a business trip and will definitely stay again.

Stayed here august 2015, Was very nice, comfortable & very clean and that was in a smoking room. Right in the heart of Bangkok and very close to wholesale market. Would certainly stay again.

Very satisfied. Good location, right in the area where what is going on. Many small stands most along the street with food and clothing. There are two restaurants in the hotel where you can eat cheap. The one on the ninth floor is with water, the other on the 20. With an open terrace and a bar. Super views. Our room on the 18th was very quiet and clean. You again.
