Great hotel with excellent service. Strategic location away from the hustle hustle of city centre yet walkable to main malls. Helpful crews and comfortable rooms. Only thing is a bit noisy during late nights and early mornings. Might be some maintenance work or I just assumed coming from other guests. Overall a great and enjoyable stay.

There was not hot water in our room despite our complaint. We like this hotel, however, for its convenient location, and especially for its smiling, friendly and helpful staff. We love them.

Strategic location. Got 7-11 and Family Mart within 50m. Friendly staff, room is small but tidy and no problem for shower and rest. It's a good choice for budget traveller.

Though the rooms are quite small but it's clean and the staffs are nice. Its also a good location because it's near the shopping malls & night market.

Not really recommended, room is too small, may be suit for backpacker but not suit for people who come for shopping like metoilet is narrow, shower was broken and no refill of tea/coffee pack. Basically the hotel environment is good and very near to 7-11, convenient.

It's somewhat of a budget hotel, more of a backpackkers hotel. The hotel is very near to the ARL stations, nearer station would be Phaya Thai station interchange to BTS Sukhumvit line. About 15min walk to Siam paragon area and Siam BTS station for both Sukhumvit and Silom line. Bout 5 min walk to the local market and platinam shopping/ Novotel Bangkok.

Staff are helpful. Their English is good!

I think it's great myself.
Clean tones and sensations are very good, but the room is a little small.
Two people have to pass by. But the service was very good, and I'll be back next time I get to Bangkok.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, they are very smart to help us after crazy shopping whole day. The room is very clean and neat, jz that the toilet is too small for me. But it is budget so I can said is… I love to stay here. It's a walking distance to pratunum market and platinum mall. So… Worth a stay.

Worth the money! Clean, tidy & comfy room and have lots of electricity plug.

Gaam Hotel is a relatively new boutique hotel situated in the heart of Pratunam, which basically means its easy to walk everywhere. Its in a small alley, accessible by taking the overhead bridge in front of the Pantip Plaza and going in straight through the alley. A short walk away is a 7-11 where you can buy instant food for supper and also shower necessities, although Gaam provides toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel free of charge. Gaam also provides bottles of mineral water, all you have to do is ask for more and you shall receive. Right at the entrance of Gaam there is a lady selling street breakfast from 7-10am-ish, soft-boiled eggs, toasted bread and milk tea. Its nice and affordable, try it out!

Perfect stay. Employee's were extremely friendly, clean room and most importantly walking distance to night markets and attractions area. Room might be a little bit to small but that is far from my concern, we are here to shop not laze in the room all day. Overall satisfied.

Twin room — Aurora. Clean room with enough space to move around. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They offer airport transfer to the airport for 400thb (not sure if the pick up from airport). Great location with shops everywhere. Night market is a min walk away. Great food carts around. Great coffee stall just outside and great rice and pork cart on the other side.

Have been staying at Gaam many times whenever I come to Bangkok. Reasonable pricing, walking distance to shopping areas, cosy and clean room they have and friendly staff ever! Would recommend to stay here if you are coming to Bangkok.

I hate this hotel! bed and pillows are too comfortable till always make me sleep late; room is clean make me feel like to stay longer in the room; but but but I'm travelling here for shopping de… toiletries and hair dryer is provided + free channel V & xing Kong
friendly staff, always greet you whenever you step in the hotel, rates are too comparative, and important is the staff speak good English no language barrier at all!
only issue is the sound proof, can always heard the noises (not loud) from next door when shower.

Friendly front desk staff. Speaks very good English. Rooms are small but very clean. There are 2 built-in universal power points and 2 USB charging outlets at the bed. Very well thought-out for travellers. Do note that the power is 220V only.

The staff at front desk is helpful, we ask general information. The room is little small but comfortable new room. Especially, the location is in down town.

Faulty faucets and disruptive hot water. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Smallest room is ard 3x5. Go for the bigger one with 300 bath difference for more space.

Very very small room，but compact and practical. Newly furnished. located in a alley not convenient for public transportation. Still far to walk to shopping malls considering the hot weather recommend to choose a hotel near BTS station since taxi driver in bangkok never use meter.
