Very comfortable to stay here, free breakfast in the morning.

The day is to eat lunch (package), the meal options are not many, a variety of meat only one.
This is not to forget, I can not accept the row table, the ingredients (potato cake, french fries, broccoli) All the morning breakfast left to eat is cold and soft.
The main dish (steak) taste is still OK. Overall, although not very bad, but I personally do not recommend here.

Good hotel, rooms are comfortable, amenities ate okay, breakfast was okay, central location.

Cons: Living on the 8 floor can also hear the sound of the car on the 1 floor, breakfast there is room for improvement Advantages: Room furnishings fashion, toilet small small, but clean, there are welcome small cards.

Hotel is nearby shopping belt. Walking distance to train station.

Service is good and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Room clean and fair, air conditioning, temperature is too cold, although the room can be temperature-regulating, but seems to play little effect. Convenient parking, accompanied by breakfast, but the taste is ordinary.

Breakfast Seating is insufficient, the Breakfast buffet was a meal tray, food are too late to provide the service personnel of serious insufficient, the tenant self-recovery meal disk also caused the mess. I've never met, was a long experience.

A nice hotel in a very industrialized area. Good rooms, fine breakfast.

Stayed here for a night before heading to the airport the next day. The hotel's location is great! Right in the center of the city, near to Taoyuan Train Station, lots of shops and food around. The hotel's front entrance is a little inconvenient, because it's a busy main road and there's a bus stop right near the main entrance; there isn't a recessed area where you can leisurely load/unload stuff from your transport. When I arrived, my taxi had to stop more than 10 meters away from the entrance because the bus stop was crowded and a bus was approaching. There didn't seem to be any bellman around to help unload your luggage, so you're on your own. I arrived early so I couldn't actually check-in, but they did get all the arrangements done and stored my luggage so that I could go out and do other stuff. When I came back at 3pm (official check-in time), there was nothing much to do except to sign on the check-in document. My room was on the 8th floor, facing away from the main street and towards the train station. The room was clean, modern, spacious, surprisingly quiet (probably because it wasn't near the main street), well lit. The view from the room wasn't fantastic but wasn't bad either: the other buildings around were shorter so I could see out further (beats having to stare at another building). They provided some fruits in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Temperature control in the room was non-functional.

Stayed here on my last night on my trip visiting family. It's about 20 minutes from the airport so a taxi isn't too expensive if you need to go that route. It's also very close to the train station (10 minute walk) and close to the 3 major malls in Taoyuan. Very nice accomodations with modern amenities. It can get a little loud if you're facing street side (like my room was), but I was so jet lagged it didn't matter. Would definitely recommend people to stay here.

I love this place. Near shopping zone and train station.

Had breakfast at their café last week and disliked it very much. First, we were told there was no gas so we couldn't order a warm meal on winter morning. I know these things can happen anywhere so we ordered an European breakfast and some sandwiches with sweet potato fries instead. When our food arrived (which took over 20 minutes), we weren't given any napkins or creamers for the coffee. The worst part was when I was taking the cucumber slices out of the sandwich (because I don't like them) and saw a FISH SCALE on one of the slices! How hygienic is that? For a so called fancy hotel this is just outrageous. And the tomatoes had brown parts that should have been cut off. And the strawberry jam was horrible, it tasted like they mixed 2/10 parts of jam and 8/10 parts of corn starch. And the orange juice? Can we even call it juice? Because I think they just used a powder juice mix and put more water than they should have. I'm sure if I had ordered anything else my list would be much longer, fortunately I only ordered those. Very disappointed, if I could give ZERO STARS I definitely would.

Friendly staff, good size room and good location. There's a cheap bus which runs from outside the hotel, direct to the airport.

New and clean hotel. Housekeeping daily. Very polite staff. Near train station. Very convenient.
