The staff really went all the way to make our stay with them pleasant. It was such a special stay you just have to experience it yourself. Everything from amenities to snacks, they were very meticulous. Their rooms were reasonably sized, clean & cosy.
Stayed here for two nights (over weekend) just before the new year. While the stay was fairly pricy, we were really happy with our stay. The location of the hotel was quite convenient (a few subway stations within walking distance). The room was spacious and very comfortable. The décor was very modern, clean and chic. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was of good size and very well designed. The Wifi in the room worked quite well. The room rate came with breakfast, which was really more of a generous buffet brunch. In addition to typical breakfast food, there were always a number of hot meat dishes/salad/soup, etc. We took advantage of that everyday before heading out. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Overall, a great experience.
