The best hotel service we have experienced. Professional, prompt, and pleasant — — at check in, breakfast, pool and spa, etc. Amenities for our young daughter were excellent and already arranged in the room before we arrived. My wife absolutely loved her spa day, too. Stayed here on one leg of our journey, and we were happy to stay again on the return leg. I would consider this hotel first next time we travel to Taipei.

Staff was beyond helpful and the check in/out processes were efficient and customer focused. Facilities are great with everyone one can ask for and rooms are spacious with exclusive amenities. This is the best hotel in Taipei, no doubt! Highly recommended.

Nice hotel but unfortunately it lacks atmosphere. It is like a ghost town in the arcade floors. The cafe is only very ordinary, the quality is far far away from the MO brand. I was not surprised visiting one evening at 8 pm with only 2 tables of patrons.

The best hotel I have been in Asia let alone many other countries in Europe and the US. The rooms are awesomely wide and clean. The level of service is high. There is a bar in the hotel and the setting is just comfortable for a short night out drinking. Breakfast buffer is impressive and well prepared and arranged. Must go when you are in Taipei.

The set menu was full vegetarian per the event. While the presentation was elegant, the food lacked flavor (granted, they aren't known for their vegetarian food), but it was still very filling.

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience with Snap Travel and MO Taipei. I booked a great MO deal with SnapTravel on 1/23/18 and the rsvp was paid in full. Immediately after I made the rsvp and received my booking confirmation with SnapTravel, I contacted MO front desk via email to ensure my booking is legit. After 2 weeks of trying to coordinating with both SnapTravel and MO Taipei, I learned there was a 'system error' and MO cannot confirm my rsvp. After many questions, SnapTravel said MO cannot confirm the rsvp as there were no rooms available on my date of travel! I find this 2 weeks confirmation processing ridiculous! The reason maybe that I got a ridiculous deal. Someone either at SnapTravel or Mandarin Oriental Taipei made a pricing error and they cannot honor my booking! This is a major fraud!

A beautiful hotel located close to the CBD in Taipei. The rooms are Super luxurious and the king sized beds so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Where do we even begin! The property is stunning, immaculately kept, and every detail is thought of. The service is some of the best we’ve ever had. From the moment we landed at TPE to the moment they dropped us off, we felt like royalty! We came to Taipei to celebrate our honeymoon and the Mandarin knew this. They had someone waiting for us right out of immigration, Alan — and he even waved at us right away as though he knew who we were and what we looked like — it was awesome. He took all our bags and even waited for us to get cash and our pocket Wi-Fi. We opted for the car service which was such a nice treat and totally worth it. When we arrived at the hotel, Meg greeted us and even took us straight to our suite to get us checked in (we didn’t have to stop by the front desk to get checked in at all). We got upgraded and they had several special notes, and even some macaroons to welcome us for our honeymoon. And the bed had a beautiful display roses! Throughout the trip, concierge was always there to help (special shout out to Jeff! ) and gave us so many great recommendations. They also always knew who we were and always greeted us by name! Getting taxis where so easy and they always have us a hotel card when we left so we could give it to taxi drivers so they knew where to take us. The lounge was impeccable and breakfast was amazing every morning! Honestly, I️ could go on and on but the bottom line is, this property is absolutely exceptional!

Stayed here because of my friends wedding. The room is spacious and service was top notch. I travelled with a baby and the hotel provided me with all my extra baby needs. (Diapers, wipes, wash basin etc) Definitely worth the money.

Even before we checked in, Winnie is very kind enough to ensure my baby girl is looked after upon her stay. Ever since, everyone who had been in touch with us since check in is amazingly friendly and genuinely caring, starting from the door captain at the lobby, Meg who helped us check in in our Room, and all of Unfortunately the heavenly feeling of being pampered is violently shattered by those on duty in the Jade Lounge and Concierge, whom, believe it or not, gave me back my validated parking ticket with her left hand and not even taking another look at me. The nerve of her, especially me coming from Indonesia, giving someone something using the left hand is a downright insult.

I love Mandarin Oriental Taipei very much, even a bit far from everywhere except it is very near one of the airports. I think the room cleaners here are the top quality in the world. I'm very impressed their job and kindness. Anyway, I do love Mandarin Oriental hotels. I would like to stay Mandarin Oriental if there is the one wherever I go.
