There are many hot springs resort around beitou area ranging from really inexpensive to pretty pricey. This one was more on the expensive side but worth the price. Staying overnight included a lovely breakfast that had unlimited refills on everything The hot spring in the room was lovely. Had a large tub of hot spring water and a smaller one of cold water to dip back and forth between. Overall I had a great experience here and would definitely come back again.

This is an outstanding resort up in the hills above Beitou, an easy metro ride from central Taipei with a connecting shuttle bus to complete the journey to the resort. The service was impeccable, and the spa was fantastic. Definitely it's the place to spend a little time when resting in the Taipei area.

Didn't stay in the rooms/resort, just decided to do a walk-in. Convenient shuttle offered right off the Beitou MRT Station which takes you too and from resort. We decided to get the larger room: along with it includes a nice tea set, a dining area, and a full shower and bathroom (with a bidet — a surprising favorite part of my experience, maybe not for everyone! ) Total for 90 min was 2, 800 NT.

We went there for a private hot spring room. We chose this place because their website was the most user friendly to foreigners. We were able to get a private room with not waiting even though we didn't have a reservations. The rooms are nice with a wait g area and shower. They are a little run musty an dingy if you look close enough, but for 90 mins. They arent that bad. Would recommend but I would want to see what the other resorts have to offer.

風景優美，環境整潔。房間各角落都很乾淨且view超棒，很推薦住高樓層觀賞風景；不管是邊泡溫泉邊看山景或是備點小酒菜坐在陽台賞夜景都是這輩子難忘的回憶。另外備品給得很足，很方便。廁所非常乾淨而且是全自動的免治馬桶，用起來很方便。 溫泉很濃，泡完擦乾換了衣服去用餐時，都還能聞到身上有淡淡的溫泉香氣，好喜歡！溫泉池也相當大，比起其它＂酒店級＂的溫泉飯店裡有夠迷你的溫泉池，這裡的池子可以讓人很放鬆地拉長了身體享受溫泉，另外也附有冷泉池，相當豪華。 服務好的沒話說，我們有用晚飯+早點，個人飲食習慣特殊（採生酮飲食）但服務人員和廚師群都很幫忙地變化菜色來配合，很感動也超不好意思造成他們額外的工作。另外服務生每個都好親切且笑容可掬，讓客人很放鬆很舒適，謝謝他們。 食物方面不管是食材或料理手法都沒話說，每道菜都非常好吃沒得挑剔。 綜合環境／服務／食材新鮮／料理／價位，覺得其實是間不只五星的店，會回訪。

The wife and I made an appointment to get a private room for our hot tub soak. The hotel provided everything needed… a bathroom, a separate shower area, soap, body lotion, shampoo, and fruit custard dessert for two. The room allows you to control the lighting, music (only selection is soft instrumental) and temperature. We were able to get a room with a view of the mountain… I believe not all rooms have this. You fill the tub with hot spring water and (cooler) water and adjust to your preference. One thing to note is that the floors in the room and in the tub are VERY SLIPPERY. Be careful not to slip… I recommend that you wear the hotel-provided rubber slippers to lessen the chance of slipping. The spring water is very hot but once adjusted to your temperature preference… very relaxing. The hotel calls the room 15 minutes before your allotted time is over so that you have time to take a shower and get dressed. I was surprised how much I liked the experience considering the price but I figure we'll be back next year considering how much we enjoyed our experience.

It is my third time to stay at Grand View Resort Beitou. There is no doubt the environment and the service. It is a great. However, there is one thing that should be improved — — — the breakfast menu. I had the same breakfast menu in three times. If it can be changed the menu by four seasons, it would be perfect.

Hotel rooms are large, all the drinks and snacks in the room are included in the room rate, can be eaten. There is a popular hot spring pool downstairs, but children under the age of 12 are not allowed in, because of the children, so in the room in the hot spring pool bath.
Room in the hot spring pool is also very large, children play very happy. Reservation is included in breakfast, breakfast is divided into Chinese food and Western food two kinds, very good, and after eating feel what good, but also can renew the meal.

The mini bar is very good, a good mix of snacks and drink, fruits are fresh. The plum wine is excellent. I enjoy the private hot spring tub at the room but window can't be opened.

I only came for the hot spring private room. The staff are all super friendly and speak very well English. The room we got for 2 hours was luxurious with its own shower and toilet. A nice desert was included as well as water. The shuttle was for free. Which is a really nice service.

One of best affordable luxury hotels I’ve stayed in. Excellent service, super attentive to detail. Great accommodations in a room with private hot springs tubs (hot and cold water). Plentiful in room drinks and snacks (complimentary) and fun breakfast. Remote location, but a shuttle is offered to and from Beitou station. Not all taxi drivers know the location, so make sure to ask them first. About USD$5-6 taxi if you miss a shuttle. Quiet and relaxing.

Room was clean and tidy but consider small to be used as family room with 2 double beds. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Generally a very pleasant stay at the hotel and I will recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to enjoy in room hot spring in Beitou.

I came here only for the hot spring bath which was excellent. 4/5 different pools with 2 different saunas in a very comfortable environment. Keep in mind though it's mandatory to be nude. The afternoon tea is just so so though but the view itself could be worth it.

Friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are great. In terms of the view, the mountain view was closer than I expected. The trees was just a stone throw away, quite literally but it serves a nice back drop for the hot springs. Highly recommend.

We came for an afternoon tea + a private bath in the hot source water, and we found everything amazing. The afternoon tea was so huge and delicious that we almost couldn't finish it. Then we went to the private bath and relaxed in the very hot water for one hour and a half. The facility has everything you need and even the toilets were high-tech!

Top notch hotel with your own personal hot springs in the room. The service is high class and can't really complain about anything besides the other hotel that's being built close by which somewhat blocks the view.

Hardware facilities are OK, leave a new Northern investment, the subway station not far away of it's own down the hill, I was not happy to walk, basic the the on hotel, access for a car. North investment is a habitable world, slow paced, no towering buildings, thought to Japan a small city, quiet and clean, even the beautiful jubilee Breakfast, all the food, Chinese Western-style option. Like the family room, a private soup, two people together to bubble, don't crowd, give them the clear wine is suitable for side drain side of appreciation. The guest services were very, room, facilities for a presentation, each time the car to the door, the staff was standing at the door.
