This hotel is excellent, not only for its convenient location and amenities, but also for its nice and caring employees. I forgot $X000 in a drawer after already checking out, they called my family in the U. S. To ensure that we know that money was left behind. With washer and drawer is a good touch; I love their fruit selection for breakfast; the coffee machines are outstanding, and in short, I have many places to stay in TWN, but I always make sure I am back to this one hotel in New Taipei for a visit before I embark upon the next milestone of my journey.
Great stay! Super friendly staff, super clean and chic room, a variety of coffees and some snack available 24/7 for all in house guests! Can't complain about this place!

This hotel is a very nice and clean hotel. Though we spent a great deal of time outside, I looked forward to going back to Lacle… comfy bed, clean bathroom, clean room, friendly staff. Plus it's a 5-minute walk from the nearest MRT station. Highly recommended.
