The staff is very friendly, the room is very clean, the bed is a large size bed, there are four pillows to sleep very comfortable, evening room lighting is also very sufficient bright, the hall has a drinking machine can be used at any time, next to Taichung play will want to stay again.

Spotless clean hotel with very polite friendly staffs. Rooms are small but very clean with strong shower. Highly recommended and will definitely return on my next trip.
Great location, walk 8 mins to Train Station.
Don’t miss the Miyahara that is right opposite, exquisite place for gifts, Resturant upstairs with delicious food, min. NT380 per person but worth it. Had dinner there 2 nights in a row.

The room is not small but clean, convenient location, small episode is a strange room card can not take the elevator to go, but the overall good oh!

The staffs are friendly and the hotel environment are good. It is near the station and walking distance around 5 minutes. It is surround with the old street and shops.

Newly furnished hotel. However need to improve on the room cleaning service as they seemed to only empty the bins without really cleaning thoroughly.

Me and my sister have stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, from 15th — 17th August. It's just opposite Gong Yuan Yan Ke and is near by Yi Zhong street as well. You may take bus 100 to Feng Jia night market, it just take about 20mins. The hotel is new, clean and the bed is comfy. Each level have 5 different layout of rooms, the room that I have stayed is the nearest to the lift. The shampoo and soup that they provided smells good. The hotel staff is friendly and willing to share with you the places to eat and shop. HOWEVER, there is a huge issue for their hotel and room security. A man was able to use his room key card to enter my room. Upon reporting the situation to the hotel staff, they weren't able to get back to me with a solution promptly. I think that their staff were not well trained to handle such situations. After a few hours, their hotel director come over and said that they weren't able to track and check the identity of the guy as he was only rest at the hotel for 2-3 hours. So means that, the hotel do provide hourly stay for local. The director offered me few services as compensations which were upgrade to a room that have bathtub, and free transport to one of the tourist sport. I rejected their offers but only requested the taxi to Taoyuan airport. The director said will need to check if got driver willing to fetch us or not. However, the director nor the staff didn't get back to us on this.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Super comfortable sleeping quarters. Everything was tidy and new and spacious. Excellent water pressure. I absolutely loved my stay; my favourite accommodation in 4 months of travelling.
