I think the saying, "beauty is only skin deep" pretty much sums it up. My first stay there was during their soft opening and then I recently stayed there with my wife for her birthday. Both times I left feeling very disappointed. Many of the mannerisms excpected of a standard five star hotel are sorely needed during staff orientation. And there's nothing Las Vegas about their Las Vegas buffet. (fast food should not be part of the selection) You are most definitely better off going somewhere else that is half the price and double the service. Very dissapointed!

I haven't stayed but I've heard enough bad reviews to stay away. The restaurant food is just passable which is shameful for the price, which makes me feel the hotel will be similar.

New and nice facilities. Unfortunately, it does not live up to a 5 star hotel reputation. This is the first time I was told I need to pay for an additional set of shampoo and shower gel in a 5 star hotel. Highly recommended for single travellers who only shower once a day and have no intention to use the bath tub. For those with families, please bring your own shampoo and shower gel as the tiny bottles provided is definitely not sufficient for family use. If this is a 3 star hotel or motel, I would have gladly paid for the extra set but I have different set of expectation for a 5 star hotel.
