The hotel overall I should say is home away from home. With our 2 days stay we felt like we were safe all the time. All means of transportation is also very accessible. Nearby convenience stores can be found. The rooms are always clean and staff are very approachable.

Very polite and professional staff. Reasonable prices. Old rooms, tidy, but a renovation would improve the experience. We made a reservation online and, despite the assurance that the credit card wouldn't be charged, we received an email by the bank that it he hotel charged it. When we arrived at the property, the receptionist requested to charge the card again, mentioning that the initial charge would be refunded in one month, which was unacceptable. After a short conversation, the receptionist accepted to not charge twice, so the issue was resolved.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pros: Great location. Staffs are friendly too. Cons: The room's furniture is too old. There's no glass partition for shower which caused wet floor in the bathroom. The lights in the room & lights along the walkway are too dimmed.

Staff were nice. Shower was hot and there’s toiletries, tea for free. The room is spacious and is walking distance from the train station. Wi-Fi is stable. It’s a cheap room.

Staying in the rooms on the 11 floor, you can see the night view of Taichung Railway station is quite beautiful! Room is very clean, no odor, bathroom is not dry and wet separation, very close to the train station, and has breakfast (buffet style is good to eat) personal feel CP value is quite high. Everything was perfect for my stay. I got a discounted Genius price, plus my room was upgraded upon check in. Clean, bright, spacious room and bath. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really, there was nothing negative about this experience.

Location is good. Opposite 台中车站 Taichung It is of walking distance from 台中火车站 (bus stop) The hotel staff is helpful and friendly The buffet breakfast is not too tasty but consider fine. The hotel provide toothbrush, paste, shampoo and bath foam, toilet paper, no Conditioner. Hair dryer is available. Walkable distance to 南投客运since we need to buy tickets to Cing jing farm. Can store luggage downstairs if you need to check out early. Cons: the bed is hard. But its comfortable.

My stay was a superior family room at high floor with a wonderful view. The room is spacious and comfortable, well equipped and most important — new and clean. The location is very convenient — only 2 mins away from the New Taichung Railway Station.

The location of the hotel is really convenience and it is located behind the Taichung station which is about 5 min walking distance from Taichung station to the hotel. The hotel is quite clean and comfortable. The price is reasonable and the breakfast is enjoyable. Behind the hotel is a Tarako Shopping Mall. There is a Tesco at the lower ground level.

Room with strong mouldy smell. The toilet is pretty small with no actual shower area. Staffs are good where they attend issues quickly. It would be great if the hotel could go for a renovation to upgrade its hotel.

I booked for a Superior Double Room and they served me a Standard Twin Room, I asked them why, the answer they gave me was my room was upgraded for free but I know it's not. I just let it go. The hotel crew was very accommodating and that's nice. Breakfast is good, you have a variety of choices compare to other hotels. Elevator has no security cameras. Beds need improvement not as soft as you expected. Good location, very near to the station and bus terminal.
