Definitely recommend this hotel. Close to the smaller night market. Good transportation option near by. The rooms were very clean and cozy. Bathrooms are clean and supplied with essential toiletries that were forgotten. Toilets were the smart kind with bedet and heated seat. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and vegetables, I would recommend some more western food like bacon. Coffee was amazing! Customer service representative were very helpful and professional. English speaking representatives available.

My second time stay @ Inhouse hotel, first time in Taipei, second time in Taichung. Inhouse hotel, never make u disappointed. Nice hotel, nice decoration, staff are nice, services are great.

Every time back to the station to visit family, are choosing to stay inhouse, on the whole, stay the feel is great, just have two points, we sincerely suggest can progress:

It was very nice. Room had a great view and beautiful furnishings and finishes. Service and staff were very helpful.

Hotel in TaiChung. New n mostly up to 4☆ standard, although the catering space for morning breakfast is abit squeezy small, if there were to take in 1 to 2 tourist coach. Guests will have to have their turn to wait it out for table. If not then guest can carry their breakfast to tgeir respective guest room for brwakfast… hahaha.

Fine breakfast, cleanliness and service, although location is not super convenience.

The English of the Staff need to improve. This hotel is part of Accor partners and I am suppose to get points however no one seem to know how to get me my points The was a centipede in my toilet. The room was good, very clean and new. Overall experience is good other then smoking smell can smell in the corridor.

Rooms are good… You will find it a bit difficult to communicate if you don't know the chinese. Breakfast is just okay, no inhouse laundry or restaurant.

CP值極高的飯店！雖然不是在草悟道鬧區，但轉個彎就是忠孝夜市，喜歡令人放鬆的裝潢設計，床頭桌下還擺著擴香非常貼心（以前只在一晚兩萬的會館看過），床跟枕頭都非常舒適，回到自家後同行友人還在懷念枕頭這樣，而且竟然standard room就有浴缸，泡得很開心、備品也非常文青，還有健身房可以活動筋骨！只有以下建議，值得推薦也非常願意再次入住的酒店！ 1. 雖然建築物本身無法設置停車場，建議與附近停車場合作，如果可以為入住旅客保留車位就更好了。

LOVED this hotel. Great price for beautiful decor and amenities, has a real luxury feeling. Breakfast was pretty good too, they even had scrambled eggs which I only expect in the more expensive hotels in Taiwan. 10 min walk to the train station.

Stayed here for three nights and I love the modern interior that is equipped with the latest tech and comfy bed. The hotel is clean and staffs were friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again :)

The interior deco is good, however the pillow and duvet isn't comfortable. Also, in the middle of night when we used normal valume playing music, we got complain from neighbor … moreover, the traffic can be heard loudly : (
