Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The room was spacious. Usual amenities with a bidet toilet seat. Convenient location and walking distance to Sogo department store. We enjoyed the breakfast at the lobby restaurant too. It wasn't too busy. Quality and selection of food were reasonable. The waiting staff there were particularly friendly.

Overall service Excellent! B Building 7 floor business room feeling good, floor-to-ceiling window light good bar is suitable for small infants. The bed was very nice.

Hotel environment is comfortable and clean, the first floor has a business center, can be used to discuss things, or office.

Staying in Hall A, room equipment is a bit old, only air conditioning no heating, one into the room has a taste, another bathroom hook actually with 3M, feel a bit strange.

Modern fresh and clean hotel, located in a quiet location. What I liked best is that it is located within walking distance to Sogo for some shopping and food. Also just by walking out to the main street, you can catch any of the nine buses down to Taichung station and Miyahara, so this is very convenient.

Staff were polite and helpful. They greeted us upon arrival, helping us with the doors of our taxi and luggage. Also recommended and helped us looked up places to go and travel arrangements, all while remaining very courteous. Rooms were modernly furnished and comfortable. Location was not that great but the staff helps you to hail a cab if necessary while you can wait in the lobby.

Great rooms and service for a fair price. Located near the Taichung plaza and Sogo department stores. Little gym and bar can be found on the main floor. Employees will run circles if needed to make sure you are enjoying your stay. Definitly a recommendation!

Well placed but poorly arranged room.

Great location. Good parking structure outback. Great staff in the lobby and front door. Clean and we'll priced. I would stay again.

Room is dated. The bathroom is smelly. And the janitor did not clean well since there is a thick layer of dust behind the bathroom door. In addition, the room smells like cigarette although it is tagged as a non-smoking room.

Friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful and clean hotel with large comfortable rooms. Nice gym. Yummy vegan and gluten free breakfast options.

Surprisingly good hotel. Having visited Taichung for almost 30 years, this was a nice surprise compared the regular places like the Tempus or the Evergreen. Nice clean and new rooms, great staff. Steps from a 7-11 if you get the munchies. It's also close to the West District nightlife. Breakfast is a bit lacking, but you can walk to the Early Bird for a better meal if needed.

Lousy customer service, with impending typhoon headed to Taichung, we wanted to cancel our reservation. But was told no. The hotel would like guests to go there to experience the typhoon first hand even though the Taiwanese Government have given warning Typhoon will affect Taichung. What a crazy and inconsiderate Hotel customer service.

Lots of light in lobby and bedroom. Its very clean and concierge staff are very helpfull and polite. Didn't have a chance to taste the breakfast. But definitely will stay here evwrytime I have to go to Taochung!

To the hotel when it's late, good service, room is large, clean, household, bathroom also very large. Check in and checkout formalities were very quick, very satisfied. This price is worth it.

Good quality hotel with very nice services Location is very good not too far away from The National Museum of Natural Science of Taiwan. We got a very good price online. They gave us a spacious room on high floor with a small balcony and a great view of Taichung city. The hotel served a lot of Japanese tourists and the bidet toilet seat with warm water in the restroom was a standard amenity such as the ones in Japanese hotels. The complimentary breakfast has many different choices and they changed it every single day during our stay. Feng-Chia night market is not too far and very reasonable price to take taxi there and strongly recommended to visit. If you are taking long distance bus from Taipei, there's a bus stop in front of Sogo Department store that you can get off and walk to the hotel but keep in mind that you might have to walk around some obstacles because Taichung is a city much worse than Taipei to provide barrier free environment to travelers and disabled/elderly people. Room Tip: Higher floor room has better view and is quieter. They have free parking for the visitors to use as… Stayed April 2012, traveled as a couple.
