I had breakfast on day1 and was tired of eating taiwanese food so I asked the service staffs if they serve sunmysideup? He told me that they can request their chef to cook it for me the next morning and asked what time I will be there for breakfast and true enough… the next day when I turnup… my eggs are already ready for me! I saw the spread the next day have slightly more western like dishes and have scramble eggs too! woooo
Such personal touch made my trip to Kaohsiung more memorable… Thank you Airline Inn and keep up with the great service!

The overall staff service is excellent, clean room, good sound proof, comfortable bed with 4 pillows, different choices of grind coffee in breakfast buffet. Only one minor weak point is no notice for 2 days to change bed sheet once. If I know, I may request to change bed sheet daily. It’s good to have environmental saving, but just let me know that I can have a choice. Miranda.

Stayed here from 15-18/2/2019. All staff are the best, polite, friendly and helpful, especially thanks to Cherry helped me to trace my lost luggage, deeply thanks to her. Excellent! Moreover, the room very clean and tidy, very comfortable bed and pillows, really great to get a good sleep and felt very comfortable! … The breakfast also very good too. Many food choices. The staff was very smart and efficient. Overall, it is an excellent hotel. Highly recommended for stay during the trips. Moreover, it is very near the station, so convenient!

Recently stayed here. The staff are the best, super friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to everything, quiet and safe. Extremely clean. Stay here if you are looking for accommodations, you won't be sorry.

The room location is very good, close to the train station, MRT is very close. Customer service staff attitude is good, problems can be helped to solve. Accommodation room for ordinary rooms, although the room is not large and windowless, but live very comfortable, and soundproofing is good, in addition to the sound of the switch door is basically not disturbed by the outside world. Very satisfied with a stay.

Stayed here in June '18. Very conveniently located close to the train station. Easy to get here from the airport (direct red line 8 stops). Modern, clean and a nice breakfast. Room was a bit small but contained everything needed and great shower. Paid around €50 Euro for the night for 2 with breakfast.

On weekdays there are no guests so very spacious, the country will not appear messy, feel maintenance, it is a pity that the surrounding fun point is not much, business pull up has a certain difficulty, today Professor Blessed come here to drink afternoon tea to see the exam book, the atmosphere is very good.

Centrally located hotel close to most popular sights. Clean and modern looking hotel, rooms are decent size. Staff are attentive and polite. Overall great hotel especially given the low price for our 2 nights stay!

Highly recommended. I’ve stayed in much more expensive hotel and I would pick this hotel any day! Convenient location, great staffs, convenient laundry area, clean rooms, very good bath and very secured room access. I will stay again if I ever come back to Kaohsiung!

Convenient access to the station and the MRT station. The rooms are comfortable and tidy, and the style is very convenient. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm and bright. The breakfast space is very leisurely, the service is thoughtful, the food is delicious. The front desk staff is also very friendly. Ten minutes walk to the six-way night market, take the MRT three stops to Ruifeng night market, including about 20 minutes walk. On the same side of the road on the first floor are McDonald's, KFC and Yoshino. Nearby Alley also has a local snack bar written, the price is not expensive. Subway and 7-11 across the road. The hotel also has a self-service laundry service, which is free of charge. Free tea and coffee are available in the hall. The only drawback is that the nearby sidewalks are dirty, and the rides seem to have tourists wandering around at night (not disturbing), which should be a common condition near the train station. It's not a strange phenomenon to be around the train station on weekends with many foreign migrant friends (and some Indonesian restaurants here), so it's not surprising that first-timers are here. I like this restaurant on the whole.

The entrance is Kaohsiung railway station and MRT station, the traffic is very convenient.
There is a buffet breakfast: salad, porridge, stewed meat rice, all kinds of dishes, toast, drinks, all good.
There is free laundry and dryer.
The shop assistants are friendly and have free luggage (for guests), and they are happy to help with any questions. Next time to play or will choose, it's great.

Excellent service, the room were exceptional clean. They offered 4 really comfy pillows, which was really great to get a really good sleep for people like me who loves to cuddle to something at night. The receptionist were very helpful and friendly. And will immediate resolve and questions or problems you have. The breakfast was good enough. The staff was very smart and efficient. … Overall, excellent hotel and exceptionally service throughout. Will definitely stay again on our next trip.

The its own is very dry, but the surroundings are not good and idlers. Influence the overall sense of feeling. The number of people in the Ark is not very good, and the reason for the refusal of the listen is not to provide a sanitary product, not a provision of a guest, and a very unwinding dress.

The 5 star rating is for its excellent location — Kaohsiung city bus station, main MRT station (Red Line, R 11), railway station are across the road, a couple of minutes walk away. From the MRT station guests can go to the various tourist attractions, e. G. Dome of Light and Liuhe night market at Formosa Boulevard station (R 10), Central Park station and Xinjujiang shopping district (R 9), Sanduo shopping district (R8), just to name a few! From railway station one can go by express or normal trains to Tainan in 35 — 60 minutes!

Definitely, recommend this hotel! This was one of my favourite hotels on my trip to Taiwan, very close to the subway station and this hotel is beautiful. I loved the service they proved, everything was clean and nice, this hotel includes breakfast depending on the package and the breakfast room is downstairs. There's a cozy place for you to hang out on the main floor, with washrooms and they also have a laundry machine which is great for tourist who visits.

A great experience. The hotel staff were very polite, professional and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and well stocked. It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay again.

My son and I had a very pleasant stay here. It's just walking distance from both Luohe and Ruifeng night markets, a stone's throw from Kaohsiung Train Station, all taxis will want to take you to Kenting and back. Best of all, local Taiwanese Net Fashion store, popular fast foods and local street food are adjacent to this hotel. Oh yeah, and the room we stayed at very safety friendly.

Nice staffs, nice room, awesome facility such as washing machine with dryer. The only thing I wish they will improve on is for the breakfast buffet. I hope they will refill the food more efficiently and ensure food is sufficiently available till end of breakfast timing. Overall its still great place to stay as it has great location and facility.

The hotel itself is very nice, offering free laundry service and breakfast till 10 am. Only 2 washers and 1 dryer so be prepared to wait. Located right across the street from Kaohsiung station with a 24 hour McDonald’s downstairs. I would suggest Mos Burger around the corner over McD’s. Staff was very helpful and polite and hotel was very very clean. I only disliked the area, homeless on the street when you exit and once I even saw feces. Not the hotels fault, just wanted to give a full picture of what to expect.

The location is perfect with brand new facilitates. The staff are helpful and attend our issue promptly. The complimentart breakfast is in good quality and well services.

Big station but very old and confusing sometimes.

Convenient transportation, from the train station, the Liuhe night Market are near, the counter staff is very kind, equipment are good, there is a bathtub.

Tip: the ticket machine is only for fast trains with reserved seats. For commute trains but from the ticket counters.

1017 room Air-conditioning is not cold, TV remote control signal is bad, the most pull is the bedside socket is completely loose, plug in.
