As in the Headline described, I can stay the 30-minute (! ) Hotel Garni Rivapiana, with only one word to describe: DISASTER! I had booked this Hotel for my parents via Booking. Com because of this, the rating of "Very good, grade: 8, 1" was awarded, the reviews are positive and the description of family atmosphere and good service convinced. But already when Entering the hotel, it turned out very quickly that nothing here was "very good". Instead, one was greeted by a musty-rotten stench, a dark entrance hall with for years now, well-worn carpets and paper chaos in the so-called "reception". The lady of the house, whose appearance is not just for the improvement of the Situation contributed, met my parents according to schroff. First of all, you were asked about many personal things, which went far beyond the questions about a room reservation. The question is whether you could bring the car in the Garage, they only got the answer that this would cost extra, and that there is no free lunch, there's already enough of a cost-free Service. On the search of the room it was like being in one of those kind of establishment that rents rooms by the hour, since only the viewing of the corridor triggered a extreme discomfort and also the room itself didn't matter, because: 1.
