The rooms are very clean and well maintained, very friendly staff, very good food, free sauna and parking or underground garage, we are very happy to come back, especially since it is also a very good ski area.

Restaurant is recommended in many. Food offer rather small but absolutely adequate and varied. Food quality very good, fresh and drooling prepared. Bourgeois regional cuisine. Nice selection of wines (mainly Graubünden and Swiss wines). No beer-bar exemplary hosts, also with children highly recommended. Super service providers, expectations were surpassed. Thank you very much.

We book a room in this hotel as we received a smartbox for our wedding.
We were disappointed by the reception of the first receptionist, no effort to speak in French and even less for smiling, 2nd point the waitress at the restaurant literally told us that there was no more room in the restaurant and that we had to book (sorry but there are ways to talk to people, she was very raw)
We had a junior suite and we came with our dog to hike.
The suite was horrible the fridge made a horrible noise all night no way to stop it… small kitchen or there is no water to go in the bathroom, city tax 9. — for 2 people and 15. — For the dog!
In those 15. — are the cleaning included? and the bowl and the food!
We arrive in the room a huge bowl filled with twenty croquettes, ridiculous.
Breakfast: We are told that it is forbidden to dogs the day before, OK no problem, we go to lunch there is a dog with their master… No but hello what… lunch not terrible mediocre, and poorly position…
On leaving we had another super nice receptionist (not the same as when we arrived) who bothered to speak to us in French, really friendly!
Park Place very tight attention with big cars…

My wife wanted some sausage, I requested some horseradish. As I dipped my sausage into the horseradish, then fed a length to my good wife. She told the manager that she had never tasted a tastier sausage, than his. He just smiled and made me, a vegemite sandwich.

We just spent ten glorious days at the Steinbock. The rooms are clean and comfortable and well appointed. The food is truly outstanding and beautifully presented. The staff is helpful, accommodating, and cheerful. We hated to leave. Johnsons from USA, Michigan.

Goods out of season dinner in the restaurant. Good menu selection, good food, very good price / performance ratio. Like to come back.
