Best Service ever! Their food was awesome for breakfast and dinner. A spectacular room service and the hotel has an awesome scenary around itself. Recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Wengen.

Really liked this place Good neat room. Once I stepped into this hotel I was mesmerized with its magnificent look. Good breakfast. Staff at the reception (guy with glasses) was so nice gave full details of restaurants, leisure games, tourist's spots nearby. Stayed here just a day. Really miss this place.

We loved this quaint little place. Service great. Breakfast pretty good too. Really traditional inside. Perched up higher in totem which gives amazing views of the mountains and valley where Lauterbrunnen is. Don't expect too many mod cons. It's a simple 3 star. But you can't put a price on the view. Definitely choose room with a view.

We are concluding our 4 night stay today and have loved every minute of our stay at the Belvedere. Everyone is extremely helpful and superbly patient, especially when answering the myriad of questions we all had regarding the area. The hotel is in SUPERB condition, especially considering the age of the building. Lastly, the location is ideal for hiking the entire area. We can't thank you all enough for a wonderful stay and remarkable memories.

I have stayed in this hotel for vacation over the last six years. Each time we are greeted as friends. The rooms are spacious, bright and always clean and well maintained. Every member of staff from the room maid to the Restaurant staff, chef and Hotel manager are very friendly. The Restaurant is Buffet style, with an excellent selection of food both at breakfast and dinner. Special diets are catered for. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Very good service and pleasant stay in the year 2012 and 2016. Look forward to the next time.

Loved staying at the Belvedere! The staff was amazing! The breakfast was fantastic! They got lift tickets for us, found a bag we mistakenly left on the train. Always eager to help in anyway they could. Would definitely come stay here again! Was an amazing trip!

Hotel. Beautiful, authentic quiet and charming staff.

The hotel had the B&B charm with the privacy of a hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was excellent! The views from our room were absolutely exquisite and when we opened up the deck door to let in the mountain air and sunshine, it was just so refreshing and delightful. Plus there was easy access to skiing, sledging, and snowshoeing which is a huge plus for a winter getaway.

I have been coming to the hotel Belvedere for over 10 years and can only recommend this hotel: the hotel dates back to about 1900 and the old, beautiful flair has received a lot — but everything in renovertem and konfortablem condition.
The terrace is highly recommended when the weather is nice and it is ideal to have a drink before dinner.
The kitchen is good and the service is very friendly and competent.
We'll be back!

Great location! Friendly staff. Food could be tastier but the choice is big at the buffet. I did not find comfortable the bed and the cushions.

Awesome Hotel with excellent staff! Restaurant is priced way too low for the fine quality food. Very relaxed atmosphere with international flair. Furnishings are beautiful and authentic. Have a seat in front of fireplace by the reception desk, have a nice coffee, study whichever foreign language you are learning, and listen to the diversity of languages of guests checking in. Memorable, to say the least! And, Beetles music softly playing from the sun room off the lobby. Perfect.

Really great staff and location. It is away from the center of town so it is nice and quiet. The rooms facing the mountains have some incredible views. The room that I had was 5th floor. Large, clean and comfortable. The hotel lost 1 star for the chef. The menus sound amazing but the chef falls short. Food is mediocre to done right bland.

Great place, we got a room on the top floor with a view of the valley. Truly spectacular place. Felt that the price was cheaper comparable to Swiss prices overall. Free breakfast included in our rate and nice service from all the folks in the hotel. Call ahead for a free ride from the train station to the hotel so you don't have to walk your bags.

This is not a modern hotel, but its style blends in nicely with the environment. We stayed here for our anniversary and they upgraded our room to one with a view of the Jungfrau! Also, on our anniversary night, they surprised us with a bottle of sparking wine. The attentive staff made our stay really memorable. I personally wouldn't opt for their dinner offer (buffet) anymore, although it wasn't bad. In my opinion, buffet works well for their breakfast offer but is less ideal for dinner.

This is a nice 60 room hotel in the small town of Wengen, Switzerland. The rooms are clean and the evening dinner buffet has something for everyone. The hotel rooms have a nice view of the surrounding mountains. A short walk from the hotel you will find truly amazing views.

The Hotel Belvedere is a beautiful hotel in a great, small village. It's staff were beyond professional and really outdid themselves. It was quite literally something out of a movie. Other hotels I visited in a similar area were nice but Belvedere is serious perfect. Not one complaint. I'm looking forward to going again sometime.

Nice hotel, the room and beds are good. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is sufficiënt. The dinner buffet could have more variety. The menu is practically the same everyday. The only variety is the kind of meat and fish. The food is overcooked and not very tastefull.

Its a lovely old fashioned hotel in the best way. The meals are very good and very friendly staff. Beautiful vieuws from our room at the 4 th floor. Hope to come again.

My wife and I have just returned home following a six night stay in the Belvedere Hotel. This was our fifth time to stay there and we always ask for room 306. To waken up each morning with the sun streaming in and the views of the snow capped mountains is a view from Paradise. The hotel is a charming art nouveau style, and is very clean. The staff are all very friendly, and in particular Vincenza the manager, Peter and Rosanna in the restaurant and Luca the chef, who always prepared gluten free meals for me each evening. The restaurant is large and bright with wonderful views of the mountains, as has the small bar. There is also a beautiful sun terrace where you can sit in the day time or evenings with a relaxing drink or tea or coffee. I find it hard to believe that the Belvedere has only 3 stars. I think it should be at least 4. We will definitely be returning to the Belvedere, for its beauty, its location, great food, and above all, the friendly staff.

I stayed at the Hotel Belvedere with 3 friends on a walking and skiing holiday. It was perfect. A traditional hotel with old world charm. Dining room service was faultless and buffet dinner with plenty of choice. Breakfast also very good. Staff friendly and always anxious to help. The bedroom was spacious with amazing views. I will certainly stay there again.

A lovely hotel. Excellent, helpful staff willing to help in any way. Good facilities. Good food, fantastic location with skiing to boot room door. I only hope I can afford it again.

Classic feeling with a wonderful view. The dinner and the breakfast was delicious and the attention and care of the staff impeccable. I recommend to anyone who seeks to be close to the mountain, with quick access to the activities and sights in the region (by train and cable cars), but don't want to give up a good bath, good meal and a cosy place to rest.
