There is no customer friendly managment. They did not refund our advance payment beacuse of corona pandemic situation. I never reccomend this place to book or visit anyone. Absolutely bad customer care service. 😐😐😐😐😐😒😒😒

Amazing place to spend your vacation. Beautiful architecture, feels like you are in England. Staff is very friendly and nice. Food is really good. We were given a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers which grow in the garden. Hope to visit again.

Kent Cottage is the best place in Nuwaraeliya. We booked this cottage to celebrate our first wedding Anniversary. The food, accommodation, neatness, interior concepts and everything were superb n comfortable. Thank you Mr Nalaka n others for arranging everything perfectly. We enjoyed very well. Hope to visit this place again. Thank you again ❤️

We just found this mesmerizing place while searching the internet. That was a superb place. Felt like we were in England. Friendly staff and great hospitality especially Mr. Nalaka and Appu's delicious foods make us mouth flavoring. Highly recommended this place. Hope to visit this place again. ❤

Had wonderful time at Graze kitchen with family for our honeymoon. Food and service was superb specially Nalaka who served us at the cottage very attentive and professional 5 stars to him and the other helper too was very good who was serving us. You can get a real cold and scenery atmosphere with the surroundings.
Package was well worth for the service and the stay they provide.

It was an amazing stay at Kent cottage, stunning view, friendly staff and delicious foods.
it's feel likes a old country house in UK, without any doubt I can say it's one of the best hotel in Nuwaraeliya and Sri Lanka as well.

On our way to Kent our vehicle stopped 10Km away from Nuwara Eliya, it was 12.30 midnight. We tried contacting taxi services but their responses were all negative. Then we decided to sleep in d car till morning until we find someone to fix it n informed d situation to Kent that we won’t be there till morning.
After few minutes Kent staff called us back n informed one of their staff members volunteered to spend d night in our vehicle n they had already sent a taxi for us. We… never expected such response from them. So we could make it kent n we were welcomed warmly n a hot cup of coffee. We could have a good night sleep thanks to the person who stayed in our car. So far this has been the best stay in my life. Courtesy of the staff was exceptional n d interior of the rooms took my heart the moment I entered. N the taste of the food We’ll not think of any other place whenever we come to Nuwara Eliya.

The best place to be on a vacation of u r planning to visit Nuwara Eliya.

A nice homely hotel located in moonplains, little England. The hotel is decorated properly in old English style. Rooms are spacious. The food is great and one of the most helpful and friendly staff I had met. As this is located bit away from Nuwara Eliya finding the location would be bit hard and the roads going to this could have some potholes.

This venue was lovely. It’s located in the Little England Cottages complex, so expect everything to look like the British countryside. Beautiful views of the tea plantations, but a bit out of Nuwara Eliya. We stayed in the suite, which was a huge room with a jacuzzi, a living room corner, and a game room. Everything was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was small but perfect, and the staff was very friendly and kind. We had our best Sri Lankan breakfast with coconut rotti, egg hoppers and curries, but there was international options available. Nothing to say against this place, from room to staff, from cleanliness to food quality, everything was perfect.

We so enjoyed our stay at Kent Cottage. Without doubt one of the best hotels in Sri Lanka! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly, & the food was so great. We stayed in the loft suit & it was so cozy, warm & comfortable. We never expected the cottage to be so pretty as in the pictures but it really was so pretty and it looked exactly as the photos. Our parents stayed in the Master Bed Room. And it was so pretty & spacious. They had an awesome fußbal table and we had lot of fun. We’ll definitely be coming back again! Thank you so much for a great experience. Keep up the good work!

Breathtaking views Brilliant food This is the perfect holiday getaway.

Such a homely feeling as you enter the Kent Cottage. It's located in a secure gated community called Little England Cottages surrounding the Pedro Estate in Nuwara Eliya. You could see the highest point of the island on a clear day from the loft hot tub area. Selvam's food is the best Sri Lankan food you will ever taste! You've done a great job Nisal, and of course the team Little England Cottages. Definitely worth the cost! We shall visit again!
