A good budget hotel in Nuwara Eliya. However the entrance has a very steep and narrow entry road. A heater is provided upon request. Walking distance to Gregory lake, park and the town. The guest should ask for the breakfast menu and confirm it or they will provide a mean breakfast. The service from the staff should be improved.

Decent budget place to stay in Nuwara Elliya. Courteous staff and manager. They provide scrumptious breakfast. I stayed in 111. The room had balcony on both sides and the view was beautiful. The proximity to Gregory Lake, Victoria Garden, Grand Indian Hotel, Race course was an advantage. However, I will recommend that they should maintain the place better.

Nice hotel in a great location. But none of the rooms are open to enjoy the view. Food is avarage. Good Wi-Fi makes me add the 4th star.

Situated in the city limits. It has a very steep entrance road but safe to drive even in car. Good food and reasonably good rooms. You will get heaters on request. Value for money.

Absolutely bad experience.

Worst hotel ever. The water supply and Wi-Fi was absolutely bad. There are heaps of better places to stay in Nuwara Eliya. There was a water leakage in the bathroom as well.

Too crowded for a small villa and does not have heaters.

The rooms and bathrooms were good (relativy). Food is great. The surrounding is somewhat beautiful. But the customer services are really poor (maybe it's because of the season, and it's busy). We booked the hotel rooms and as we came there the rooms were not cleaned so had to wait. And had to wait for an hour to get the ordered tea then also had to call the manager to remind that we ordered tea. If you don't have any option choose this place cause there are really good places in Nuwara-Eliya to choose.

Nice place and nice service.

This hotel was well maintained and very guest friendly all the way from the owner to the chef who met us after dinner and inquired about the wonderful dinner spread he had prepared on our request. The young staff at the reception was courteous, helpful and accommodating to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are nice n warm, the linen clean and room services were fast too. It was genuine value for money. The approach by lane is a bit scarry but I guess that's the terrarain of Nuwaraeliya. Good work Hotel green star team!.

The awesome station for sea foods! Being in B/Wela I can't help popping in now and then for the delicious meals in Kamuko. The black setting and the location by the roads are at the easiest place of access yet with lots of privacy and classy ensured!

Value for money if you choose to stay in the superior room.

We arrived the evening we were suppose to stay after booking (and confirming our booking! ) over two phone phone conversations the evening before. When we arrived then evening after a five hour journey. We were told that our room had been given away because we did not confirm our booking. When we tried to correct the man saying that we had in fact confirmed the room (less than 24 hours before) he began yelling at us, saying that it was our fault as we hadn't answered his call earlier that day. We had to find another place to stay late that night. The behaviour of this man was the most disgusting and disrespectful of any that I came across during my time in Sri Lanka. For a hotel staff member I am shocked at how anyone can think this behaviour reasonable or appropriate. At all costs and suggest staying for away from this appalling hotel.
