We stayed at "Muhsin Villa" for 3 nights. The staff was very hospitable and assisted during our stay, catering to all our requests. They offer a good and plentiful sri lankan breakfast.
Overall we had a great stay.
If you leave a negative review, expect the General Manager to lash out even tarnishing a woman's reputation based on his assumptions.

"We stayed at Muhsin Villa during the food festival inside the Fort a couple of weeks back and the property was primly established at the center of the Fort which was so convenient to go in to either direction. The staff was amazing and was extremely helpful with our specific needs to cater us during our stay. There was a security who allowed us inside during our odd times in the night due to the event proceedings. Unfortunately we could not try their delicious breakfast but would recommend to anyone and ideal for exploration. "
