We have just come from spending the holidays in this hotel and recommended one hundred percent. In addition to the facilities, the best of the hotel its people. In the service of the dining room super attentive and friendly, in the bar a great service and some very nice girls, a ten for them, and the great animation, Matías, César but above all Raquel, a person with a big heart, q made q our little one will enjoy a lot. Sergio, Inés and Jimena.

We have gone many times to Alcocebre but we had never stayed at the hotel… and we loved it! Repeat!

Small rooms, the cleaning service of the rooms regular pulling to bad, in a week we were only cleaned once the floor and did not change the sheets not a single day.

It is a hotel focused on children, very familiar. If you go as a couple is not the strong point, service and good staff, facilities the Spar to improve, there were equipment that did not work, throughout our stay, the pool Mb there is no problem of hammocks, the bar inside the pool closed, the drinks are not cheap, breakfast good, the room very good.

The hotel is beautiful. In a magnificent location, the great food, the SPA very cool, has parking and the best staff, both reception, hospitality, cleaning and Animation are some cracs, super recommended.

The hotel is great. By location it is on the beachfront. Great cleanliness and varied and rich buffet. Nice staff complying with covit protection. I would definitely repeat.

The apartment is very nice. Newly arranged and painted. With air conditioning. The kitchen, with its furniture and appliances, perfect.
But I haven't gone up and down more stairs in a week than in my life.
To go to the pool, to go to the beach, to go shopping, to go for a walk to the village.
I've just finished up and down stairs to my nose.

Upon arriving at the place we found some families who were happy with their accommodation but when we arrived at our apartment we find a single bedroom, a small kitchen, a minuscule bathroom and a living room. For a single couple it's fine, but for a family with four adults and a child I see it a little filthy with a single bed and a sofa bed. The only good thing are the nice neighbors and the big pool.

One step away from the beach, with a large pool where the sun shines all day it becomes the ideal place to spend unforgettable days.

In four letters, a "CAOS". We are a couple who went to spend our small holidays to this place, seduced by the misleading photos provided by these apartments run by the Hotel Alcocéber Suites. As soon as we arrived at the apartment spot, we went looking for the front desk to have the keys given to us. After asking people, this did not know anything and we had to call the phone indicating the reservation. To our surprise, we had to pick up the keys at the other side of Alcocéber, at the Alcocéber Suites hotel. The best thing is that it wasn't indicated anywhere. Once the keys were collected, we were given another surprise. The deposit, another data that was not indicated in the apartment information. That's why it was to be expected, but to indicate that they didn't give that information anywhere. When we set off for apartment 211 we thought the worst had happened. Not really. Upon arrival, we saw a dirty apartment from top to bottom. Hairs, dust, a mattress without sheets, an empty bottle, uncollected scrub, a nightmare. After trying several times to call the regent hotel without results, we were able to talk to a girl who very in the end, gave us the solution to move apartment. Problem fixed for them, but not for us, we were able to start making use of a decent apartment at 9 pm. Between getting everything back from the apartment to the other, we practically lost all afternoon.

They leave a lot to be desired to go with family. I don't recommend them.
