Exceptionally located, good service but I cannot understand that they charge you to have air conditioned or for the towels… I'd would have said 4 stars but for the squeezing I felt…

We booked via Expedia. Having holidayed in the area for many years at our son’s house we needed up to 3 day stay in apartment whilst new beds were being delivered. Late arrival was a disaster and very stressful without speaking Spanish. Apartment was basic to say the least. Smelt musty and the beds were damp. No towels, no kettle and poor crockery. Stayed one night out of the 3 booked. Tried to complain and were offered “better” apartment but was too stressed to stay there again. Such a disappointing start to our holiday. Would never stay again.

The telephone reservation made was one thing and the reality another, bad mattresses, they charge you towels, buffet cold and scarce food, sign the conditions without seeing them previously. Finally wrong.

The hotel did not like us very much, made us the staff for what we wanted but it certainly would not be a place where I would stay for a holiday. The room was spacious but the beds quite uncomfortable and lacked cleaning. The chekin in the room was very slow as they were balancing the box which was most important at the time.

I was a few years ago. For me the apartment was simple but with what it takes to be comfortable. All new and well taken care of. Breakfast was good and the pool great.

The terrace of the apartment 19 A is very nice, overlooking the marina and good bars and restaurants 2 minutes walk. The beach is attached to the apartment. The bad. If nice for family holidays, near Moorish beach that is not usually very busy, maybe a little far to walk from the area of bars and restaurants, the pool is quiet. I give it 3 stars because the mattresses are insufferable, a pity that in a holiday you have to sleep in those conditions.
