Review of Europe Villa Cortes GL 5*

Nice hotel on top location When we choose Tenerife for next vacations, we wanted to have hotel near beach, not as big as most hotels in this area are and in the center of entertainment. This hotel is all that and more — design and architecture are awesome. Warm welcome at arrival, before we arrange everything at reception, our luggage was already in the room and our room was upgraded to gardenview. Room service very good, employees polite. We stayed on BB basis, so we took dinner outside, but breakfast was really good. Delicious omelets, done according to guest's wishes are the best part of breakfast, also big variety of other food and drinks. Pool is great, also their private beach. Everything is in short walking distance: shops, restaurants and sandy beaches. Hotel is very peaceful although it is in heart of Playa de las Americas. Now, what bother us is Wi-Fi: 6 EUR per day to have it in rooms is quite surprising. Also getting free sunbed after 9 o'clock was mission impossible. It looks, that there is an issue with removing sunbed cushions in the evenings — in the morning they are on the same spots and in windy nights — they are all over the place and they are a bit dirty. And the last issue I expirienced is bar at the pool: we waited for bartender for a few times and drinks were not always the same quantity. Overall: Don't be missleded with some negative opinions. Hotel is really good, worth of money and would definitely come back and will be recommended forward. And a tip: take a sea side room in upper floors — it's so much nice to see here.
