When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait about 30 minutes (with no queue) until we actually spoke to someone, and even then, it was a maid who just gave us a key and showed us up two flights of stairs, being my partner has sprained her foot so this was extremely uncomfortable for her as it was putting her in extreme pain, and this has had to be put up with for 3 days now. We were given 1 key, we have asked for 2 keys, but were told no. This means late at night, we have had to lock our hotel room door, as well as having to lock the actual front door of the hotel as well… this is such a fire hazard as if one of us stays  in and the other goes out, there is no way of getting out the room as it will be locked (and the room door does not close properly without locking). The shower barely works, it tripples out with water, we have had to travel 15 minutes each way to a friends villa to actually just use a shower, again, my partners foot is sprained so this is agony for her. The smell on the way to our room, was extremely terrible, smelt of sewage and waste. The maids did not do anything to our room, other than push towels to one side, and the noise in the morning was extremely loud, from hotel staff and guests, if you want a quiet morning in/lay in, you won't get oneWifi is terrible, you're lucky if you can even connect to itThe beds are uncomfortable, with the blanket being made out of wool, being itchy. We weren't even shown how the Air con works, so we had a fan in 35° heat for 2 days. It was that bad, we checked out early (hotel refusing to refund us for the last few nights) and we booked into another hotel.
