The staff were very friendly and helpful. Both reception, waiters and waitresses of the room. All very clean. We had been recommended. Very well connected. We were advised to go to eat and the beaches and what was d interest to visit. The Spa and the fantastic massages. The menu from Monday to Friday very good, value for money, excellent. We will definitely recommend it.

Clean friendly staff but we went with children 9 and 15 years old who could not access the Spa and consequently not to leave them alone either even though we had chosen this hotel for their Spa.
They could have indicated it on their website.

Nefarious, after sitting at the table and after an hour and a half we had to get up without eating and leave after filing a claim at the hotel reception. I need to comment that we were going with a four-year-old boy who kept asking because they weren't bringing his food. The hotel staff treated us wonderfully but couldn't give us a reasonable explanation. Really a subrealistic experience.

Good service, cleanliness, affordable price. Ideal for a getaway to relax or for sightseeing in the area. Good breakfast. The spa was great.

Loved the hotel, clean, spacious, and everything perfect. The only catch I can put on it is that it was my wife and I in July and we were told that until August they did not open the Spa, and I think it being the month of July because it is holiday season and should be open. Everything else is fine.

It seems to me the best hotel in Lorca in relation to quality/price (Lorca has a formidable parador in the castle). Merecidisimas four stars in a modern hotel, clean, well equipped, in a quiet area and close to the center. With an interesting and affordable gastronomic offer. With the extra of the spa they make the experience of the stay extremely enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The only downside was that the air conditioner was general and it was not available the day we arrived (it was still in winter mode), so it was very hot in the room. The room was nice and the breakfast was very good.

Spacious and well-equipped rooms, comfortable beds, breakfast more than adequate, parking lot discovered large number of places, good treatment of employees. Functional building although without any personality.

Yesterday Good Friday we were a large group of friends with children and it was all great. The adult menu €36 and very complete with variety of starters and main course to choose from several of meat and fish. The one of the children something expensive, €18, considering that the children do not eat so much, I would put less variety and would lower the price, and what they put inbound and then main, and the children with the starter and later did not want to eat more. Very good service and the quality of the food very well. We were very comfortable.

If you book more than two nights, you get access to a 45 minute spa circuit quite relaxing. The spa is not very big but it is more than enough, and quite intimate.
It has ground parking and parking with roofing.

The full getaway is great, the spa is wonderful, the dinner a show of how good it was all and the deal on the part of all the workers super friendly!

A nice hotel in Lorca. I have been there twice and I think I will go back. I paid 75 euros for a double that, given the level, I do not seem many. The village of Lorca is beautiful, ancient and worth a visit even in the evening for a walk during a stage of a trip.

We went to a celebratory meal with meal professional served oriental food (different types of sushi) and western food. In the format of a walk. The food was of high quality and elaborate, and the place cozy. Later in the lower floor we went to the disco with live music and a photobooth. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel especially for a romantic getaway, at reception and make you feel very comfortable no matter if you were with a pack hired by another company. The waitress at the restaurant very attentive and friendly, we ate the menu which is fine, good food at a normal price. The room was spacious and the hotel was very nice and the view of the castle was well connected to the city centre and the shops were just 10 minutes away. The small but cosy spa, more comfortable and complete than others I have visited with more fame and more expensive, we did the favor of changing the time so that we could visit calmer the city, special mention to the girl who guides you and controls the time, at the end of the circuit you are served an infusion while you dry and relax. I would definitely go back to this hotel. Going to Lorca and not visiting his castle is a sin.

We went on a romantic getaway for our anniversary, first the ideal reception, then an amazing room and with all kinds of luxuries and that was standard and was not suite. Then we went to the spa where we were more than delighted a unique and relaxing space to not be able. Finally the dinner menu tasting was esquisita with dishes that deserve a 10 and the amazing buffet breakfast. I recommend 100% this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the service was very nice and the location was great.

Surprisingly plush for the price, great location near to the train station and town. Plenty of parking. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the pool and spa facilities. One tiny niggle was that we couldn't immediately find a socket to plug in our various devices for charging. We ate in the bar and the meals were tasty and relatively good value. Would come again.

Se ate with the family business last year and I give it a ten. Rich menu and good beers and wines. Then there was a disco with live music performance and with photocall included. It didn't miss a detail in view of the fun and the joy on those days of Christmas.
