Good hotel in its entirety is worth its 3 stars:
The pluses: clean rooms, everyday cleaning, the staff is nice, and the service is efficient. Hot pools, some entertainment by a motivated team. From choice to buffet
The — : little varied meal despite the themes that change every day, the buffet remains always the same. The pool is not very clean. It is not possible to have a packed lunch if we leave for the day. The animations are not very varied.
Good stay overall, good for families but average for couples.

We thought the hotel was great. Food was good always fresh and plentiful. Bar staff were friendly and efficient. Night time entertainment was very poor only the animation team lip syncing to songs. Pool not very clean either.

Been here a few days and love it. The food is really good. Tonight we had a massive choice as always, the highlight being tuna steaks. Last night there was a Chinese banquet. The main pool is large and there is loads of room. There are also plenty of sun loungers, though those round the pool are quickly snapped up. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is lean and comfortable.

We stayed here for our honeymoon / family holiday. We are very happy with our stay. The kids enjoyed it, plenty for them to do. Staff very friendly. The hotel and pools are very clean. There is always plenty of staff around cleaning and doing other jobs. There is lots of variety of food, resturant open 3 times a day and pool bar open also. We would recommend this to others. Great place for family holidays.

Very good address. Restaurant with varied choice and good organization. Helpful and attentive team. The restaurant was a little noisy. Very comfortable rooms, well equipped but a little poorly soundproof.

This site is beautiful has an amazing view to take many pictures, and I would go again to see it because you will not get bored.

Wonderful grounds, very nice gardens and with children you can spend a great holiday. The staff is very very nice.

Have been here a few days now and I have to say the whole experience has been great. Not as close to the beach as I would have liked but the bus runs every hour or so and it's easy to get to and from. Food is lovely and staff don't pester you but are helpful if you need anything. Kids love it here and I'll be back.

Very good comfortable hotel room clean full restaurant there is for all tastes the staff very friendly and a young woman speaking French has the reception always ready to answer our questions with the smile/good location/we took advantage from the free shuttle to visit the dunes we will return with pleasures.

Great hotel with everything you need. It is clean and the food is also good. A bit more variety in the food selection would be great. Otherwise, the price-performance ratio was good. The waiters and waitresses were very good and also very friendly. It was a very nice experience even though the road to the beach was long, but you could use a shuttle.

Lovely welcoming and warm stay. Food was pretty much the same everyday which was ok but needed more variety. Night entertainment was terrible and lasted 30 minutes! So better off going out in evening. The room was always nice and clean though. Won't be going back.

It's ok. The decor is dated, but, maintained well. The hotel is in need of a refit. If you arrive after 9.30pm when the restaurant closes, you have to wait until 11 pm when you are given some salad, not great. No air conditioning in the rooms, we stayed mid-March, 22 to 25 degrees, so bearable. The pool is good, bar staff are friendly. The lifts get stuck frequently.

The. Hotel is pretty good to be 3 star, has good facilities and the best for me was the room as it is very spacious and has a nice terrace and a nice bathroom. From what I understand it was recently reformed and it really shows.
It is very well for families as the kids in the House have a special area for them that has a pool area (pirate image ship) and playgrounds with artificial turf.

A number of niggling irritations let the place down, they try hard. It's clean. Large rooms. Nice reception. Clean toilets. Good variety of food on offer, but the frequency of the beach bus is bad. Access to tea and coffee is restricted. All fruit juice is made from reconcentrated powder, which tasted vile. Poor quality breakfast bacon and sausages and meets, they are highly processed and fatty. All the all-inclusive wine smelled "corked" and was on "tap" like beer. The white and pink wine was undrinkable. Red was almost ok if you got used to the fact it was chilled, but at the pool bar all wines smelled off and tasted rancid. Wine was best bought from the local supermarket. In summary they tried hard but the quality on offer made the three stars questionable.

If you value quality and price well, but you have things to improve. Personally I got a lot of attention the accesses, for wheelchairs of both babies and disabled, although they have access ramps for the whole complex is quite complicated the full displacement throughout the same. The staff is friendly and helpful.
About the room and specifically on our own, is quite spacious and is reformed in Part I think, in my opinion I think it is necessary to give a return to the toilets of the same but with very positive parts as are the views, spectacular, although it is worth highlighting the Orient that you touch or contract, ours in particular of 10.
The theme buffet, well perhaps it is the weakest part, of average note well, considering what I said at first if you value warm-price but if it is true that could be better.
Varied animation but I do not want to get into the professionalism of the performances, say well.
The parking lots in the vicinity not own the hotel and if you go with your own bad vehicle, there is a campaign at 500 meters where to park the vehicle but sometimes is saturated and literal campaign… is not conditioned. Holiday Hotel to recommend and definitely is a good choice for a 3 star without a doubt.

We are on our second week now there is a notice you can't reserve sun beds but they do notice you can't take down hotel towels they do not much point having notices if nothing is done. The food has been good but the bacon.

Were there during the summer holidays. For the many guests too little we have seating at the pool bar. If you didn't go early, you have no chance of getting a seat.
Our room was too fast road out. You couldn't leave a window, very noisy. When windows to not withstand, as only a fan on the ceiling. No air conditioning. No trace of German animation, although we have taken care of it in the prospectus.
All in all, a strenuous holiday. A lucky only 10 days, we were able to recover a few days at home still.
Super was the beach of Maspalomas.

I went to this hotel last year. First night in. I had a brand new jacket stolen out of the restaurant. Staff were not very helpful. The roos had no air conditioning in them. The food was not that good. Me a d my partner went out most of the day and nights. I Wornt go there again. The hotel is beautiful. But tend to cater for people from. Other foreign countries. Not English.

I visited this hotel for the 3rd time because of the good service and the very good food. I arrived on 2.18 and must say that the food tastes but especially for dinner always the same.
I had never seen that before.
Let's see if I can experience any other culinary delights until the 12th 2.

The hotel offers at a very affordable price everything you need for relaxation. Capalomas enjoys the best "climate of the world", they say here. As for January I would like to confirm.

Very nice hotel, well maintained facility, friendly staff, our room on the 4th floor with pool view and 11m terrace, big, nice and clean, the food for all inclusive really varied and very good, OK in November very crowded, a KL drawback would be possible that the rooms have no climate Facilities (especially in summer) but at the price you can not have everything, all in all genuinely recommended.

An all inclusive very inducted to the foreign public. Mealtimes are a little short for Spanish customs and even more so if you decide to do some excursions on your own. The parking you have is small, ground and where everyone can enter. So in times of great seating you run out of parking easily. As for the staff, they are all very nice and the facilities are decent. I think in relation quality price and compared to others in the area, it's fine. Yes, quite secluded from the most typical beach area, where it is difficult to park.

It is a great place, the staff amazing, friendly, attentive and helpful. It's my sixth year here and I'll keep coming safe. I love it.

It's a big complex, a big one. Pool in the center and room buildings around. Very familiar atmosphere. Good location. Free bus service to the beach. Taxi stand right next door. Simple and very practical rooms. Good cleaning. Comfy beds. All inclusive service with great Buffet. The best to emphasize… All its employees, always with a smile and very very friendly. Recommended for families.

Misleading publicity. On the internet included in the Google tab appears that has indoor pool. We booked our holiday in November counting on that indoor pool just in case it was bad. It was bad and it turns out there was no indoor pool. Otherwise low quality food service. Outdoor pool very well. Rest of facilities well without excel at anything.

Good hotel, lovely staff although at least the rooms that are facing south and west need air conditioning as the ceiling fan for hot days is not enough. The food in the restaurant is nice and its staff very attentive.

Pretty good hotel. All things considered. Staff are great, facilities are very good, and food is plentiful. Saying that, plentiful does not mean that it is outstanding. The swimming pool, and the jacuzzi are well maintained and a pool attendant is always on duty whilst the pool is open. A "poolside" bar is open from midmorning to 2300. There are things to do during the day and evening but the staff are limited in the repertoire that have to work with. Tours are available and cost extra.

An excellent 3 star hotel. Food we would even give 4 stars! Plenty of choice, tasty etc! Only those thinking they will get a 5 star hotel while paying for a 3 star are the ones who will be disappointed! The only one who let us down (again) are Neckerman. But we'll let them know that. Nice hotel though a bit far from the beach. But they offer a shuttle bus several times a day. The highway can be reached within a minute so this is a great hotel if you want to explore the island.

Sorry it's taking so long to write our review, me and my daughter who is 6years old, where here for a 2 week stay in July and I must say our 2 weeks, where fantastic. Hotel was very clean and I was delighted with the hotel as soon as I arrived. With kids club, mini disco and evening entertainment for all the family, we where made to feel so very welcome. The bar staff where just simply the best. Especially estephanie who made my 30th birthday so special. I would just like to say an extra special thanks to, Andreea and Valeria as they where absolutely fantastic with my daughter, they made her feel so welcome and made me feel at ease as I waved my daughter off to kids club. There wasn't a day my little girl didn't want to go. They really did make my little girls holiday a holiday to remember. Such lovely girls and such a great team. I really hope to see you both soon. Unfortunately I'm having to give a 3* as I was quite disappointed with evening meals for adults it is very lovely and everything is very fresh. For kids it isn't the best I really do think there should be more of a variety for younger kids. The pool bar was very good and I found my daughter eat more from there than her evening meal. I also felt we missed out on a lot of entertainment as, as we where leaving a stage was being built for the entertainment team and also the kids pool has been replaced. You would have thought that would have been all ready for the new opening after renovation.

Fantastic, family friendly hotel. Lovely, clean freshly decorated rooms. Abundance of fresh food and snacks. Can't wait to return.

Had two week here in July, Great rooms but AC would make them better, the beds were fantastic. Food was plentiful, but a little repetitive. Other than no wet clothing there is no dress policy in the dining area, this is large and very loud, so no relaxing evening meals. They were however very kind to us as we had three birthdays, two receiving birthday cakes and one sparking wine, so a nice surprise with everyone singing happy birthday. The location is poor, to far from everywhere making an evening stroll impossible, you are captive, or have to pay for taxi's. The animation team are amazing, they work very hard and are very enthusiastic, but outside entertainment should be brought in to supplement them, as the guests form most of the entertainment themselves, and this finished at 10.30 pm with the all inclusive bar closing at 11.00pm prompt, so no late nights. The pools are lovely, but the reserving beds is maddening, the policy of not reserving is not adhered too. I also have to say that there is insufficient seating in the pool bar in the evenings, most people sitting on the sun loungers, so not very comfortable or relaxing. The pool bar area is VERY loud, piped music at very high volume all day. The place is good for families with younger children, but older people and couples should look elsewhere. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel. I'll be there for the fourth time. Food is delicious (all inclusive). The staff are always cleaning and tidying up, which is very important. It's good music and mood all day. Animation is also great. Every evening there is a show. I would find the shows last year but a bit better, but the staff of the animation change more often. Value for money is top. The hotel is not directly on the beach but there is always a free bus to get there. Room with pool view is really great! I'd love to come back:) The hotel actually deserves more than 3 stars.

Fantastic dunes… spectacular rise in an island of Barranchi. They are the gem.

Nice clean rooms, pool is good, a little small for the size of the hotel, it can get very busy. Complimentary bus to the beach was excellent. Food was good, but not very varied. Rated as a 3 star, and easily hits the target, good value for money.

By the tranquility that I've had in that hotel, precious I have felt as if you were in my house, pools are beautiful, and the pool with its hot water is spectacular outdoor…

Came the year past and we liked both that have repeated. But this time we are not so happy. The animation leaves much to be desired. The kind of water fatal gym, rather than a class of water gym is an own monitor display, lack of seriousness and involvement in its work.

The hotel well and the istalaciones also the animation very well but the reception and care customer left me with a bad taste in the mouth. There is a hotel to recommend and very prepared for tourism foreign Spaniards are nothing.

Fabulous pool, and clean.
The hammocks cheerful, workers and very attentive and polite.
The people of reception, friendly and attentive.
The waiters, elegant educated attentive and sensitive, each detail earrings.
Chefs say Super.
The girls of the cleaning, lovely and hard-working.
Animation, super happy.
I want to say with this gorgeous, it has no luxuries but I am happy.
In fact, this year I again.
The only thing I dislike is at night there is no fun for adults.
As Latin dances for example.
The shows are a bit repetitive.
Of course, for people who go quite as in my case.
I hope that this year they surprise me.
And I will give them the fifth star.
I recommend it to all the world is slightly deviated from the beach, but no matter there are buses directly from the hotel, and if not do like me to walk because he has a fabulous ride.

The Hotel Dunas Mirador meets our expectations. Good facilities that allow our nine-year-old son to be able to move with ease. Good activities that we offer for the animators. Good food. The pools are large and well kept gardens. Recommended. We will come back.

We have delivered our room today at 12 after 6-day extraordinary!. All have been attentions from the first person who received us at the reception (Pepi, Antonio, Laura. ), passing by waiters, animation team (Barbara, Niek, Eva, Valentin, Alejandra. ), the waitresses of the floor and of course, responsible for customer (Taitana). We are that we have no words to express the deal so sweet, so professional and at the same time so close which has offered us. Great clean, the pool area clean and very neat, as well as gardens and rooms. The food in the buffet was varied and was very well made, very funny animation and without being nothing overwhelming. In short, the all-inclusive leaves nothing to be desired and we will return shortly without hesitation because there is some great professionals working in every area of the hotel. Sonia P. Thomas.

Our first visit to this hotel, we had read a lot of worrying reviews before hand. We were very pleased with this hotel. We had a very relaxing stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, we had a good size rooms with views of the mountains, our room was clean, every day the housekeepers and personal very hard, working in every department. We was hit huge, with plenty of selection and good food also some very nice restaurant. We will return to this hotel in the future.

It has no air conditioning, something unacceptable in the Canary Islands. Poor service. Fatal orientation of the room. Excessively large. Bad food. Not recommended. Nico.

The food leaves to be desired, I recommend to rent a car (this far from the beach). What's more, hotel normal.

The hotel is located between a four-lane highway and a main road. The walls of our room were full of mold! I've noticed this after a few days because my Airways are inflamed. When taking a closer look can you tell that the mold was just repainted. The smallest, then still the ants who populated our rooms were bad. The staff strives to be friendly. Also who this doesn't always work because of under-occupancy.

Is to improved meals in the bufed both in quality and variety since the last time I was, but still must improve the snack bar swimming pool and night animation.

I am 11 days here. And so far, everything is great. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. What I bemängel something that's around the hotel around little entertainment u shopping ways. But all in all only to recommend.

I would say that the indication of the hotel is poorly located in Google. This Hotel is not there, is in Sonnenland.

Unfortunately, some travelers seem always to have a problem with it, book 3 star hotels and to make demands of 5 star hotels. For the 3 stars, you get outstanding value in the Mirador, whether in hotel swimming pool Indoor rich for every (n) something containing buffets, a wonderful, clean spacious rooms and warm, friendly staff. The distance to the beach and the Playa in Maspalomas can be put back with the shuttle service offered, but also with a beautiful, relaxing walk. The wonderful Parque sur, which, offers many possibilities for relaxation, relaxing/reading and sports is located in close proximity to the hotel. The Mirador and the surrounding area offer peace and who wants variety and excitement is for cheap money continuously accessible taxis in the nu in Playa del Inglés. The bottom line, the Mirador among the 3 star hotels in this region stands out for me.
