Very good, spacious apartment, good bedding, very good welcome (the girl spoke French, it's appreciable). Bathroom a little aging but functional and clean. Well-equipped kitchen. We recommend it!

Very poor staff. They clean up dirty. Inattentive to the client.

Spacious, new and comfortable apartments. 5 minutes walk from the station of Puerta de Arganda metro / vicálvaro of commuter. Good prices and very nice treatment. For putting some glue, somewhat scarce utensils in the apartments. Some things, such as pans, are requested on bail. Highly recommended.

If you want to feel at home, this is the place to stay, clean, spacious, great customer service and the bonfire of Pedro… Unbeatable! They make you part of your family!

An economic place, with free garage and well located to get around. Great room and clean.

I'm Ahoramismo (it's 12.45h) I'm in the cafeteria and this looks like a nightclub. The TV at full volume, the waiters talking with two customers aloud Soezmente. So you can't have a quiet coffee. If I want to party I go to a nightclub.

The walls of the rooms were somewhat dirty. The person who chose the color of the halls would be better to devote to something else (Rosa and Lila XD). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant somewhat slow but good relation quality price and the staff quite professional.

Well, I went with my girlfriend, so the only thing I can say is that the bed is very comfortable.
It has a kitchen and such, but no idea. I don't know what door it was.
Oh, the cleaning ignored the door (the sign that we were sleeping) and almost caught us trying the magnificent bed. That was very comfortable. The bed. Well, she apologized right away and left. (The cleaning, not the bed).

The 4 stars are because in our room (they tell me it was an entire apartment, but no idea) you would hear a kind of bells (very sinister). But the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel suitable for families with mini apartments at low prices, place near the train stop for Madrid No Wi-Fi in the room.

Although not near Madrid, Eek Hotel is fine. It is Not a luxury hotel but it has all the essentials. The rooms are very spacious apartments, the room really big. The Room has a terrace. There'S a Lidl supermarket practically across the street.

Comfortable for couples. I would not go with children because you have to move in public transport (some 40min to the center, the train and Metro stops are about 10min, the bus next door but we do not use it). Removing that is well: good treatment, spacious and functional apartments (kitchen utensils are requested at reception leaving a bail of 5e recovering after its return), Good housekeeping, free underground parking, Mercadona and Lidel next door, restaurant Economic.
In short, good quality price.

The clean aparthotel good price, 10 minutes from Madrid and Apartahote mode… it's not easy to find something like that.

The waiters Juan and Adri the best of the service. Without them it wouldn't be the same. Good Mahou of well-pulled barrel and good snacks.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was great, the bathroom was very good, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was very nice. The air conditioner that sounds like a tractor when you turn on, head off the wall, TV with the typical stripes From the passage of time, the refrigerator did not work, the other appliances I did not try.

Fish & fries plus two glasses of wine and tapas for less than 20 euro… Amazing.

Great place with new apartments and underground parking space! The staff was very friendly and understanding in trying to solve all of our problems. It's not in the city centre, but with a car you're there very fast.

I've been a couple of times, I've been very contents, although long time q was, I'd like to know, how it works for long term rental, for years, if someone can tell me thank you.

The humorous show went very well, they laughed, we also — by not to cry — and thanks which were two days or laugh we had killed. The idea of spending a weekend couple has details that I thought obvious and minimum in a three star hotel, Wi-Fi at the aparthotel, a shower with hot water that arrives 10 minutes, a pack of cookware that rent…
To kindly ask for the Wi-Fi, respond me that I have to go down to reception, to take me the surprise of cold in the middle of the rinse water — fortunately we shared shower — your answer is that perhaps 8 minutes is over, wait 20 minutes, I guess with soapy hair, and down to a pack for cooking, the offer was a frying pan or a pot you already manage you with it. The story, to laugh and wasting money, is perfect, at least the bed includes a blanket.

Not bad, can improve some details: much quieter air conditioning devices, and not is because hot water only lasts for a short shower, the room is very well sound-proofed.

We were four to five of August. Nice, everything very clean, apartments are quiet and silent. Were delighted. We will repeat.

It is an apartment, cost of one bed rooms a small living room and a small kitchen for not having to go to dinner or eat out every day. It is located in Vicálvaro, Madrid. Their receptionists are very friendly and helpful and the cleanliness is excellent. The price is pretty good.

By acquaintances that I have. They are good apartment, good value for money.
I recommend it to everyone. For a price similar to a rental you can live throughout the month, and also have all included, light, water, and cleaning service. That more you may wish.

Location of the hotel not great, a little isolated but if conveyed: 15 minutes from downtown and so pedestrian: metro and train not far from the hotel.
A Council turn on the heat on arrival for space heating,
Otherwise, we keep a very pleasant stay at the aparthotel Encasa and we will gladly return.

The site is well located although not in the Center but is close in terms of public trnsporte of everything and people are maja. I will repeat.
