Very nice setting but service not up to scratch, the rate is not consistent, and the portions are light to recommend for people who wish to make a small diet.

Hotel Mas Lazuli is FABULOUS… If you are in Roses then a visit to Hotel Mas Lazuli is a must. The hotel is placed in a very beautiful area, sorrounded by olives trees and vineyards. It has a great swiming pool with a wonderful terrace where you can order very nice snacks. The rooms of the hotel are unique, very well decorated and clean. The is amazing, the food is only based with best quality of products, nice list of wines and champagnes, cava. You must have the papillote which is beautiful. And the rice with lobster is out of this world. I cannot praise this place highly enough.

Were not the first time in the restaurant, today the quality has become worse.

Great room and pool but make sure you check the bill on check out. Had a number of items added to bill no explanation or apology.

Spectacular Hotel, exquisitely decorated with the exterior very nice with those olive trees.

Nice site with ample views of l'Emporda. The food is not your forte which makes up for the views and the place. The pool is beautiful and with a very fine design, to enjoy the sunsets with a drink and good company.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices of the restaurant are abusive compared to what is on the plate. The main component of the dish is often reduced to a congruous serving and served with a lot of cream/puree/sauce. Nothing fancy, then. Little attention, the traditional method glass that is served, with appetizers, when you arrive. The local wines are excellent and cheap.

Fantastic hotel where he surprises both the location and the surrounding area. Cozy, comfortable and relaxing. The environment invites to relaxation and tranquility. Excellent service and gorgeous restoration. Like cer, the "savoir faire" of his direction, performed sublimely by Stephanie.

Beautiful all around. Mediterranean garden. Infinity pool. Stoning decor in an old house. The food is also of the same standard. Strongly recommended. The best around this area by a mile!

Magnificent! Based! The rooms are very beautiful and the bedding excellent. We had a room with terrace in the new wing. The welcome is charming and the little attention marks of the manager are touching. We'll be back with pleasure.

The sublime rooms, the wonderful setting, the amazing kitchen, well located and easy to access!
has 15 minutes of the beaches.
Thanks also to the professionalism of the site manager who knows how to remedy the concerns of customers if there are! What more could you ask for?

Very nice decor and rooms. Not ideal location.

Fantastic restaurant attached to hotel with the same name in a beautiful setting. Restaurant has modern decor compared to the many tradition catalan restaurants in the area. The ambiance is 5 star on their beautiful terrace and they have done a great job with the lights. The restaurant was almost full the Sunday we were there. Service was very good, the waiters had a lot of knowledge and followed up everything in a correct manner. Food was excellent, and prepared like in a Michelin starred restaurant. All dishes were excellent, I can easily recommend the cuttlefish, ceviche, suquet de pescado and crispy tender pig. You'll find some very traditional catalan dishes which are done in a different way and after my taste even better. After the meal the very sympatic chef Jordi came out to have a quick chat with each table to see if they liked the meal. I will definitely come back to this great restaurant. You don't find this many places with the nix of great ambiance, excellent food for an ok price. This restaurant might be in the Michelin guidebook very soon.

Best restaurant… best hotel in the whole Costa Brava and Emporda… environment of olive trees… vines … and mountain… 7 minutes from Peralada… Llança… 15 mints from France and Cadaques. …

We ate divinely!

Definitely a great discovery! At these times it may be the best Boutique Hotel of Empordà. Incredible recovery from a most of the 11th century, spectacular rooms, staff very attentive and friendly and the environment care and perfect! It also has a great restaurant, the chef has designed an original and delicious menu. Great for a weekend escape. Or more if the budget allows.
