We stayed one night there after a flight cancellation kept us in Barcelona an extra day. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Suites were roomy and beautifully decorated. My only complaint was that the advertisement was a bit misleading about the pool. You have to use the pool at a nearby club and you have to pay daily for access. That was very disappointing since we booked that room looking forward to lounging by the pool. The rooftop dome bar at the Hesperia next door was fabulous.

Nice hotel, excellent views, extremelly good staff, and the food very delicious. Really excellent hotel but we had some issues with the fire exit. The fire alarm went off and we follow the route to get out but when we reached the door to get out of the building it was locked. Fortunately it wasn't a fire just smoke from one of the kitchens located in one of the bedrooms. We raised a complaint but we were told that the fire door was shared with a shop and when the shop was closed they were closing the fire doors as well. Kindly they gave us another room with a proper fire exit but… I hope they have done something about it.

Very nice apartment. Small downside on the accessories… Had to claim a coffee maker… Amazing for a 5 star. Otherwise nickel. Metro Station nearby. Ideal for a trip to Barcelona.

I had a bad day because I missed a connecting flight. The airline put me up here and I got a voucher for dinner but I didn't like the options so I asked if I could order from the regular menu. The food and service were Incredible. The hotel itself is very design oriented — very fitting for Barcelona.

Total Fiasco for a 5 star.
All quite left, in my opinion. The dirty walls, especially in the headboard, detached plinths, the bulkhead that gave… In short, we do not repeat or joke.

I had a chance to stay in a hotel tower and hotel apartment. You just can't compare these two. I'm very disappointed with hotel apartment suites. The only one good thing was service, other than that I would never go back. Its dull, its noisy, the apartment itself makes all kinds of noises, neighbours fighting over the night, there's no view through the window. You have a kitchen with no supplies. What's the point of giving a kitchen, right. If to rent a place in hesperia Hotel ONLY in a hotel tower.

The apartments are. Comfortable and good quality price.

If you have got a car is the best area to stay to visit Barcelona. You're 5' and there is free parking. The hotel a 10, breakfast in the other building with a buffet of quality. Even if you're staying in the Hotel, first passing by the hotel. They offer very good treatment.

The suites are part of the Tower hotel. The staff are excellent, my wife had to use crutches and the staff were incredibly helpful, too many to mention but included Roger at the desk, Eddie in the lobby and all the restaurant staff. The food is excellent. The only small negative is you have to walk a short distance outside to get into main hotel building (otherwise a 5).

Hesperia Fira Suites are located close to the airport and within a short walk from the Bellvitge Metro station. The suites are located 300 meters to the side of the sister hotel Hesperia Tower. They are mini apartment style rooms, which come with an adequately fitted kitchen, a separate living space and bedroom and a shower room (amazing shower, the water could be a little hotter though). Checking in was efficient and the staff spoke English well and helped us with everything! The stay was comfortable and enjoyable, this was made even more so when the management acknowledged my partners birthday and left a surprise cake in the fridge for him! Even though it is out of the way, a free shuttle bus is offered into the city each day and evening so it doesn't matter that you are further out.

Decent suite. Internet signal poor.

Nice rooms, great breakfast. Unfortunately, the windows do not go up, all climate. By public transport approx. 45min to the Ramblas otherwise top.

It has a great location near a metrostation roomy rooms and great service.

Nice hotel. 1 star deduction, as a renovation would be needed to get back to the 5 stars.
Breakfast does not leave any wishes open. The view is breathtaking.
Gym very nice. Must however be booked with 11 euros per day, as in the annexe and public. The swimming pool and spa there surprised positively.

Spacious apartment style accommodation. Close (not too close) to airport for early morning flights. 25 minutes to center of town by underground…

Overrated. The beds are as hard as a rock. I barely slept for 2 hours. It's far from the city centre, even though they have a shuttle. The rooms look okay, not worth the money. Not sure how they maintain a 5 star rating.

The quality/price of the hotel is very good given the service we receive (cleaning daily, shampoo, gel and creams renewed when finished, large television, climate control and refreshment at the reception) and facilities, something small but very nice and comfortable.
Humble but highly recommended hotel to which I will return if there is an event in nearby areas.
The only drawback that they can put him is the remoteness of areas of restoration.

Medium-fine. Lock not worked fine all day until there were (in spite of complaints left on reception). Room was closed, but open it cost large and long effort. Hello managers!

I was shocked at the quality of this hotel. Extremely friendly staff, huge rooms, great location and a regular FREE shuttle to the city center.

The staff was outstanding and our driver from the airport and into town was great. I have found a new home when we need to travel to Barcelona.

Looks a bit drab from the outside but great inside, apartments a good size. Near to line 1 metro station, only takes 25 mins into centre of Barcelona. Get a T10 ticket for the metro.

Very good the department. The place is ideal if you have a car. A little sloppy cleaning of the building, not the room. Highly recommended if you are not of those who are satisfied with a hotel room.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the rooms are fabulous and the breakfast also. The metro station is to the side and an 8` these in the plaza of Spain. We have had a family problem, so it has been necessary to cancel the last night, before which and without asking, the hotel has discounted that day.

Wonderful fully equipped rooms excellent customer service and the food in the restaurant is outstanding.

Nice experience, I will repeat.

Incredible she arriving Salle 13.00 not to give the room but even in place to change your clothes if you need. It's not a 5 star service, sorry.

Anything to make a coffee in the hall, it is very expensive, 4 euros. Neither is ocurra tomar a coffee in the cafeteria of the hall, 4 euros. Take a coffee at the hall is very expensive, 4 euros for one.

The buffet restaurant is worthy of a pension that if paying € 25 per person.
And the little prepared area for conferences and cold.

Very good hotel, all very modern and comfortable, the Evo, fantastic, but to expensive restaurant. It is not in Barcelona, the hotel is in Hospitalet (in Google Maps is wrong), but there is in the Gran Vía and very well connected.

Amazing views of Barcelona. Located inside an impressive glass dome (by architect Richard Rogers), EVO restaurant offered Santi Santamaria´s new gastronomic proposal.

The hotel accommodations are beautiful. The lobby, rooms and bathrooms are spectacular and clean. The service from the staff was excellent the moment we arrived (we got to the hotel around 10 a. M. And were immediately able to get into our room; this would never happen in the States! ). The location is very convenient to the metro (Hospital de Bellvitge stop on the L1 – red line). Please note: this is the last stop on the metro line and it’s about a five minute walk to the station. Depending on where you are heading you can expect a 20-40 minute ride. The hotel has a shuttle service that runs at least three times daily into Placa Catalunya (check the hotel web site for the schedule). You are also able to get the shuttle back to the hotel from the same location it drops you off. When you arrive at the Barcelona airport go to the information booth and they will call the hotel and have the shuttle come get you. On two occassions we took taxis from downtown to the hotel because we were out later than the metro was running. Both times we paid less that 15 euro to get to the hotel from the El Born neighborhood. I have only a few suggestions for hotel improvements. They seem to be lacking in some standard services (that I am used to in cheap US hotels). I expected to have an iron, ironing board, and hair conditioner. I would recommend you bring your own conditioner because I wasn’t even able to find any small bottle at the grocery store.

Stayed here recently for several nights and rather disappointing for 5 star. A mix of impressive technology, not so impressive plastic and neon. Service is mediocre, though in fairness they do try hard. Food average at best and bland generally, also very expensive for what it is. Tries to be something it is not and the word Pretentious comes to mind. Do yourself a favour go elsewhere. Footnote: I may be cynical but many of the other reviews sound as though a PR man wrote them.
