I recommend this lovely hotel, very well located, excellent staff, rooms very well, I recommend breakfast, price quality highly recommended and has parking, I just been and I will surely return.

An excellent treatment, good facilities, adapted to reduced mobility and also located in the historic center of the city. Without doubt for a good stay and repeat.

Location and value for money, near the centre of the city. Great eateries close by, fantastic veiw from the roof top terrace. Only one criticism is the Aircon was extremely noisy and it was impossible to sleep with it on, even though it was 39 degrees outside.

Clean, comfortable room on the third floor, with small balcony and view of the cathedral. Excellent value for money, booked independently so included breakfast. Breakfast was simple but adequate and included fresh sqeezed orange juice, and a choice of bread, croissants etc. The hotel was very centrally placed for most things. Other places were easily walked too.

Very good reception, very helpful, good breakfast, do not forget the earplugs because a little bit of passage.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very central. The parking of the hotel small and complicated to enter. The price is more than correct. In the option with breakfast the ham toast was quite large.

Well placed, with good benefits, if the opportunity this present we will return.

The reality of the rooms is little different from the pictures. Small rooms. Breakfast can be improved in quality, attention. I would add more variety of fruits and better quality. If the breakfast schedule is from 8 onwards, the staff should arrive a few minutes early to prepare the lounge. It's better. Lack of light in the inner courtyard. Overall attention could be improved. They don't help you with the suitcases at any time.

Very well located inside the wall, just a step from the square and the rest of the attractions of Toledo. We chose a room in the old part: very nice, spacious and well equipped, great rest quality.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. It can be reached by taxi, it enters just by the medieval streets.

This was a beautiful hotel in the heart of Toledo, great parking across the street, 12 euros a night. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff super friendly. Lovely views from the roof terrace and easy walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again. Toledo is a city not to be missed. Not at all what I thought it would be. Fabulous.

Clean room, spacious rooms and small bathroom, usually very good attention, very rich and abundant breakfast. It is in a perfect area to visit Toledo, inside is very nice but depends on the area of the hotel, the views of the terrace are magnificent and the envy of all who spend a few nights. For Toledo, a luxury to have that terrace. I would definitely recommend it. Many rooms per floor and that means noise even though in our case we were lucky and there were few people.

I highly recommend it. A part of being very well located and having parking (even if paid) the best of all is the panoramic terrace you have. When we were raining and we didn't enjoy it, but in good weather it must be a joy.

Excellent place to stay, right in the centre of Toledo. Moorish style and still equipped with a patio and a lovely breakfast room where you are still attended to at the table every morning. We will be sure to return.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom and the shower excellent. Best of all is the location steps away from the cathedral and the terrace prepared to appreciate the night view of the enlightened city. Double with breakfast €58 all inclusive. Parking €12 more.

Charming Hotel in the heart of the historic centre of Toledo. With magnificent views of the cathedral and Alcazaba from the Mirador terrace. With the possibility of leaving the vehicle in the garage. Cordiality and friendliness of its employees. Highly recommended, I will be sure to return another time.

It is a construction that integrates into the palaces and convents of Toledo. It has rooms guys but well equipped. It has a panoramic rooftop terrace that allows for formidable photos.

Price a little expensive for what is the room. Cushions too fine to sleep. That is, views of the upper terrace unimproveable. This hotel is worth it for its situation in the middle of the old town. We paid €65 for one night + continental breakfast.

The room for 65€ was little, bad pillows, and a lot of noise. But the location and the views from the rooftop were amazing.

Arrived at Hotel Santa Isabel at lunchtime, easy to find with signposts all the way upto the hotel, very narrow and winding uphill road. The best check — ins we have had, well briefed and shown and directed to the secure car park. Our room on the second floor was immaculate, with views over the city. It is full of history and charm, and culture the hotel. The roof top has spectacular scenery, for taking photographs. We think our weekend is going to be good. Well done Hotel Santa Isabel.

Great hotel. Nice service, speaks good English and likes to help.
Breakfast is delicious, coffee is good. I recommend the bread with ham, awesome.
The rooms are large enough and the hotel (the only one in the city) has a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset overlooking all the sights.
The garage of the hotel is reservation — and chargeable (8-10 pitches) and not suitable for vehicles higher than 1, 65m (some SUV, VW bus). Even low-lying (e. G. Randvolle) cars may come badly across the ramp into the lower-lying garage. The access to the hotel may be somewhat knifelig, but some parts of the road are only 2, 1m wide. Those who do not dare to do so should prefer to park in front of the city.

Cozy and clean, perfect area and private garage useful!

The bathtub is not a bathtub… is 90 x 50 we go if you expect to give a bath to relax in this place forget. Parking in addition to being sadly small a normal car sticks in the basses and to get in and out you see them and you want them. We've been treated badly from the first moment. In short Toledo great the hotel of the worst I ever saw.

Amazing view of the cathedral from the terrace but appalling isolation, we heard all the facts and gestures of the neighbors. Our room on the third floor was close to the metal staircase which allows access to the terrace until midnight… so. Impossible to sleep before.

Rooms a little small but take the ones overlooking the cathedral, beautiful view.

Super friendly in the night before, the parking is super hot to maneuver and attention to the narrowness of srue to access.

The hotel is central to the city but remains quiet and peaceful. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. There is only positives and compliments for the hotel and staff.

Amazing location. Rooms are a bit small but that is to be expected as the building itself is so old. Also, gorgeous views from the rooftop.

The hotel is well located in the old part of the city. However, if you do not like, church bells, very, very narrow streets and endless shops that sell swords this is a location to avoid. The building is a former nobleman's house. Refurbished to a good standard with very effective air-conditioning. The breakfast is basic but good value for money at €3.00 or €5.00. There is lift access to all bedrooms. A wrought iron spiral staircase leads to a terrific communal terrace. Here you can sit and relax with views of the city and countryside beyond. The staff are first class, all from the chambermaids, to the reception and refectory. I would certainly use this hotel again were In to return to Toledo.

Clean. Comfortable air conditioning and provided shampoo and conditioner. The view in the roof is amazing. Take a bottle of something to drink and sit on the roof top patio for a lit view of the city at night. It's also very close to one of, if not the only, remaining sword maker in Toledo, no Chinese fakes at Zamorano.

Good hotel. Got a very friendly welcome. Central for all the sites. Great views from the roof top. Clean. Great breakfast, the best Spanish toastarda. Only problem is the parking in the underground garage is very tight.

Very nice Hotel clean rooms, good Wi-Fi, quite wide bathroom and comfy beds. Possibility to climb on the roof on a private panoramic terrace of the hotel that alone is worth the price of the night. Unique view! The breakfast buffet is good. Honest Price.
