Staff are exemplary. Our suite is beautifully appointed — magnificent bed with thoughtful choices of pillows and fillings! Rain shower and jacuzzi tub — would not hesitate to return — thank you.

My husband and l recently returned from a 3 day stay at the Zenit San Sebastian. Throughout our stay we found staff less than helpful. Room was okay, location is advertised as being in the city centre but its far from eating district/beach/old town — 25 min walk. Breakfast was good. Do not have dinner there, food was terrible, restaurant opened at 8pm, Yet everyone had to wait in the lounge for the staff to finish eating, which delayed seating until 8:30. Room service only operates during restaurant hours also, which I see as pointless having then. This was on the first day having driven 6 hrs to get there. Would not recommend staying here. Look closer in to the town.

Very comfortable stay in the Zenit hotel. A little far away from the main area in San Sebastian, and the view from my room was of another building. But the staff were friendly and helpful and the building was clean and inviting. Would stay again.

Location pretty meh. Pretty far away from the main town but still within walking distance. The beds seem to be very uncomfortable. We first had a bed which had like bars in the bed made of metal, extremely uncomfortable. We were moved to another room with a slightly better bed. Bikes are available for rent which make the trip into the town not that bad. Hotel is modern and clean. Breakfast is a bit so-so. Not very much variation but as the hotel is not near the city center there is not a lot to choose from.

Great view of the bezch. House keeping don't do they're job properly. The water they provide in the bathrooms is either treated 9r recycled, never really feels like the soap washes off.

Ample space for large groups. You can opt for menu or letter.
The day we were a big group to eat on a Saturday (October) had some fuss with the command of our table but they knew to channel quickly.
The quality of the service is good and the genre too!

It's a very new hotel. Modern, comfortable, very spacious and bright room. The breakfast was very good. And the situation, about 10 mn walking to the beach of La Concha and the center. Highly recommended.

Nice old fashioned place, the bedroom was a bit small, but still very nice for the price, maybe too many things around, a short walk from the beach, and free on road parking.

The location is good Speak very little French. Cold water for 2 days. After breakfast negotiations offered.

Hotel lies on walking distance from the city centre. They have an underground parking at their disposal where clients can leave their cars behind. Room for a very competitive price with breakfast included.

If you want to slip, fall, break a bone or two, and spend the next $12k and 8 weeks in debilitating pain, stay at the Hotel Zenit. The worst experience of my dozens and dozens of years traveling.
I was with a food tech tour of Spaniards in Hotel Zenit last May when I slipped in their very slippery shower and broke my pelvis in two places (btw, I don't drink alcohol). Others in our group also slipped but were lucky to fall better than I did. As a result this fall, I was not o…nly in unbearable pain but completely immobile for the next weeks, unable to so much as reach for something a few inches away from my side. The only therapy/cure was complete bedrest with round-the-clock care by family members and friends who had to fly out to take care of me. And because of Hotel Zenit, I was forced to cancel the rest of my three city, three week travel plans and instead stay in a handicapped enabled apart-hotel for the next 8 weeks, because the pain was too unbearable to even sit, making it impossible for me to fly back to San Francisco. The resulting costs of healthcare, bedrest, medicines, renting wheelchairs, canceling flights and hotels from the rest of my travels, and incurring new ones totaled over $12, 000 in costs. What was Hotel Zenit's response? A complete refusal to pay so much as a cent of this cost. Hospitality at its best, right? I only want the amount of money I had spent from them — nothing more.

The hotel is very average. Modest breakfasts. They don't let me into the bar after 11.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't put 5 stars because they put that they have gym and they only have a couple of cardio machines, no weights.

The building is modern and is in the neighborhood of love, just 10 minutes from the beach and downtown walking, is well connected and has own parking.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the cleanliness is very good, you sleep well in general, the bar area is somewhat small and has restaurant for breakfast and dinner, to eat is better to do it in the old part that is very close.
Overall it's fine for short vacation periods.

Zenit San Sebation … Once we were able to locate (tricky one way streets), the hotel was a first rate experience. Beautifull environment and great staff. No complaints.

Great hotel. All the staff knows English. It's a little out of the way, but is still close enough to walk to most of the city.

I have been to San Sebastian many times, and this is by far my favorite hotel. The rooms and lobby look great, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff is unlike anything we've encountered in Europe. They are all incredibly friendly and helpful. It is also very close to major bus lines, and is only a short walk to the center of town.

High standard hotel with good services. Stands out in Spain as the inventories has a bit more Scandinavian feel. Rooms are well equipped but are a bit noisy. You can here the cleaners working in the room next to yours in the morning.

A 15-minute walk from the train/bus station, with impeccable service and minimalist style. Ideal for business and appropriate for travel from rest.

What a gem of a hotel in the Amara district a stones throw from the cathedral district. There is a stunning solarium for sun bathing on with nice views of the hillside. A total perk as a lot of hotels in San Sebastián have no sum bathing or pool facilities! Beautiful rooms. We're on the 7th Floor in a big suite. Very nice. Definitely recommend.

Ridiculously small bed and I fortunately I asked to change my room cause previous one was two single bed (like when I was a baby), No coffee machine in the room, Don't open windows if you don't like trafic noise (I was in the 3rd floor, room 307), Hotel localization away from interesting things to do and room with road view. Probably Perfect for a single star hotel but here we are speaking and paying for a 4 stars hotel! Forget it! Stephane from ATW 290 night per year in european hotel.

The bar — restaurant has very good service and the terrace has a style very elegant.

I have not given you a better rating hotel by poor insulation of windows. Me staying on the fourth floor and, even so, the noise from the traffic was very high… I don't even think in as you would hear in the first.
And it's a shame. Because it is a new hotel, with different and spacious rooms with a very efficient and attentive staff… But if it fails you rest it fails you most importantly.
It seems lie that this detail this so badly resolved in a new hotel.

Excellent very modern hotel with helpful staff. Be wary of the parking police though, my motorcycle was towed leaving me with a large fine.

New toilets! perfect attention.
