Very little humanity and lack of tact on the part of the hotel management. A DISAPPOINTMENT! We had a reservation of 4 nights and unfortunately we could not go for the death of a relative (having a proof) and under the circumstances you have not given us any option not to lose the money. Of course I'd drop my face with shame on doing that to people. No hotel policy or anything, no excuse, I hope you never find yoursed in our situation.
