Highly recommend this pension, the room was very spacious and our bed was so comfortable. The owner was amazing, our flight was diverted to Pamplona so we arrived 3 hours later than expected, the owner was happy to wait up to check us in when we finally arrived. The location was perfect! Right in the heart of old town.
➜ We were here four days. I told the owner that she did not want air conditioning in the room, let alone at night (the air conditioning cannot be controlled from the room, the owners do). It was impossible to sleep due to the INFERNAL noise of THE AIR CONDITIONED MACHINE, besides it was icy.

The rooms are nice and clean but there is no way to control the temperature in the room. The owner shuts the AC off at night to save money and rooms get hot. The noise level and people smoking from the bars below made it hard to get a good nights rest. Asked owner several times to turn AC on and nothing till I put a review on line. Then she started to yell at us in the hallway about the review and I had to remind her she had other guests staying here and to lower her voice. And This place has two keys to get in to the building we forgot one of them and the owner said good thing it wasn’t 5 minuets later I wouldn’t have answered the buzzer. Be carful with this place.
