Beautiful view. Nice bed and bathroom. Need to take a long walk or funicular or taxi to get in and out of town. Nice outdoor pool was 74 degrees F with restaurant. No jacuzzi. Has workout room.

Muy buenas vistas de San Sebastián, buenas instalaciones y aparcamiento bastante grande. Acudimos a una cena de un evento profesional, y la atención y el servicio fueron bastante correctos. Los problemas graves fueron la comida, que para costar 65€ por persona dejaba bastante que desear. Los vinos bastante malos también. No se coordinaban al sacar los platos. Eso provocaba que gente de la misma mesa no hubiera empezado a comer, cuando el de al lado ya había terminado, muy mal.

Very nice place with great view of the sea. The room service is correct. Only Downside C is the Mastiff as for vs have lunch and that remains glasses from the previous day on the tables outside.

It was a very nice Hotel. Way too far from highway and if Lon has a big vehicle. A little dated.

A good experience all around. This is mid/up market place, so not cheap. You get what you expect at thus level: spacious rooms and bathrooms, high-quality beds, very clean and modern. On top of that — totally spectacular views from the mountaintop. The bar serves many drinks but also a decent selection of food — and the main restaurant is very good (but opens only at 8:30pm, barely)

Great location Nice staff however a small downside it is necessary to revise the heating method of the lounges and the restaurant it's too cold. As Gold partners we got a Grade up to the superior room, on the corner with double window and the view is amazing. It is worth staying at this hotel and enjoying it. The terrace is spectacular…

Nice getaway in this hotel that Suplombe the city and the Bay of San Sebastian… Nice room Some French TV channels (but you don't live to watch TV! ). Comfortable bed. Wi-Fi. The view of the rooms overlooking the bay is just magical from day to night. Take the time to take the coffee on the terrace of your room in the morning at sunrise…

Its not in walking distance for san sebastian so if you are coming to San Sebastian don't stay here the hotel is nice and modern.

Recently refurbished Hotel with great pleasure and endorsed by the French multinational Accor hotels. It has the best views of the city of San Sebastián. Excellent choice for a pleasant stay in San Sebastián.

Located in a perfect enclave, the views are spectacular.
The rooms are spacious and clean and every day they leave you complimentary water cool and have a ketel to warm up water and make you coffee or tea.
To get off you can take the funicular and walk to the old Town (30 min aprox).
This spectacular enclave is also what causes the biggest drawback… because if the funicular does not work to leave or return to the hotel can only be by car: Parking in San Sebatián is expensive (Parkimetro or car park) or taxi (about €12 aprox).

Nice hotel, high on hill looking over the horseshoe bay of San Sebastian. Nice public room and good food in restaurant.

Although on the outside it doesn't look like it really is inside room with a view of the amazing Shell Beach, it is located in an amazing and privileged place the Monte Igueldo, better to come and see it in person.

We went to a wedding and the menu was very good and well attended anque it was noticeable that some waiters were newbies but attentive. Wonderful views. Recommended.

Absolutely stunning location and views. A luxury hotel with a funicular railway to take you down (and back up) to the town and beaches below.

Dirty, badly isolated and the rudest most tactless and unhelpful staff I could imagine. They literarily ignore you when you come to them with a complain. I am so sad and frustrated because I really liked the views, but they ruined our stay. Worst experience ever!

Poor 4 stars hotel. I would mark it as high 2 stars at most. Bad isolation between rooms, old furniture, dirty (complained about this one at the reception, my guess is that the cleaning lady just moved it…), normal breakfast for the price of daily menu （20 euros), huge dissapointment.

Excellent. Same as your restaurant!

We decided to go eat, see how it is. The lounge is beautiful, the perfect table with a view hard to get out of the retina. The room was very good. Very correct and respectful. We dared with the tasting menu and we triumphed. Each bite was tasty and round, the big dishes, so we filled up and left satisfied for a fairly affordable price.

Awful stay. Spent one night last November : the room (one of the most expensive ones! ) was so poorly isolated from the neighbour’s that I felt like sleeping with the hosts next door! The tactless reception team didn’t care much… so disappointing. Don’t get lured by the view!

At the top of Mount Igueldo, surrounded by a miniparque of attractions. Spectacular views. Extraordinary cuisine. Access by funicular if you want. There are also pokémons. On top of the mountain.

Good views, friendly reception, has the downside to go up and down or by car or funicular until 19:00. Connected to the bus 16 to the center.

My worst night in a hotel.
The exceptional view of the hotel was quickly wasted as soon as we entered a particularly dirty room, with dust of several days and crumbs in different parts of the room.
We then asked a housekeeper who was in the hallway to reclean the room.
After its passage, the room remained dirty (always sheep, dust, crumbs, hair in the bathroom, …) : See Photos.
But the worst was the noise in a poorly soundproofed room: the adjoining door with the adjoining room lets absolutely pass all the noises (water, switch, not, snoring, words, breaths, …) without any attenuation, and even light under the Door.
Moreover the staff (reception and housekeeping) lack of sense of service.
How can a hotel so badly held have 4 stars?!

Beautiful views are first impression. Accomodating staff and clean rooms.

Stunning view, but not a Four Star hotel. Maybe it was in the 60's, but it hasn't been updated since. Not even a nice 90's hotel! Its clean and totally liveable, but just REALLY dated decor. Old orange polka dot carpet, wood paneling for closet, cheap, fake art work. I wish I had millions to buy and remodel cause the views really are epic. The little amusement park it sits on is shabby, falling apart, not used last. Maybe it's more fun in summer months, but they are little kid rides and just very sad looking. I also didn't enjoy the location that we are SO far away from town. But I got my room for $80 USD a night, so I should have realized it's not a four star! :).

The best view of the city! Free parking, good Wi-Fi free, a top equipped bar with capable Barceeper, delicious breakfast and every time I get there is something modernized, there is no outdated standstill. Friendly staff. Dinner I find personally too expensive for the portion and some rooms look stop at nothing. The with Panorama are priced something "gilded"

Views a dream, food good, room OK, waitress at the bar very rude and slow.

A view of the unique is mediocre kitchen and waitress room very good with views of the city and the sea.

The vista was sensational. Highly recommended for sunset. The bartender has some skills to learn in terms of pouring txakoli but don't let this put you off a visit!

This is SUCH an amazing hotel! The views of San Sebastian from our room where breathtaking. Everything was well appointed and staff was very good.

Spectacular view and very comfortable hotel.

The hotel has the best view of St. Sebastian, but it's not easy to see this view. There is a cable car parked at eight o'clock in the evening, so you have to take a taxi from the city and spend about 10 to 20 euros each time. The room was large and comfortable, but it felt like they hadn't upgraded for at least 15 years. The Mercure is a great hotel chain, but there are too many disadvantages to the beauty of the hotel.

View great, but that was it too! Overpriced, very noisy, no trace of four stars.
Tip: Just don't have breakfast on the room that is ridiculous! And from eight o'clock Oropax use, the staff starts to clean loudly…

A unique and beautiful view on the Bay of "concha" from the lounge and restaurant, great rooms with the same beautiful views, a pool and it is happiness! Station well to find your way on the ledge if you land right on the lighthouse :)

Wonderful view over the whole bay of San Sebastian. That alone is a trip worth. The hotel bar is providing the most sensational view. But it seems that it is not stuffed with enough people for an equal good service.

This place has a wonderful location with great views in all directions — but its not near anything and, if you don't have a car, you'll need €10.00 at least each time you want to go to, or return from, town. Breakfast is not attractive — maybe it was out of season when we were there (May? ), and staffing is minimal, although those that were there were pleasant and helpful.

The prices of the bar charisms, a kalimotxo orange 6, 70 is passed four villages. The views from the cafeteria, mind-blowing, but at these prices less a bit of air conditioning for not achicharrarte of heat. The waitress very friendly.

A dream view which is why we have remained! But from the staff ago, we would never again go there! Totally snooty, not the least bit helpful! The balcony with the great view, you can also in the evening not in use, once the door made a whole room full of moths! Well, and at 23 o'clock is always the outside light.

Our took a view on the Bay of san Sebastian with balcony, room were great, the restaurant is too good! It's gourmet, so the entry between 15 and 20 euro 15 30 euro but dishes so good and the quantity is here! the breakfast very complete ocean front! In short, excellent night in this hotel with a welcome worthy of this name and location! come with a baby they had all the necessary room and Chair for the restaurant.

Very good, nice spacious rooms and friendly staff for a reasonable price. However breakfast is not as rich and varied as the french Mercure.

A very bad experience when testing the restaurant of the hotel. First, prices are expansive. But with a menu costing about 60€, you expect something good, with good service. The only interesting point is the view, but it is expansive just for that. Kid menu: a bad, warm bolognese pasta where they forgot the drink (I had to insist to have it). Adult menu: a yogurt as only dessert. Omg. Fish was so. Ordinary. Well for that kind of hotel, we were so disappointed. I am not recommending the restaurant and I won't come back there.
