The studio was nice with a really appreciable view. But if you want to rest, in a quiet place, don't go here. We came in july for 2 nights (it was more than 200€ by night, I specify). The first evening, the dog of the right room barked all the evening and woke up us at 7am. I advised the receptionist. The second morning, we were woke up by the dog of the right room AND the dog of the left room before 8am. I was really upset and when I advised the receptionist, she said me "for this, we can't do anything". We paid this price and you do anything? Maybe it was more professional to inform your customers before they pay. If I knew that, I'll never come in this resort hotel. It was absolutely not relaxing. At the end, the receptionist offer us 10 or 15% off if we want to come back. Was it a joke? I totally discourage this place if you want to rest, have a relaxing break, as a couple.

I made an application to cancel one night out of 2 following one of these in my family, I did not get back from the hotel, because I had to cancel my entire stay at the risk of losing the entire amount due i. E. 740th, I made a request for cancellation without charge this one was refused to me, I find it incorrect knowing that the reason for my cancellation is not to go elsewhere.

Because I'm not re-umusing this.

I love the apartments. Great views from their terraces. All very clean and flirty, does not lack detail. The very friendly receptionist.

The apartment is very spacious and bright. The terrace is very spacious individual and gives you amazing views. If you want to serve breakfast in the apartment. Very well equipped. It is a little removed from the center and the beach of La Concha. But it is worth the distance in exchange for the peace and rest that is achieved.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just to improve there are small details but without great importance.

Comfortable and well located, not far from the centre of the city but far enough to not suffer the inconveniences of this.

They are very comfortable apartments, equipped, to have a very pleasant stay; Each apartment also has a terrace.

The service and attention is excellent… The hanitacion spacious, modern, clean with microwave, refrigerator, coffee exprees and electric kettle… highly recommended.

All very clean and very new, and the views spectacular, also very quiet.

It is a tanquilo place with great views and nice rooms the site. There is only staff until 10:00 at night but there is security and this very well I recommend.

Lovely modern hotel, we had a fantastic room, very modern, clean, and we had some fantastic views across the countryside. I thought there would have been more of a selection for breakfast. Only a short bus ride to the centre. San Sebastian is a lovely location for a vacation.

Very stylish and modern appartments — great view of hills with easy access to San Sebastian. In room products a bit pricey though — a very well equipped kitchen though so you can ship out…

It has everything a car traveler wants to rest perfectly, comfortable and wake up fabulous!

So there's nothing around this place for a good km or more, resturaunts, places to visit etc but it's an adorable apartment hotel with an amazing view, lovely rooms and great staff and yes the bus stop is just across the road, or you can drive into the town centre and back.

A little bit outside the center od San Sebastian but very private and quiet. The view from your room is fantastic! Ideal for honeymooners.

Spectacular views, very clean, spacious, quiet and very attentive. Decorated with good taste. A 10, despite being somewhat away from center. Ideal if you're with a dog or children.

Not in the center of san Sebastian but allows you to have a view, and the peace of mind that there is not down. I went to see him for a few friends. For families this very well and at sunset I believe that the sun comes up to the bed.

I was hosted at Irenaz for a month during an internship in the breast of the onkologikoa unit, the accommodation was great its super friendly staff very comfortable facilities. New, clean, and pleasant. The spectacular surroundings. San Sebastian's the best thing that has happened to me.

Rent an apartment for a few family members during the month of August and everything was great, they left happy, personnel, and facilities incredible, great parking, the coming year repeated insurance.
