Hotel Zaragoza Plaza Hotel

Excellent location. Beside the beach and a 10 min walk to old town. Rooms very small but fine. Would advise room with balcony if you want a feeling of more space even though it is city centre so balcony is just for standing only. We had room 119 which was dark all day. We asked for a room change and were kindly offered one with no hesitation. Very helpful staff at reception. Cant comment on food as we did room only. Would recommend and would stay there again. We loved San Sebastian. Thanks.

Simple hotel, good location although with a lot of noise if the windows open. The air conditioning sounds a lot and the bathroom extractor produces a more q annoying noise. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not worth it.

Good central location and therefore everything within walking distance. Deduction for the fact that we got a room with a view in a dark courtyard. After complaint we received a small nice room with balcony. 1-star stop. For breakfast we always went out. Service very helpful ++

A central and pleasant hostel. A shame breakfast which is minimal. There are no yoghurts, little fruit, and basic elements are missing. There is no dining room and the price is expensive unless you catch an offer.

Kaka… does not have parking and the OTA is expensive in Donosti 3, 85 an hour and measured.

The location is great. Public Parking at 200m concerted to 2 minutes of the city Hall, and of the zone of bars and Pinxtos and to 2 minutes of the Kontxa. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.

Nice, comfortable with a nice view of the small park in front. Just a block away from the sea. No eatery but has a Nespresso coffee machine in the room as well as a fridge. Comfortable and clean.

This hotel merits at least 3*.
Perfectly central and stones throw from beach. Very hospitable and helpful staff. Room is perfect with mini fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and pc with free Wi-Fi which works excellently. We are still here right now. Highly recommend.

Ok 1 — star hotel though more effort could be put in maintenance and cleaning of hard to reach places. Location and Internet are pretty good.

A grand hotel to have a star, with a very good quality/price ratio. We ask for a quiet room and not hear a noise. The staff very friendly. The spa which have concerted price is great, is small, but very well placed and has it all. We were great.

A super hotel to have only one star.

Our experience is that "there is no experience. " We ask to book the day August 15 and asked us the exaggerated amount of €140 for that night. 1 single room with double bed. That is a scam as a cathedral. That price I understand that you paid for a three star hotel (and it's already expensive) but in that.
and the excuse that was big week not hold anywhere. A real shame.
