I do not know what the hotel will look like but the attention of the terrace restaurant is the worst I have ever known, my experience in international destinations being extensive.
Above all, it is the lack of professionalism of the waiters where even one of the waiters has commented on the lack of staff at this time. Rude answers x part of a waiter.
An hour to serve the first without attending the rest of the terrace. Once I served the rest to the rest, I waited more than half an hour for my first course to arrive.
At first we ordered a bottle of cider and waited more than 45 minutes for it to arrive.
It was a stunning sun and after half an hour of waiting, we asked that they close to awning without disturbing the rest of the customers. It took them an hour to do it and after claiming it 5 times and practically deciding to finish the meal.
As a summary, I do not recommend the restaurant. Find anywhere else where you will be better taken care of and i'm sure you will eat better. The food is very basic to cost the menu more than 20 euros.
A disappointment to be Donostia, city that I come to 3 or 4 times a year and which I love.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very normal food. A shame that in 2017 you still can't deal with customers.

The site is magnificent. Its terrace has sea views and is glass if there is a day very peaceful.

Excellent hotel front of the beach and close to the funicular. But a bit away from the Centre of San Sebastian. Ideal if you want peace of mind, but it takes into account that you will be away from the tourist areas and the activity.

Good hotel front of the beach of la concha in San Sebastián has its own restaurant. Good service and prices for the rooms are comfortable and with good views.

Simple hotel, in great location with everything you need and without superfluous questions. Maximum comfort, tranquillity, and constant and abundant kindness staff. The best establishment on value for money in San Sebastian, of all that I have been, that will be like eight or ten. I will recommend and repeat. 10 absolute at all. Thank you!

Due to the location, the rooms simple but super clean and comfortable by the bar by the restaurant. It is all very welcoming.

Very good experience. The treatment in the hiring-front desk Idoia and Arri, restaurant Marivi and café Aitor make you stay comfortable, almost familiar. The functional rooms/comfortable rooms, very clean it has good "guilt" Aloña. The price/quality ratio in my opinion of remarkably high. When we return to San Sebastian, without a doubt we will return to the "Ezeiza". Greetings to all the staff.

We arrived without reservations, attended us superbly and we stayed in a beautiful room with incredible views and at a reasonable price. Repeat without hesitation.

One of the best secret affordable hotels across the street from the beach with indoor parking, great service, good food in the cafe. Can't wait to go back. Walking distance to all attraction's.

Unbeatable location. The hotel needs urgent reform: old carpeting and bathrooms to reform, dirty glasses. The water from the showers is impossible to regulate you burns or you freeze. Very old mattresses with springs loose, we're going with pain d back. High price for the category of the hotel. The restaurant leaves much to be desired. No doubt the next visit to San Sebastian will not be at this hotel.
