We were made to feel at home immediately with excellent and personalized service from Inigo. His friendly and genuine care is rare. This Pensión (boutique hotel) is well equipped, modern, clean, central and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you, Inigo, for going out of your way to accommodate all our requests. It made our trip to San Sebastián calm and fun.

Super clean, comfortable and perfectly located. Hotel-Quality hostel. With a very nice corner where to have breakfast (included in the price). Already wanted many 3 star hotels… A great place to stay again if I go back to Donostia.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Impeccably clean and recently updated amenities. 24 hour coffee in the lounge. Several markets and pintxos bars within a block. Casa Nicholasa was our perfect little apartment at the edge of old town Donostia.

Like the others have mentioned great location! Close to both beaches and old town is a few steps away. Solbes Deli right beside with beer, wine, cheese, fruit etc super handy! Terrific staff, very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions and travel plans. We did not experience noise like someone else mentioned, maybe got lucky but hotel was full. Will definitely recommend to friends and hope to return ourselves soon!

Well located, spacious rooms. That was where all the good ended. Walls are paper thin, other guests keep slamming their doors and speaking super loud all night. He had a 6-mo old baby with us and we would all wake up at each 30 mins every night with some unrespectful guest screaming at the corridor and slamming their doors shut. There's absolutely no sense of respect for others sleep, and the noise isolation is a joke. I wouldn't stay here again. If you need a good night of sleep, forget about this place.

Terrible Air con, under ground parking is difficult to get near the lift and carry luggage very unhelpful staff, would definitely not recommend this place.

Very cool little hotel right next to old town San Sebastian. Awesome value for money. Great staff.

Lovely weeks stay at Cass Nicolas :) the location, staff and facilities are fantastic! I would recommend this to anyone looking to visit San Sebastian!
