Hotel beautifully located, everything is set to perfection, one of the best hotel in Europe.

All very modern good treatment and very professional.

Personally if I had to describe what this hotel is like it could only… THE PERFECT HOTEL.
I recommend it 100%… room, aesthetics, staff etc… there's nothing that makes me change the way I think at least for now.

Lack of cleanliness… problems with hot water… the air conditioner doesn't work…

Fantastic hotel. Modern rooms, spacious and very clean. In addition, it has both covered and uncovered parking.
But the best thing is your employees: professional and pleasant. Especially Rafa, from the café, very friendly and attentive.

Room was ok, but very expensive for our taste considering breakfast is not even included.

The stay at the hotel was great. Everything so new and comfortable that invites you to extend the stay. We had excellent attention from Rafa in the hotel café. We'll repeat next summer.

It is difficult to give a frankly favourable opinion. The hotel is modern. The rooms are ok and clean. The air condition doesn't work well… we changed rooms but even default. The airflow is too low and the cold does not circulate. A great compliment to the exceptional breakfast buffet. Profusion and above all quality. Really well done. As for the welcome it is good.

Located 5 min from the beach, nice place and service. Good breakfast! We had a very nice time there!

As good as it gets for a family with kids. Close to the beach, great breakfast and great garden and pool. Service in the pool bar was good.

I went there for a drink with friends from my residence and everything was incredibly good. Very kind service and nice environment. A nice place to drink a coffee or have a break.

The reception is perfect however according to the staff present the information given is not the same… Damage! The SPA with the "thermal path" is simply wahouu, I recommend it.

Good hotel, the 2 advantages for a business trip is the parking and restaurant on site. The decoration is simple and elegant. The service is good. The staff are friendly. On occasion I will go back.

Great rooms but advertised as hotel with spa and then you have llemando an hour and mareandote to revervar the circuit to end up saying you can't get in.
The hotel is ok but it is misleading because if I had known that the Spa would have gone to another.

The mattresses are very comfortable. It's not a noisy hotel. The breakfast buffet is awesome. They have spa, but we couldn't prove it… for the next time.

A great hotel with all the amenities and very quiet. I loved it. The rooms are Prefect! And with outdoor and underground parking.

We overnight the 17-2-18. It wasn't cheap. On a Saturday night, a wedding was held, and it was not dumb precisely, so to sleep, little. We are finally protesting at 2:00 a. M. The next day we were invited to breakfast, very cordial. Take care on weekends if you have the bad habit of sleeping at night. The peel is the peel.

The cafeteria is an unbeatable place: piano, billiards, foosball, Rich Hoguerita and a lot of sofas arranged in multiple combinations. But the best, the service. I hope you're lucky that Miguel and his team serve you. They make you feel at home and are attentive to every detail.

Good Hotel, good room and nice personel. Despite out of downtown, a cab solve any displacement for a nice fee.

Enjoyed my stay, room nice, could have been a little larger. We had a group (Insight Tours) evening dining experience at this hotel and it was excellent. The staff went out of their way to cater for my sin lactos requirements. Art and Culture.

Great hotel. Modern and clean. Friendly staff. Not too far from the beach. We had our car with us so it was a 5 minute drive and parking was always available at the hotel and beach.

Always happy to make stop breakfast uffet very copious, private parking, nice comfortable room.

Hotel most complete with many details such as irons, coffee ☕ in the room, pillow menu, magnifying mirror the best that I've found of all the hotels that I've stayed at, the cleanliness very good staff very friendly. The only drawbacks: parking is very expensive and far away that is from the centre.

Very nice hotel, off season the prices are affordable, speak French if need, nice pool, two possibilities for breakfast; The restaurant is not top but can troubleshoot if you do not want to go out but it would be a pity as the Antigua area is next door with good restaurants.

My wife and daughter loved it, the rooms very clean and the service and the ten. I advise you.

It was a very nice hotel. The rooms are good level spacious and well appointed. Good value for money Breakfast is expensive we did not use it so they are not able to evaluate it. Parking lots for a fee. Only thing absolutely negative and the Wi-Fi. Bad falls continuously and when it is active does not charge. It's like it's not there.

The room very good, everything very clean and organized, the bathroom great and the right care.

Location is quite good near Concha beach, 20 mins to city center, rooms are quite goood, views depending on the side of the hotel, the internet connection is poor. Staff is so kind and profesional. Good option to choose.

A place to stay very nice and the staff attentive. It is advisable to book through My Barcelo if you have account, so that offer discounts and welcome gifts interesting. Has a massage service and water zone.

A great hotel, breakfast of the most complete I have found in a hotel. Many services and high quality. Great location for a walk on the beach. For putting a but the room I stayed was a little small compared to other hotels in the city.

Attention, the parking is at 15 €/day. Otherwise the hotel is very good as well as breakfast.

This is a large, fairly modern, hotel with all the facilities you would expect from this sort of establishment, including a pool and fitness centre. Rooms were well presented, spacious, clean and comfortable but starting to show signs of a lack of maintenance. The bar food was tasty and the restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful. Reception staff were polite but expressionless and not at all welcoming. There were no disabled facilities evident.

Located about 20 min walk to the centre, in a very quiet and pleasant. Facilities very modern, clean and spacious. Quality details and lots of cleaning. Common areas and a buffet of desayunonde quality.

Great hotel, we go to each stay in San Sebastian. The staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. It is just a pity not to be able to know in advance when the spa will be closed…

It is a great place to go but they need to add a few more thing to the reception in my opinion. It is about a 10 minute walk away from the main town but the hotel provides a shuttle bus. The latest one you can catch is around 9.30 to 10

Five members of my family including an active 16 months old baby have just come home to Dublin after a 5 night stay at this hotel, every thing was great except very poor English speaking TV channels. It would have been nice to watch a good movie late into the evening time. ABEL {Staff member) was particularly kind and helpful to us, both in the bar and dining hall. As I mentioned above, we travelled with our baby granddaughter and was amazed to find a huge danger to small children and adults alike near the front of the hotel and beside the B Cafe — from the grassy playing area there is an unprotected sheer fall /drop of about 4 meters down onto a concrete pathway. THIS IS A TRAGEDY WAITING TO HAPPEN And needs to be sorted out immediately to avoid needless death or serious injury to a child. I have spoken to varies members of the reception staff about my concerns and I am not convinced they will bother to do the work needed Dated 10 August 2017. Any future guests at this hotel please report if any action has taken place with this deadly hazard. SIGNED, Michael Rigney.

Cosy place, 20 minutes walk to old town, or take a free shuttle that the hotel provides (or bus 16 for a couple of euros). We drove there from London, so it was nice to have parking just outside of the hotel. And who can say no to the pool! Nice place to stay.

Very disappointing experience, due to bad service. The room was not ready at check-in. The shuttle bus service to the city centre is an illusion as it runs only a few hours per day. Last but not least, at check out I was made sure that everything was paid and in order. More than one month later my creditcard was charged without any notice upfront. It turned out that the hotel had made an administrative mistake (which can happen), but they did not find it necessary to inform me about that. When I called them to ask for clarification I was treated in a very rude way. For an hotel where I paid almost EUR 200, — per night I would have expected much more.

Beautiful hotel. Attentive staff. Short walk to attractions and restaurants. Everything we could have asked for on our honeymoon! Highly recommend.

The Hotel was excellent. Rooms were good comfortable bed, staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities were good, gardens and pool great. Breakfast and lunchtime food excellent, not so sure about dinner, on the plus side you could still order lpoolside menu.

Great hotel. All the important things are in the room. Rooms serviced daily. Pleasant staff who had enough English and reception staff had good English skills. Mini bus service into town outskirts. Everything in walking distance from there. Great place to stay.

The place is very nice, good decoration, although the armchairs in the bar are too large. Centers on the staff is a little worse, they are nice people but little welcome, although the food is good quality exceptional dishes the pretty bad location is in pio baroja in a slope not this centered nothing I think that should be more focused.
I recommend the hotel, pretty good.

High standard 4 star hotel.

Correct hotel. Is a good walk from the Centre, take your 20 minutes to shell and 40 to old. They are buses every half hour.
Small, renovated, modern rooms. Typical translucent bathroom that it is better to have confidence with your company in the room.
The regular spa, is next to the underground parking. In my case I met imserso trips and various conferences.
The area is dead from 9 in the evening. A soul, or a bar, or a taxi.
To go as a couple or as a family to enjoy this wonderful city, it is not recommended.
It is good to go for work with transportation prepaid.

Hotel tranquilo y bonito.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are not large but are very well used and tastefully. The location is very good also, as it is just ten minutes from the shell.
The buts are that the spa is very short (apart from that there were three girls in the reception of the spa and none showed us travel) and the accommodation expensive can be the quality/price ratio.
The breakfast buffet is very good.

Clean and bright room. With water heater and gift tea and instant coffee (when they cleaned the room sometimes forgets them replenish, they are good when you request). Shower with jets. Breakfast varied and details as the crepes stuffed with applesauce or can choose chocolate milk, Nesquik, or Paladin. They have paid parking, but it is not difficult to park a few meters in blue area.

The rooms are not too large, but are spectacular! The truth is that we went by I found bidding, but the truth is that it is expensive. But the hotel was very nice and very clean.

Both name and many stars do not deserve spots on the walls small room without bath or balcony, you ask a bed or two and re, you find two beds together that irony, the espa to part all the more increases the room price, and with spiders.

There was a time not I was staying in the hotel and since then, has had a good reform. Rooms small but comfortable, where stands the bed. Public areas are modern, with a bar set. Breakfast ample and good bill. And best of all, a superb outdoor swimming pool of 25 — 30 meters, to enjoy it. By criticizing something, the service of the bar and the breakfast could be a little more "fine", but they are educated and carry out their work.

A beutiful hotel. 5 min to the beach and 25 min to thw city. In the morning we can hear the birds singing. Great morning call.

The hotel is very good but the distance from the center is considerably better to pay a hotel in the centre and you save the taxi.

Newly renovated rooms, very spacious bathroom and parking. Perfect.

I was in this hotel three years ago, the truth q this well maintained, always clean and very modern, the breakfast is good. But has a by reprehensible things for its category, 1) bath with sliding glass door, by the q who sees you is in the same room and to be a clearance between the wall and the door sliding is not flush, can you imagine q air runs with ease there. This far from the places more tourist. Without prejudice to that it is a beautiful place, but I think q is very overvalued should subtract any Star and improve care.

Last week I went to a family wedding. We were promised Ballroom until 10 p. M. But at 19.30 h made us turn off the music and got us into a dance floor surrounded by retirees. We received a bad deal in the syndrome. The bride ended up crying and there were several clashes between relatives of the bride and groom and the owner of the Ballroom. The day that I get married now I know not where I think my wedding. I don't think never to return more.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable and spacy rooms, very clean hotel and rooms and helpful stuff. I really liked the atmosphere in the lobby with beautiful lights and soft music. And I also liked the nice smell in the public spaces of the hotel! Unfortunately, the breakfast was expensive and some of the foods were a little expensive too. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Barcelo Costa Vasca.
